The definition of "Industrial Duty" is: "Workshop From Scratch". This is the channel to watch for learning the correct way to do the job. This chassis could easily handle 350cc, 450cc or even more. I'll give you a perfect 100% score! When watching someone this good at what he does it is important to take note of the things he does not fabricate from scratch. The lathe work to fabricate the gas cap, for example, exceeded his time value, his time is worth $$$, better to just buy one and bolt it on his beautiful tank. A quick mod to a generic brake pedal was much easier than building one from scratch. Well done! P.S. Head tube design and fabrication puts you miles above the rest!

Sure am impressed by the workmanship and design . I kinda made a similar machine , but used the front fork and frame from a scooter and a rear half of an old ride on mower , so six speeds forward plus reverse . Great traction from those wide mower wheels , and a differential for tight turns . Sure wish mine was as good as yours .
Make another one and add the refined details , this gentleman is undoubtedly a master class fabricator , I'm sure he had plenty of practice to have reached this point. Good luck

If you allow a question about the rear axle which does not have a differential, is there not a problem when there is a turn or the speed of the two wheels is not the same.
Good my brother
You need to run enough caster on the front to lighten the contact of a rear wheel when cornering the same principle as a go kart
