    I’ve got two corpus leuti at 4 weeks 3 days, possible hyperovulation, no fertility treatment; could this be twins?

    • @focusonfertility
      @focusonfertility  8 месяцев назад +1

      Yes, 2 corpora lutea suggests double ovulation with the potential for a twin pregnancy. I say potential, because double ovulations can become a twin or a single pregnancy (sometimes only one of the eggs is fertilised and successfully implants). Additional scanning and discussions with your healthcare provider will hopefully provide you with the answer soon. Wishing you the very best!

    hi how about this feb.20 i have eggwhite discharge with mild cramps.. and today Feb 23 ive got eggwhite discharge again what is it hope you can answer my question ty.

    • @focusonfertility
      @focusonfertility  2 года назад +1

      Eggwhite discharge (cervical fluid) can occur for multiple days before ovulation happens. Some women experience only 1 or 2 days of eggwhite cervical fluid prior to ovulation, others can experience up to 5 or 6 days prior to ovulation. So if you're still experiencing eggwhite fluid, you probably haven't ovulated yet. So, I had my last period January 22nd of 2021 then my Mirena IUD moved and was removed February 2nd, I found out I was pregnant in April but my estimated conception date was February 23rd which was 5 weeks after my period and no period inbetween, so how does that work? Was it the hormone level that could have caused the very very late ovulation? Or would it be possible to ovulate twice when birth control is involved? My daughter was born in November so they were not off on my dates at least not by a lot.

    • @focusonfertility
      @focusonfertility  2 года назад +1

      This is a great question. It's impossible to say for sure what happened in your particular case as there are multiple factors involved in the timing of ovulation. However one likely possibility is that the normal process of ovulation was suppressed until the Mirena was removed (it's possible to get a bleed on the Mirena, without ovulation occurring). After Mirena removal, the absence of the progestogen (synthetic hormone) allowed the normal process of egg development to occur, resulting in ovulation around 3 weeks later - relatively normal timing. Congratulations on the birth of your daughter!

    Hlo,
    I’m so confused. I hope you will be the right person to help out of this..
    The first thing is that I had irregular periods so it’s hard for me to find my fertility window so doctor suggested me to use ovulation test kit. So on 12th of April first I got low ovulation later after 2days i got peak ovulation on 17th of aprli so we had intercourse for those 2days and later I did not tested anymore for ovulation. Later I had so much of white watery type of discharge from 23rd of april I ignored that and it was like that for 3 days I got confused and I felt I’m I ovulating again or what and I’m concerned why I’m having so much of discharge a got the ovulation test again on 25th of April mrng it shows peak again and I’m so confused and on 24th and 25th night I had a thick sticky white discharge

      Cervical fluid is a better indicator of your most fertile days than an ovulation predictor kit. I highly recommend also taking your temperature (BBT) to confirm if and when you ovulated. OPKs only tell you that you're probably about to ovulate, but don't confirm if you actually did ovulate. Charting your fertility would be extremely helpful in your situation. Please feel free to contact me at myfertilityfocus.com for help with this. You might also like this video: ruclips.net/video/oypOCgv5yWE/видео.html

    Thank you so much for this helpful information! I thought that I had ovulated twice this week when my temp went up on my projected ov day, but then dropped back down again for a few days, and I had another spike a few days later? Could this mean I released more than one egg? Or that ov didn't occur until the second temp rise? I had some low abdominal cramping at the second temp rise too, which I never do? TTC, so curious when my ov day may have been?

    • @focusonfertility
      @focusonfertility  Год назад +1

      The key here is that your temperature dropped back down again after the first rise. This tells us that you didn't ovulate at that point. You most likely ovulated the second time (as long as your temps have stayed high). The abdominal cramping would support that too. Wishing you the very best of luck! @focusonfertility it say you replied to my comment but now I can't find my comment nor your reply. Can you tell me what you said?
      I believe I mentioned getting what I thought was my peak, and it went down and then I got another peak, higher than I've ever gotten.

  • @craftypenpalmoma
    @craftypenpalmoma Год назад

    I though my ovulation day was earlier this month bc i got a "peak" of 0.78 on cd11 (also EWCM).. it declined for a few days (CM also turned to creamy white) and now on cd15 suddenly its higher than its ever been at 1.20!
    Some ladies in a community chat say that ovulation failed the first time and my body is trying again, so to speak. Is this true or can you tell me why im having a second peak?

    • @focusonfertility
      @focusonfertility  Год назад

      It's likely that either your body 'tried' to ovulate the first time but didn't succeed at that point, as the community chat suggests, OR you've had a long LH surge with multiple peaks, as I briefly mention in the video. In this case, you may have ovulated with the first or second LH surge, depending on which of the above alternatives were occurring. I highly recommend charting your BBT (temperature) so that if this happens again, you can confirm exactly if and when you ovulated. Wishing you the best of luck!

      Hi Harmony, without knowing further details it's impossible to say what might have happened here as there are a number of possibilities. Please check in with your doctor or feel free to book a mini-consultation with me to discuss this further.
