New PC or components needs planning of atleast 6 months
To begin choose your choice of cpu and based on that decide all components that you need asap with cpu and that which can be put on hold for later. Then add all these parts into Amazon wishlist along with some other parts as choices. I infact have a individual wishlist for each component like Disk has ssd and hdd added. On some amazon event check the prices and see if prices are low (use price checking addons) simultaneously have a price range from local pc shop. Based on that make a decision.

2017 mein cpu assemble kara tha maine, poori research ki... Aur ye result nikla ki local computer market mein jyada saste mil rahe the components. Aur local shop se lene mein ye bhi fayada hai ki by chance kisi component mein problem ho to instantly change kara ja sakta hai.

Don't buy from Amazon they sell fake and used products. And good reputable resellers in Amazon sells components or PC parts at much higher cost than these three websites.
I prefer MDComputers, Primeabgb or Vedantcomputers. But return policy isn't like Amazon cause they need to send that back to the company. Whereas Amazon send backs to the sellers.
So returning policy is harder than returning on Amazon. But Amazon sells fake or used products (Always check sellers rating).
