- A lot of women struggle with ovulating early in their cycles and worry whether it lowers their chances of getting pregnant naturally.
Estrogen dominance is one of the most common reasons for ovulating early but there are some other possible reasons as well. In this video I share how the hormones FSH, estrogen & LH work together in the first half of our cycles to mature an egg, and how an imbalance in each can cause you to ovulate early. My cycle has always between 26 days and I ovulate on day 12 (sometimes 13). The first cycle we tried to get pregnant I ovulated on day 12 and we got pregnant first try! 😍

I took a Ovulation test 7 months ago and now I'm pregnant, 2 months to go. I'm excited and anxious to see my baby girl.

I’ve ovulated cd 11 (FF chart), positive opk cd 11 - late afternoon, cd 13&14 I’ve had ovulation spotting. Tested positive 10dpo & 11 dpo which is today). The line is getting darker 😍

I have shorter 24/25 day cycles with 5 day periods so I have very short phases. I ovulate on average day 9/10 sometime have 4 days after my period and somehow my body is a fertility machine!! Have had three pregnancies that I fell pregnant on the first try. The first ended in a miscarriage but the second two were very healthy babies!! Never knew I was estrogen dominant but it makes total since. Thank you so much for these videos!!
It is so similar to with me. I am 32and my cycle is throughout from start 26days and now I am on TTC from 2months and after charting gotto knew that I ovulate 10th day. Fertile window is from 6to 10 the day. My 1st pregnancy had to terminate due to improper growth. But after reading your experience with later successful pregnancies I got a new Hope. Thank you!! I hope ovulating early in short cycle is not a prolem.
You are me! I have a period every 23rd/24th day cycle that lasts 5/6days I ovulate within 4/6days after my period ends, I have had 3 pregnancies all very healthy babies but I suffer from hyperemesis gravidarum when I do get pregnant ☹ my mother also suffered from it as well

I ovulate 6 days after my period. I have a 25 day cycle. I went to the doctor with just a little cough and a stuffy nose. Doctor checked my temp and it was high. 4 dpo I had some cereal and had horrible heart burn. 6dpo I was feeling so tired and when i brushed my teeth my gums were so sore. 7 and 8 dpo I was still tired, veiny breasts, and wasnt getting full. Took a test 8 and 9 dpo and im freaking pregnant. My second child and the symptoms came a lot sooner !

Can I ask if you had a boy? I ovulate super early as well.. day 6 or 7 and also 24 or 25 day cycle. I’ve never had trouble getting pregnant. But it seems early ovulation for me means conceiving a boy!

@@MommylovesGavie the gender of the baby is carried in the sperm's DNA. It's purely random as which sperm swims faster to fertilize the egg and it has nothing to do with your ovulation or your egg.

It's my first month temping as well! Just started 2nd month, it's crazy how accurate it is, I'm actually going to know when my next period starts for the first time in my life (my cycles r nearly never the same length)
My cycles are as short as 21-26 days, i have 2 children and no trouble getting pregnant. The first time I got pregnant because I thought I didn't ovulate yet🤔🤣. Just ovulate early. It's genetic most of the times. I would worry only if you used to have a 4 weeks cycle and it suddenly changes.
I had a period from april 13-18, 2018. I got implantation bleeding April 28. That means I got pregnant basically RIGHT after my period. I got my positive result May 28, 2018 (first time I tested basically).

With all due respect none of what you said is true. I have short cycles and I always ovulate on CD 9. I am perfectly healthy and never had a problem conceiving. My cycles are short but always on time. Never took birth control pills or any fertility treatment. So I guess people are just different and ovulating before cycle day 11 is not always a bad sign. All my pregnancies are planned (3 kids) and I have always conceived on the first time trying
This is super reassuring. 💜 I am not trying to get pregnant, but I recently quit smoking and quit hormonal birth control, and I am paranoid that years of damage from both along with my age (approaching 30) hasn't left me with the option. I am just tracking things to make sure everything is in working order but I feel like its just left me more worried.

I have short cycles too. Ovulating on day 12 usually sometimes 11 or 13. I conceived first try as well and that month I ovulated on day 12. I also had my hormones checked before that and I wasn’t estrogen dominant or anything
Me too pregnant with baby number 3 all on the first try! I have a 23day cycle and ovulate on day 9 to 11. I dont think there is ANY science to back up the videos claim.

I have a shorter cycle, 25 days. I typically ovulate day 14 but this month I ovulated on day 12! I hope this has actually increased my chances with a couple more days for baby to implant and nestle in!!
Can you please clarify if I have regular 26days cycle ( from start)and I do ovulate on 10th day. So is it a problem? After charting from 2months on TTC got to know that my fertile window is from day 8 to 11. Let me know your thoughts. Waiting for your reply.

High fsh often causes early ovulation because of early recruitment in the luteal phase of the previous cycle. And most perimenopausal women have rising baseline FSH regardless of whether they have ever had fertility drugs or not.

I feel like it cost my body a lot to fall pregnant and it might have been because of the negative influence on my cycle and hormonal balance. Yes, I woul love that too! I feel like taking the pill „stole“ my libido. I haven’t taken the pill in 3 years and still haven’t gotten it back. I don’t know if such a long lasting effect on the hormone balance is even possible… I haven’t been able to find any info on this. But it definitely started while I was taking the pill and I felt like that was the reason

I always ovulate cd 14/15. However, this cycle I just got a positive LH test on cd 10 😲 I am using the Ava bracelet, so I will know in the morning if my temps go down or up 😔

Thank you Fleur! Can you suggest how to support this nutritionally or with supplements? I know every case is different. But I already avoid the plastics, progesterone is low but I’m supplementing that after ovulation so it should be better. I’m ovulating day 9 with 24 day cycle and I think it’s why I’m having trouble getting pregnant.
i forgot to mention, im 38, i did ovulate day 9 last month and 10 this month but i did ovulate and confirmed it with bbt and had peaks and mine lasts 12-24 hours only. not sure how to fix this issue thanks so much
Thank you for this. I used charting to fall pregnant with my first baby and ovulated between CD 19-23 but this cycle looks like CD 9. Hopefully we can still fall pregnant.
CD9 is really early, look into estrogen dominance to heal your hormone balance lovely. Early ovulation after having been pregnant is not uncommon.
@@FertilityHomeopath I believe the BBT rise was a coincidence, I kept tracking and it now looks like I ovulated CD22 which is in my normal range. I have been running really warm the past few days like I did in my first pregnancy, planning to test next week assuming BBT remains elevated

Can early ovulation be a cause for early miscarriage? I had a high level result on my OPKs about 3 days sooner than expected. I had a mc in February.. could this just be a one time thing? I also started Maca maybe a week ago, could that have had a negative effect? TTC but so afraid of another loss.

Thank you for this video. I’ve always had my fertile week starting the day after my period. I ovulate 5-8 days after my period ends, yet I have longer cycles. It’s so confusing and I’ve never gotten an answer as to why!

Do not take any other vitamins except for the prenatal. If your doctor wants you to take some extra vitamins then you can do it.
Is there a natural solution for low progesterone? I have pcos and my doctor gives me synthetic progesterone to induce a period. I wish to not have to take any medication at all.
What if it’s not consistent but for example last month I ovulated day 20/21 and then this month I am already having strong signs of ovulation on cd10. My cycles are usually 29/30 days with cd16/17 ovulation. What can cause this large range suddenly?

How long have you been tracking your ovulation? The first month I started tracking I never saw the peak until the second month. I think I started tracking too late the first month

That depends on how long your period is. if your period ends on day 7, a week after that means you ovulate on day 14 which is perfect. If you only have a 4 day period, a week after that is a bit early. So what matters is which day in your cycle ovulation occurs.

I came off the nuva ring back in November 2019 my cycles have now started average at 26 for the last few months. With a 4 day period. Due to my job I am able to have a scan to check my ovaries which has been a massive help because for the 3 scans I've had a few months back it seems I have ovulated on day 9 which is only 5 days after my period finishes.
So is it considered OK to be ovulating on day 9 of a 26-day cycle or should I get myself to a fertility doc now?
I'm only on month 2 of trying so I know I probably still have a ton of time to keep trying but time is of the essence!

I decided to take fertility acupuncture and suggested Mediterranean diet I already threw out most plastic and chemical and went natural
I limit myself to sugar
I do yoga and meditation
I think the hyper stimulation ovulation from medication is my cause and I hope acupuncture can help it.

I took Letrozole for 7 months and also HCG injections and DHDA tablets. I have decided to stop the treatment because I wasnt feelling well because of al medication. We are ttc. I had a chemical pregnancy last cycle. I normally ovulate on day 12-13 of my cycle. But for some reason I've ovulted supper early this cycle on day 8 of my cycle. I'm 40. My period is 5 to 6 days long. It is a regular flow for days 1 an 2 but after that it is a brown color an lighter flow. I also realized I have no cervical mucus.plz help me figure out what is happening.
My cycle is 24 days and ovulation likely occurs between day 10 and 11. Should I conclude that maybe they're immature hence hinder fertilization.

I did it again the next day and it came out super negative until today all the fertile days have passed and I don't know If I could have released an egg on day 10 because of the medicine letrozole? it can be possible? I ovulated early but my periods were iregular. I found out i had clamydia from my new partner. Im heartbroken. His ex wife had an affair at the end of his 18 year marriage. I hope no damage has occured. He didnt know. The clocks ticking and i dont know whether to try now weve finished the antibiotics or wait?
He could have gotten it from someone other than his ex wife.

My question is.. i just had a tubal reversal on 9/18/19, my period started on 9 /17/19, i was on my period during surgery . I wanted to ask you opinion on some things? I have pcos. But I ovulate on my own. But because of my ectopic/miscarriage and multiple chemical pregnancies my doctor has put me on clomid twice, which resulted in one chemical pregnancy. And then now I'm on my second round of femara. My girlfriend has pcos. Last cycle she didn't ovulate and it was 66 days. She has Mira and ovusense.Today is cycle day 8 and her temp dipped a lot and her lh is spiking. It was 15 in the morning, 41 by noon and 63 by 6pm. It seems like she's about to ovulate but obviously its super early. Much chance of pregnancy if that early?

Why my period comes early a week.?
I need help from you. I have my first bfp last August 23 and 24. I tested again on August 25, 27 and 29 all of them are bfn. So i never tested again because im so depressed. My husband and I are about to start trying. So for 3 months I was off birth control and tracked ovulation with strips. So my cycle is 32 days and the first two months I ovulated day 18 but the third month was day 17. Well this month we planned on trying the first time but the first time I took a ovulation year (day 14) it showed to be almost positive! So when I had planned everything out like when to take baths, fertility smoothies, and when to baby dance, we ended up having to do it a lot earlier which I felt unprepared for... is this because of one of these reasons or has my birth control still affected my cycle somehow?
Hi please help....you mention labour inducing drugs can cause Low FSH....could you expand on this please. I was induced a couple months ago for a stillbirth. Where trying again and desperate to conceive but for the last two cycles i have not had a peak on OPK tests at all (started tested day after AF ended through to next AF) which leads me to believe im not ovulating and i didnt know why. When you mentioned labour drugs can impact FSH it made me wonder if this is the issue. Could you please offer more insight, and if it is the cause is it treatable or permanent....please help :'(

Thank you for making this video, as I'm very interested to know why do I ovulate early (CD 10) for past 2 years, and now about a few months it's like CD 9. I have a 28 day cycle. I tried different teas and herbs but nothing improved. I took acupuncture and chinese herbs and it didn't help a bit, just got worse from those herbs, gave me spotting a week before period and a uterine polyp. Now I started the progesterone cream and will see if it helps! Hoping you will soon post some tips to help with early ovulation!

Sure you can. You have mucus due to high estrogen and for ovulation you need LH peak. Try basal temperatures. You will see what is happening.

I chart with intra vaginal Thermometer and with mira app. I know then I ovulate and when. I don´t have estrogen dominance but I ovulate too early, about day 9. What could be the problem?
I'd have to see charts and read more information because usually it is estrogen dominance as that is the hormone that triggers the early ovulation. If that isn't the case then LH must be spiking randomly but that would usually again be due to the estrogen..
@@FertilityHomeopath Thank you. The mira app tracks also E3G and it rises before LH. Last cycle startes at 90ng/ml and peak at 230ng/ml.

What if I’m sick rn and have a fever? How will I check my basal body temp?
Just note on your calendar that the temp was likely off because you were sick.

Really need advice or just some insight please..... TTC for 9 months, but i have some concerning symptoms, each month after ovulation I get painful lumps in my breast, its located in the bottom quarter closest to my chest. after my period the lump size reduces the pain reduces drastically. I've seen my doc and he did a sonar, he says its nothing to be concerned about, its ducts that gets infected. But is it really possible to get infected ducts ever month? I have a history of endometriosis, not sure if that is relevant? My breast are sensitive through out my cycle. but this cycle it is worse then ever before, my period was 5 days late. I believe i had, yet again had a chemical pregnancy this month, my emotions are all over the place.
Needless to say, I live in a very small town in South Africa and we do not have a fertility specialist... Any advise will be extremely appreciated.
Otto so sorry. I haven’t experienced exactly what you’re going through but I would suggest getting your prolactin levels checked. This is a hormone that tells your breasts to produce milk but sometimes it can be elevated even when not pregnant and will result in infertility issues. My levels were elevated and after further investigations and finding no cause, I was put on medication. Good luck 🧡

Hey, I took an ovulation test Sunday June 14th and it was positive but it was also the 1st day of my period and I'm ttc tried that morning. Is it possible to ovulate while on your period?
From what I understand, its impossible. Apparently there is always a baseline level of leutenizing hormone (LH) in urine, however for women with PCOS, ovulation tests can be unreliable bc we consistently have an elevated LH level which is part of why it's harder for us to get pregnant.
My period app is saying I ovulate on cd9 😭

If a couple has sex regular ..like aleast 4 times a week.and every time the male break inside .is it dangerous for the female..because Ik sperms lives in a woman for atleast 3/5 days ...so is it ok. Or the male should just break inside on fertile days and ovalution day??
