Great review! When you striped the figure of all his gear. That's what gave me the 80s nostalgia feels. Grunt was the original "Regular Joe".
Tell your friends
There's a small pouch on the back of his holster belt you can put Grunt's M16 mag on that small pouch
Nice troop build Figure ✨️😎🧊🧊
Hey TMan..long time since I caught your vids. GI Joe has been surprising, I thought the line would stall out last year but Hasbro has really seemed to put more effort and attention to detail in these later releases. It helps to fully realize these characters in a way you THOUGHT you were playing with them back in the day.
Agreed glad they finally put the American Flag on a figure and stopped that nonsense.
They put a flag on the Ram cycle
Interesting info about the neck joint, that was the number one thing that bugged me about this figure -- I got 2 and one of them had the neck glued slightly to the left, the other slightly to the right. My first guess was Hasbro trying to avoid the part popping off when swapping heads, but it looks like you have no trouble at all after freeing it; so maybe it's the factory doing an oopsie with glue instead of silicone lubricant, I had dried white powdery stuff in my Range Viper's neck joint that caused it to be stiff, but not seized like Grunt.
I found him at Target a couple days ago for $11.99, so I bought two.
Well aren't you just fortunate. 😑
@@TMan978 😁

I'm here ..I just picked this guy up... I'll try to remember all you said...maybe
Good, very good!
Nice!🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you for watching
Heroic Grunt is not Appeared in G.I. Joe the Movie (1987)!
Cool
@@TMan978 Thank You!
I'm thinking about starting to collect Joe's. Be bless
Why think. Do. Make sure you start at Ollie's.
@@TMan978 ok will do. Be blessed
more backpack not staying in problems 😕
That is a problem
✌🏼🤦🏻♂️👍🏼
How did you remove the vest?
Hair dryer on high heats aimed at the shoulders. Once I warm that up for a little over a minute you can just pull the arms out of the socket and then remove the vest. So you should only do it if you really want to do it because it's a lot of work
@@TMan978 I did it but I heated everything up and removed the legs and slid the vest off that way.. Do the arms just pop off easily without breaking them or is it risky bc it would be way easier to remove the arms than the legs.
@Tebezu I don't even know how you did that. 😂 If you warm the shoulders up yes they pull right out like a build a figure
The hole in the back isn't that deep.... :/
it's not. I mention that later
