There is not really „an“ exercise in this video. It is more about a concept how to practice.
I have the magnet, but I don‘t really like it. It is pretty annoying and not so easy to use 😅
There are other ways to get your right hand in focus. In the Zen of Speedpicking nearly every lick has the right hand cam as well :)

It took me 6 years. . and ... I discovered my main issue was anatomical. My thumb joint is twisted by 30 degrees out of true... it significantly cants the pick out of ideal alignment... but, I compensate enough now that I can rip through anything.

in a good day, I think I'm at near Pro level with 'Outside Picking' exercises or licks... but with 'Inside Picking' I'm an absolute Beginner, and maybe not even that 😩😓.
Hello.. I struggle to increase my picking speed to 90 sixteenth BPM. I would like to get to 120 BPM. Should I start practicing at 70 BPM and increase week by week? Do I have to work only with my right hand? Thank you
