Making Crazy Trike 250cc

  • I used a 250cc engine for buid, the engine has four forward gears and a reverse gear, the wheels are derived from the quad bike, the front is from the motorcycle. I bought all the parts used from auction sites.
I have no experience in building such vehicles, so the work on this trike motorcycle took some time, but the end result is satisfactory, riding this motorized trike is great fun :)

The definition of "Industrial Duty" is: "Workshop From Scratch".
This is the channel to watch for learning the correct way to do the job.
This chassis could easily handle 350cc, 450cc or even more.
    I'll give you a perfect 100% score!
When watching someone this good at what he does it is important to take note of the things he does not fabricate from scratch. The lathe work to fabricate the gas cap, for example, exceeded his time value, his time is worth $$$, better to just buy one and bolt it on his beautiful tank. A quick mod to a generic brake pedal was much easier than building one from scratch. Well done!
P.S. Head tube design and fabrication puts you miles above the rest!

As goofy as it may sound, your sliding around in circles, reminds me of how I would ride in the Summers rain, on a bicycle I made frome a 27 inch English Racer and a 20 inch knobby tire, off the back of a Mattel Varoom bike !
I would ride as fast as I could, then hit the coaster brake, and while balancing on one leg, turn the handlebars, and spin in circles on the asphalt road !
The profile from your Trike, was much the same as my bicycle !
    Boy did I get the look's !
    Lol !
    Hey....
    what can I say ?
Poor people have poor ways !
    That was some 56 year's ago !
    Thanks for the memories !
And congrats on a beautiful scooter !

That positioning of the brake caliper will make it difficult to bleed.
You could stick it on the opposite side closer to the engine or you could also crack the banjo bolt to bleed it.
It’s not how it’s supposed to be done but bleeding it out the banjo bolt will be easier.

@@Nishandh_Mayiladan well not adding a gap in between the pieces means u are mostly adding the extra material (weld) on top of the pieces and depending of your amperage also depends how deep u penetrate the material, now grinding down most of your weld will reduce the coverage of your connection and in that strenght.
Thats why when ever you do pipe welding you have to make a gap and do first a root weld and then as many passes as nesserary.

Buddy you're proving that those high tech engineers aren't as smart as they think they are you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍.

I’d say this is a fun and simple build but to a race engineer this is all old tech.
Box steel frame, conventional forks, conventional brakes and rotors, single overhead cam 2 valve motor. This is durable and easy to work on not space age leading edge tech.
Performance costs more money and makes the build less fun and achievable for the viewers.

@@TankToChest its basically the same thing they just design on a screen and built by robots he just designs in his head and welds pieces together. Nothing different just less fancy..

The fact you can’t tell the difference means you don’t know what your looking for.
Besides this is made to be achievable so that others might try instead of dreaming.

Also the reason they designed on a “Screen”
Using industry level software programs such as Solid Works that costs 8 times my monthly rent is so you can run programs to design complex chassis that might handle things such as steering neck wobble which this chassis has lots of, so that you can push the vehicle to go faster and faster yet handle predictably.
