This is great! I believe ALL LE should be required to train jiu jitsu at least 2 times a week minimum. Makes a huge difference and definitely translates to the job
Does the Miami PD have a regulation for all recruits to have bald heads or is it just coincidence that (as far as I could see) every male had a bald head or very, very short buzzcut?

Because it’s a multi agency academy. Some departments have different requirements or options for their firearm and holsters.

We train within our departmental and legal guidelines. The techniques chosen meet our standards for police work. 🤙

Our academy is paramilitary, so they are required to be clean shaven along with shaving their head.
