He was celebrating with a fist pump and the ref just walked in at the wrong time thus he got hit. It wasn't Boozer intentionally hitting him thus he collected no extra foul and he even helped the ref to compose himself. Madlad.
Charles literally just explained why it wasn't his teacher's fault and took responsibility for his actions saying that he was angry and mad at the world and it was wrong.
