    Just a suggestion but you could put an eye bolt in the wood base and put another eye bolt in the wood of the cover. Then take a small guage chain and a couple double sided clips and connect it all. This will tether it down for weather concerns without adding much weight. Unclip from the cover, toss the chain on the ground, and then move the cover aside. Do that at the front and back and there ya go.

      Thanks for the suggestion. I forgot to mention in the video that I made the cross boards line up with the mill in such a way that the covers sit snuggly in the rails, so it would need to be a big gust to lift the covers up and off. I'll see how it goes and keep your idea in mind if I find it blowing off.
