With Fultz it seems from my pov is that he has a strain in his triceps it may not be painful but it does make it harder to shoot. It could also be the overuse of his right hand, he uses the exact same movements each time which could be tearing away at the muscles,if you look at nba superstars like curry or lebron everything they shoot it may look the same but their arm movements are different

Sounds like Markell had a shoulder impingement. I had one. Lifting 305lbs during workouts 4-5 times weekly, slowly but surely I couldn’t lift my arms above my head without excruciating pain. Stopped lifting that much weight and the problem went away after about 7 or 8 months.
