Sisterhood. Yeah, AND I do Acro Yoga with my daughter and teaching my granddaughter. Anyone practicing Acro in my age group, PLEASE give me a THUMBS UP! 👍
But back to sisterhood perks, absolutely, so, me and a couple of my lifetime friends did this, like, fifty years ago as gymnasts and cheerleaders and our friendships have endured. I’m still teaching yoga in my sixties, and LOVE your enthusiasm and FUN!!!!
