    I got terribly burned while out on our boat and I had my big sunhat on, sunglasses and loads of sunscreen. My Dermo said it was the sun reflecting off the water so I would be very careful in the sun. Always use a good sunscreen and reapply consistently through out the day...
    Hugs,

    Beautiful yard🤩
    As someone who lives in Miami I can confirm many of these perpetuated myths are just that myths. I use tons of sunscreen and have no issues using year round tret. Roundlab just reformulated and came out with a beautiful sunscreen I think you would enjoy. I’m finishing up Refissa now and trying the new release Altreno take a look into it you may find it interesting.

    Hey Jenna! Love the videos! I remember a video you talked about some pimples near your vermillion border around lips. I can’t find it. What did you do for that? I keep getting them But tretinoin works great elsewhere not sure why! Any tips! Thanks girl

    Do you use a mineral or chemical sunscreen? I read mineral is rec’d for Tret users but I don’t want tinted and all but one I found (that gave me a terrible rash) leave a nasty white cast. Would appreciate any sunscreen recommendations as well as where you were told 2 tsps. (All my derms have said 1/4-1/2 tsp, the latter if using on chest and neck.) Were they wrong? Thx!

    I'm happy I just found this video, and I have a question that has been so confusing for me. Do retinoids just make you sensitive to the sun where the rat noise have been applied, or over the whole body? Thank you!

      Check out Round Lab's Birch Juice sunscreen! I'm sensitive to most sunscreens (Getting hives and peeling skin) but this sunscreen has been amazing. No white cast, oiliness and feels like a silky water cream. Also delivers a hydrating boost! It's from Korea so you can find it on olive young and honestly Korea's sunscreen are really advanced High recommend :))

    Do you have a self tan routine? I think the thing I’ve struggled with the most since becoming more skin/anti-age conscious is letting go of the tanning bed & wearing sunscreen daily. Also, you inspired me to buy the FOREO Luna Mini 3 and omg, best I investment I’ve made all year!❤️

  • @SuperEazy24
    @SuperEazy24 2 года назад

    This may be a silly question, but: does always applying sunscreen to your face make your face and other parts of your body tan at different rates when exposed to sun? I am starting Trentinoin and am somewhat concerned about this.

      Consistent use of tretinoin and gradual improvement over time

    • @Sunnyso24
      @Sunnyso24 2 года назад

      Mine have massively improved! Be patient. But tretinoin, the ordinary hyaluronic acid, the ordinary Niacinamide, and NO 7 vitamin c serum. You can get all (minus the tretinoin) from Ulta. I did a ton of research and I found the most affordable products and they actually work! It shrinks your pores. Expect it to take a few months. I promise though you will see a difference!

    • @Sunnyso24
      @Sunnyso24 2 года назад

      Oh and the vitamin c serum is very thick so you want to use it at night. Cover everything with a good moisturizer. I use Cerave

    Do you apply oil when you are also using tretinoin on the same night?

    • @jennarubis1
      @jennarubis1  3 года назад +1

      Hey Brooke! At this time I do not apply oil, however come fall my skin may go through more of a dry spell and this is typically when I use oil. If so, I use rosehip oil for all over the face (a couple drops mixed in with my moisturizer), and for my under eyes, the only oil I swear by is the Josie Maran Argan oil (I buy the travel size and mix 1 drop between my ring fingers to dab under my eyes).

    Thanks for the sunscreen video. One question, Where would you go if you were to die today? Seek the Lord and saviour Jesus Christ before it's too late. John 3:16
    “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Hell is real and Heaven is also real. You don't want to spend an eternity in Hell torment without God. The only way to escape Hell is to follow Jesus Christ our Lord and saviour. Study the KJV Bible to know more and pray and seek until you find Jesus. Don't delay tomorrow might be too late. You are not promised even the next minute. Do it now
