Do AFC Bournemouth. 6 years ago they were deducted 17points and bottom of league 2. Then Eddie Howe came in and they stayed up on the last day As a result of a late winner. The next season they promoted to league 1. Eddie Hope went to Burnley and then returned a year later when the club was 21st. They promoted to the championship and are now in the prem.

Football is massive in Ireland. Because in every place you go, apart from the big places dublin, It feels like a small town thing. Everywhere you go you connect to some person. It's there because it connects even the Protestants and the Catholics, and it makes you feel like everything will be alright. Every family is united in Ireland and with football it connects us like a spiderweb. It is glorious

Swansea City football club was sold for £1 in 2003 when we narrowly avoided relegation to the conference, we were bought by ordinary people who risked their financial safety for the club. We had no money to sign players or pay wages. Ten years on we were in Europe, winning major trophies and finishing in the top 10 in the country, still owned by the same people.

That's why I love the conference league as an Irish football fan, it gives our clubs a chance to compete in the group stages of a European competition instead of just playing 2 or so games and being immediately knocked out, I'm a shamrock rovers fan and with our huge win last night we should hopefully get conference league group stages and I can't wait

One of the greatest things about this video is the amount of youngsters on the terraces. They are the future and you need that commitment or you fade away. Up the rebel army !!!

A really good quote from this clip - "we as a board are only stewards for the time we are there" - If all football clubs were run with that statement above the door to the boardroom the World would be a better place.
