Wow this was super helpful! I’ll be honest, I did start decluttering my pinboards last year and it was ridiculous how many pins I had. But I got sidetracked and forgot all about it. Your tip about splitting your boards up more is fantastic and I think this reorganization and decluttering of my pinterest account is going to consume the rest of my weekend😂
You are rally good, keep it up. Capsule, styling etc.
Kathye Sargent Thank you for the encouragement! I’m so glad that you are enjoying my channel 🤗
I’m old enuf to be your mom 😂, but your videos have been very helpful for paring down my wardrobe. I want to do a capsule wardrobe, but think I’d need to begin with 60 items! I’ve collected vintage and unique pieces over many years and love so many of them.
I live in WI as well, so creating a “spring” wardrobe requires many layers, and accessories (gloves, scarves) as you know.
I have only used Pinterest for recipes, but now that my youngest child is in high school, I have more time to spend on fashion and will create style boards. I’m hoping that helps me eliminate more items from my wardrobe than I purchase.
Maria Siegfried That’s so great! I’m so glad that my videos have helped inspire you! Creating a capsule wardrobe can seem really overwhelming but just take it one step at a time. A capsule wardrobe is really about having only pieces that you love and wear so start with a number of items that works well for you. Let me know how it goes!
Very helpful! Thank you!
This video is so helpful!
You just gave me the ‘courage’ 😉 to clean my 6,000 +++ pins
Sylvie Rozon I’ve been there! It will be SO worth it! Glad this video was helpful!
This video was so helpful! You've inspired me to clear out my pinterest boards and start fresh
It’s a little bit of work but so worth it! It will make using your Pinterest more helpful and less stressful 🤗
Love your channel Emma and thanks for the awesome tip at the end.
Thanks for the tip at the end.
Great tips! Loving your channel 👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Really helpful info on using Pinterest esp if it is a new tool.
Great tip
Great tips, especially the end one on searching to purchase! I have a style board where I just pin looks I like but if I have an item from the outfit in my wardrobe I break mine down even further to that one item, say a denim blazer or black jeans and create a sub board for those specific items. So if one day I am really feeling my black jeans but want inspiration on how to change it up I can pull that sub board for some very quick great inspiration. I am not originator of this concept but I absolutely love it!!!
Crystal Thomas Thanks for sharing! Great idea!
This was sooo helpful Emma, thank you. I've used Pinterest for years, but never knew about the search function or thought of using it to create a mood board! Can't believe I've never thought of doing that!!! 🙈😍💕
Adele Turner It took me years to really figure out how to use Pinterest to actually help me and my wardrobe. I’m so glad that you learned something new and got some inspiration from this video!

I don’t use Pinterest at all but I think that I might give it a try soon. It seems like it could be helpful in creating a more edited wardrobe.
I just took all my style pins and combined them. Thanks
Kathye Sargent That’s so great! It has been something that has really helped me so I hope this helps!
I noticed a lot of sentences and segues started with “So”.
