Good video, I have a project very similar to yours, mine is with a suzuki katana 600cc, I would like to know how you changed the buggy on the steering wheel, I really liked your project
@@muhammedyasinhatipoglu2809 I almost finished my project, I just lack details, but this buggy I loved the way you put the engine changes, excellent project
I still do not put the walls on it, I bought the buggy already made, I just modified it, I made it taller, longer and wider, I changed the engine, I had a Honda 125cc and now a Suzuki Katana 600cc, if you want to add me in messenger to pass you by images and give me advice I would appreciate it. On facebook I am yokobross.
You might be right. We didn't build the whole car. We had this Dazon (Chinese built) sent to us which someone had already begun fitting the GSXR motor. We started again with the motor, engineered new uprights, hubs, suspension, etc. The best we could do with the chassis was to add strength. We fitted lots more tubes (FIA standard) around the cockpit mainly to try to make it as safe as possible.
No, sorry. Design is all done bespoke at the time of the build. The original vehicle was built by a company named Dazon. We changed a lot from the original design.
There are many differentials available from different companies with reverse gear. This vehicle was very small and very light so the customer didn't want reverse gear.
Thought was dune buggy. Looks like pimed my buggy dropped it. Need some real tires on that el lowrider. Im doing same thing but mine will go offroad to.
This buggy was never planned to see off road again. It was built to be a fast, lightweight road car. Check out the G Wagon we built recently. That was built to go anywhere!

I also have a similar project. I'm thinking of doing it with a Suzuki GSR 650 cc engine.

What material did you make the chassis from?
What is the wall thickness of the material you use?
How many kilograms is the chassis?

I have a project too, but I'm having a little trouble with the design. Does this vehicle have a design on paper?
No, sorry. Design is all done bespoke at the time of the build. The original vehicle was built by a company named Dazon. We changed a lot from the original design.
Sick!
How can we reverse gear in our vehicles with motorcycle engine?
There are many differentials available from different companies with reverse gear.
This vehicle was very small and very light so the customer didn't want reverse gear.
Can we buy from the chassis of this vehicle?
No, everything was made bespoke, one off for this vehicle.
do you have a differential ?
Yes, it uses a differential.
If you are asking me if I sell the differential, then no, sorry.
@@oldscooler What differential does it use?
@@superbarnie I don't know. It was supplied with the car and motor. The customer couldn't remember where it was bought.
