We live in this world but we are not of this world; all the things we do for the Lord Jesus Christ, we get our rewards when we are all gathered at the Bema Seat of Christ, this is to see how much you have worked for the Lord Jesus (we will be judged accordingly to our good works for the Lord). Laying up treasures in Heaven happens, when we walk with the Lord daily, doing good works for Him and now that we are saved, witnessing to lost souls daily is crucial.
We have received the free gift of Salvation, we want others to have it as well. We plant seeds whether they accept or they don't, we cannot force anyone. What matters is that lost souls need to get saved in the Lord Jesus Christ because time is running out. We are so close to the rapture of the church my dear sister.

I used to think those that believed a false gospel did so ignorant to the scriptures. But now I know they blatantly disregard the entire Bible just to justify their opinion that they can help Jesus save them. Or they can't understand english

How do you know if god is chastising you? Like if you are a kid and you are cussing and get away with it but you kept on doing it and got grounded by your parents, could that be a way of God chastising you?
What about the oil and the virgens in Mathew 25?

It's the devil causing confusion. The Bible says God isn't the author of confusion. Try to read His word it helps me when i'm confused sometimes.
This happens to me as well every now and again, but then, quickly I remember, the Word of God says I’m saved. Very comforting.

@@lasselarsen6704 Oh okay. Try praying to God for wisdom He will give it to u as James 1:5 says. Also maybe try reading a verse per day or a chapter to slowly get into it. It does take time to grow but God is with u He gave us the bible in times of need😊. I'll be honest I too have had days where it's been a struggle to read I'm quite young myself at 18 so my attention to detail is not great😅 But He has helped me to read more often and consistently.

A new creation in the spirit, Spirit circumcised from the flesh walking in newness of life according to our new identity IN CHRIST, spirit seated in Heavenly places we are.

@@GratefulDwight we were separated from our flesh and given the Holy Spirit and are already seated in Heavenly places in Christ by the seal of the Holy Spirit. We will have the dead flesh that wars against the spirit and sometimes obscures our faith so we walk after spiritual identity truths until our flesh is done away with at the resurrection. We walk by faith and not by sight.

@@GratefulDwight because we will have to contend for the gospel of grace while recognizing our flesh dead and our spirit alive to christ by faith in the redemption and reconciliation to God through the finished redemptive work of Christ shedding his blood on the cross, his burial and most definitely his resurrection for our instantaneous justification and HIS IMPUTED RIGHTEOUSNESS added to our account. We look to the gospel for everything pertaining to life in Christ.

To answer you question NO they should not be using those verses. People seem not to realize there are verses for Israel and verses for the church and when they mix them they give a false gospel. You are mixing works with salvation. We are saved the moment we believe the Gospel found in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 and further explained in Ephesians 1:13-14.
The moment we believe the Gospel we are sealed with the Holy Spirit of Promise until the day of our redemption.
Salvation is a one time event. Sanctification is an ongoing process where we grow closer to God and obey Him or should obey Him.
The work of God is to believe in Him who He has sent ‘John 6:29.
You still sin after you except Jesus Christ as your savior,cause even after you put your faith in Christ,we are not perfect,and will never be.
