My core 2 duo's cooler was not cooling so I took out my motherboard from the cabinet and removed the cpu cooler and kept ice on the cooler but then also an oven noise was coming and my PC went off once again and never went on once again

My brother once removed thermal paste while cleaning his laptop, yes he opened it. After that he says it does not work for long after 10 min it shut down with a warning of high CPU temp.
So conclusion is that, don't worry for thermal paste

@@princearya3248 yes bro it wii do job . All u need is a VGA to HDMI converter port Connect your VGA to HDMI port with moniter . THEN Connect your HDMI CABLE to the HDMI TO VGA port and to GPU . And just connect your MONITER with HDMI .. by the way I am also using a VGA TO HDMI PORT 😂

You are right. Modern cpu- and motherboard even the older ones as old as the pentium e2220 turns themselves off if the CPU gets over heated, and don't turn on until it's cooled enough to safer temps. I have tried it myself with my pentium e2220 and the new r5 2600 they both turned off with "Blue screen of death" on Windows and didn't turned on for around 2-3 minutes when I overclocked them and their temps raised to high levels.

You don't need to connect all of them.. if you have m.2 ssd ( like me ) then only 3-4 wires get the job done. Also if you save sata ssd and hdd 2 additional wired required
