      I think you can store in your fridge one day. But please eat them up next day.
      If you want to store longer, I recommend to make freezable bento box like these 👇

    These all look so delicious, where I go to school I don’t have access to a microwave to reheat, are these good cold and is it safe to eat cold?

    • @JapaneseCookingChannel
      @JapaneseCookingChannel  7 месяцев назад

      Thank you so much for watching my video!
      Yes, you can eat them cold (at room temperature). During summer season, I think you should bring the bento with ice packs.

    Hello! I had been meaning to ask you, is there a specific type of sake that should be used for cooking or can you just use any sake? Thank you for another great video!😊

    • @JapaneseCookingChannel
      @JapaneseCookingChannel  2 года назад +3

      Thank you for watching my video and for your question!!
      Yes, any type of sake is fine! Some people use "cooking sake", but I prefer to use sake sold for drinking. I think it makes the food taste better👍

      These are brands I often buy because they are reasonable compared to other one! Maybe you can find them in the US too!! But, again any sake is fine😊

    hi i was wondering if i use the fried chicken as lunchbox and i bring to work and microwave the food, Won't the fried chicken be soggy after heating it? or is this supposed to be eaten cold?

    • @JapaneseCookingChannel
      @JapaneseCookingChannel  Год назад +1

      You can microwave the fried chicken if your bento box is microwave-safe :)
      Also, cold fried chicken is still taste good if you make it in the morning!
