One thing that many might not know that Vietnam has been trying to introduce its own military hardwares in several military expos for exporting purposes…. Not like many countries who claimed to have ability to produce military hardwares, but infact they were just capable of assembing parts imported from other traditional exporting military-hardwares countries, Vietnam is now capable of designing new military hardwares that fit its own situation and geography as well as manufacturing nearly 100% hardware parts in Vietnam.

You can't make any agreements with China. They break every agreement they make. For example, China promised not to militarize all of those small islands in the South China sea.
