She forgot to mention that if you're ovulation test is very positive around your period time you should take a pregnancy test because you may be pregnant bc the test picks up on LH and HCG. Of course they don't recommend using an OPK but It's a fun way to check if you are pregnant around when your period supposed to come before you take an actual pregnancy test
Yes but you can spike anyway. I get positive lh right before period but still negative hgc test. It’s more coincidental I think, certainly not a way to accurately test, which is probably why she doesn’t mention it as this just gives false hope
For the past 3 days it shows i'm ovulating. Both lines are as dark. Only thing is missing is the temperature. My period tracker shows my period will be here in 6 days(i'm irregular)i also was intimate on the first day. today i took a pregnancy test and was negative. 🙄🙄
@@jkey6771 yes on mother's day i found out i was pregnant. I took the cheapy test that day. The following i took a over the counter test. A couple weeks later at 8 weeks. I had a miscarriage. Idk if i was because i had sex with my bf(that's when it all began) or just coincidence and i lost it. Still trying to overcome the sadness😔😔😔
@@litabears oh no I’m so sorry to hear that it sounds like maybe a chemical pregnancy and I don’t think it was because of sex possibly hormonal imbalance or quality of the egg or something within implantation. I really hope you overcome and try again. Im currently 6 days until my cycle I’ve had peaks and positive test within 3 diff LHs I’ve had faint positive pregnancy test but when I test today I feel like im not seeing anything.
My adrenal glands are shot and having to take supplements to help and i was born with a hormonal imbalances...so this may be the cause of my infertility???

Im postpartum and breastfeeding and get blazing positives darker than control line, then very faint negatives the next day, then positive, then negative two days in a row, then blazing positive again, another positive next day, then back to negative and repeat etc... havent had my first pp period back yet but after my first baby when i used opks they were all always very VERY negative so i was hopeful this time around it means i may be fertile sooner? thoughts??
Alright. So from what I understand. My body is trying to ovulate multiple times but it just isn't quite managing? I typically have 32-37 day cycles. I have been ttc for about a year and I am now a 23 year old woman. Whenever I take the lh strips they are almost always a legitimate positive. Meaning I typically have higher than average levels of lh I would assume. But about 1 time a week since my period started 6/21/18 I have dark positive lh tests. Today on CD30 and yesteday CD29 I have the darkest I have yet to see. I am a very petite girl at 5'1" and 96lbs. Would this have some effect on my cycles? They aren't too irregular, but sometimes I do have a 45 day cycle. I have also had 1 miscarriage and I got my first bfp on CD37.

Show him/her that you have long cycles, and that you keep getting positive LH tests and then ask if they think there could be a chance these are PCOS symptoms. If you ask it openly they will feel like you're not telling them what to do and they will likely feel happier about looking into it with you :) Definitely happy to talk more about lengthening your LP but first we need to know if that is actually a problem for you. Currently cycle day 43 and no af in sight! Still getting negative tests. Wondering if I am pregnant and my body isn't producing hcg. Got my BFP during my last pregnancy which ended in Mc at CD37.
It’s been getting frustrating. I use the pre mom app to track my ovulation and cycles. So far for this cycle I’ve had a high level on cycle days 19,20,23,25,26,27,28,29. My peak was cd 20. Wtf? 🤦🏻♀️

Can having a cyst on one ovary cause your body to try and ovulate from the other ovary? Just found out one cyst has resolved itself and I have another on the other side that’s apparently collapsing. I had a positive ovulation test 3 days after my period then 5 days later I got another positive and I've kept taking it because I was confused and it's been 5 days now and its still positive. I did test between the first and second positive and there was no line at all.

I have trouble sleeping at night most of the time, so BBT might not be the best option for me cos in order to get the accurate reading, i need to sleep well for few hours. So i'm using OPKS and monitoring my CM. So on 4 aug and 5 aug, i had 2 dark lines. EWCM was there but not much. We still used fertility lube nonetheless to support. 13 aug at around 5am, i felt watery discharge, almost like urine but clear with no smell and i'm like "isn't this fertile mucus"? And a cramping on my left pelvic area. So i tested with OPK at 2-3pm and the test line is darker than control line. Should i still babydance?
Hmm that's interesting that the egg white cervical mucus varies for you. Do you chart your cervical mucus as well as the temperature & ovulation tests? That could show you if your body is constantly trying to ovulate but not managing to...
I think I ovulated twice this month once on may6th or 7th and I took an ovulation test again yesterday and today and the test line is darker than the control line but pregnancy tests are negative so far also can I get pregnant on my second LH surge if my period is supposed to be in one week this coming Friday?
I have really irregular cycles (mostly 40-55 days) so tracking is proving difficult. Last cycle I had a dip in BBT followed by a steady increase and a positive ovulation test, but wasn't successful. This time around I had a dip in BBT followed by 4 'high' fertility readings in a row a few days later, but my BBT has returned to my average and isn't rising at all as expected, and my CM isn't really there yet. Is this just my body struggling to fully ovulate? Feeling deflated. Do you have any content on charting for very long cycles?
Jessica Russell: It’s normal to have positive opk test for a few days in a row. ( I think that’s your question? If not disregard this answer 😉) The first positive opk is the one that should Be entered in chart and kept In mind if you’re trying to figure out Ovulation as close as possible before it actually happens. Though obviously BBT would confirm that for you.

Hi I’ve been watching all your videos. My prolactin hormone was high, with medication it was lowered. Immediately after I stopped cabgolin it was 0.6 then after a month it was 16. Does this mean I’m not ovulating every month ? It would be very helpful if you could please revert back.

I don't use the tests- I listen to my body. What about super/hyper/whatnot ovulation? I am 38, had my #1 IUI which was chemical and now thanks to my induction medication (letrozol) there was 2 follicles and I am having super strong ovulation/egg releasing symptoms- twice now 2 days apart. Frozen seamen on Friday won't have made it here so no risk for twins.
I get about two-three days op positive opk tests straight and then they begin to get light so I just assume that I ovulate somewhere between day two and three .. I’m not sure if this is a correct analysis tho lol
How do you chart temp? What’s the proper way? Before you get out of bed? As you get up and walk? And from there what temps usually mean ovulation and what temps mean ovulation is over?
Early morning before getting out the bed. But to be honest, my bbt chart was flat when I got pregnant!!!(no increased after O and no decreased for dip implantation)
Could be pcos. Polycystic ovarian syndrome tends to you cause you to have high levels of LH in your system so the time instead of peaking at ovulation then dropping. Ovulation tests tend not to work.
This is my first cycle that I tracked OPKs... And I will for sure be adding BBT.. I feel it would have taken away some uncertainties.. however, I received a peak opk on the 3rd which was right on track with what I had expected. It did lighten again by the 5th. THEN... I received another peak on the 6th, and they dropped back down by the end of the day, and I double checked the next day and it was negative again... In your opinion.... Do you think I ovulated on the 3rd or the 6th? This is making it hard for me to know how many dpo I am and when to test. I would love your thoughs!

On may 31st i had a miscarriage and a couple days later i took a ovulation test. I saw 2 lines. Days later i took another and the 2nd line was slow but showed up. I randomly take a ovulation test and still shows the 2 lines. idk what it could be? I did take a pregnancy test today and negative
I have 3 consecutive clear blue (smiley) positve test from cycle day 10,11 and today day 12. Does that mean my body is still trying to ovulate? I'll keep testing though till I see the smiley no more. I really want to see how long that will last.
Is there a way to stimulate follicles to maturity? I get dark tests, keep track of temps, and have sooo many immature follicles it’s like they are packed too tightly to let anything(estrogen) in or for a single follicle to be become egg and be released
Just a question..my husband and I have been TTC for almost 10 months now. I have one kidney and one adrenal gland from having adrenal cancer I was actually pregnant when I had them removed. We lost that baby at 26 weeks to preterm labor but..my question is will me having one adrenal gland and one kidney effect my ability to concieve? I chart every month and I am ovulating every month.
Great question MegaBella! Technically what you then get is not actually a period.. it is breakthrough bleeding. That means your body sheds the lining because estrogen drops but because there isn't an ovulation the ovaries don't produce progesterone to maintain the lining. Maybe I should do a video on this to explain it more in detail?
I'm not sure what to think, normally I have cm eggwhites from my day 12 to 15 every month, this time I also have it, those days, but keep tracking my ovulation test, and got darker on days 19, 20 and 21, and also have cm stretchy eggwhite all these days, and even my normal temperature that is 36.1 or 36.2. Now have been 36.8 the last 3 days, i cant wait to know if I'm pregnant!..If I am, thanks God, and the royal jelly I've been drinking the last month, i think helped me balance my hormones, still not sure, I'll.update, fi gets crossed, if not, well, I'm sure in Jesus name, will happen this year🤗🙏🙏♥️
Awesome! So I got a positive ovulation test on July 24. We had baby danced twice earlier in the week around the 20/21st. We attempted on the 24th but had to go so we couldn’t finish. The 25th came and my ovulation test was even more Darker! Also I had strong ovulation pain on my right ovary. We baby danced that night around midnight and I laid down forever so the sperm could stay in. My calendar said I was due to ovulate on the 26th but my pain was on the 25th. Is it possible I could have conceived?
What does it mean if you got your normal period, shortly after got a positive ovulation test n seen the dip and rise tracking temperature, after that LH lowered, temp stayed slightly elevated, started bleeding as if it was another period for 4 days , and then LH started going up again all this in the same month?
Hello My last depo shot was 15 months ago. My last two cycle have been 24 days long (before that they have been very erratic) I got a LH surge last cycle day 20 which is first time I have seen a surge but then I got my before 4 days later. This cycle I started temp charting cycle day 7 I got peak LH test (clear blue advance) and my temp was 36.17c cd 8 temp went up to 36.50 today is cd 9 and temp was back to 36.17c. All three days CM was watery with some bleeding. Could this be a LH peak without ovulation? And if so any suggestions on how to make my body ovulation. Thank you
I track ovu with sticks and BBT, this cycle I skipped a day bc I was playing in a tournament all day so stick check after and all have been negative. My temp raised 3 days but all in the 97 range then dipped slightly and raised to 98.06. Did I ovulate? Thanks in advance
I am very late but I am seriously struggling to understand my tests this month. We just had a 19 week loss end up April so this is my first full cycle tracking. I got a very obviously positive test about a week ago and have had almost positive but not quite there yet tests every time since then. With the occasional single positive test every couple days. Do you think what you explained in this video is why? Thanks!
im new to opks thought ill try them out to make sure i do ovulate after my MC, started testing at CD 8 and the line is dark. everyday after that is dark. i know its not positive since both have to be the same. but todays one is even darker maybe as dark so makes me think its positive? but its hard to tell since the rest are dark. anyone having this issue with the mommed opks?

I have been doing this tests for about a week now, 3rd day of my fertile window the lines were same colour, then the 4th and the 5th day the T line was darker than the C line. And today the 6tg day C and T are the same. Don't really know

@@cj-ie8cr That's why it's negative hun, it's waaayyy to soon to tell. Just have fun with the OPKs and around when you're period supposed to come, take an OPK and if it's darker than the control line I can almost guaranteed you'll get your BFP! Good luck

Question I need help with. I got my period July 19 (3days late). I am normally the same every month for my period. I tested the day after my period with clear blue digital ovulation and it came back low, then for the next 6 days I had high fertility. I am 3 days close to my period and my body has been acting like I’m ovulating, so I took another test and it is at peak.. this doesn’t make any sense to me. How did I get high before, then back down to low and now peak?
Today is my CD11 and yesterday tehre is slight temperature dip(96.8F) and today there is sharp temperature rise(97.9F) . How long is it possible for women to have sore/ tender breasts after they have ovulated? In assuming i have ovulated, it's been 7 days and I'm not having a lot of cervical mucus anymore....but I still have breast tenderness and a faster heart beat. What is going on, is this normal? Can a chemical pregnancy with embrio retention cause this multiple positive ovulation strips? You see im a regular girl my period comes every 28 days.. But something happened this month.. On day 25 of my period cycle i took a pregnancy test and came positive.. On day 28 my "period" came and as soon as i saw blood i took other pregnancy test and this time showed negative. I bleeded only two days.. Did not see big clots there were some but not big of that many. And my regular period normally last 4 to 6 days but this time only Lasted two days.. So im like what is going on and dont know if any tissue of embrio still inside i haven't go to the Doc cause i dont have health insurance. Im waiting on my period to come ans see if notice im back to normal.. According to my period track app im ovulating since Oct 22 till the 28th... I have been taking this ovulation strips test since the 22nd and all strips show both lines dark well marked the same... Im thinking i probably had a chemical pregnancy and likely still have the dead embrio inside but dont know if is posible to ovulate when this is happening and if with the next period starting I'll come clean inside or if by letting more time pass my health could be compromised... What is your opinion please let me know...
Hi LaQuesito, several things could be going on for you. If you only took 1 pregnancy test, it is possible that there was an "evap" line. So if the test is faulty, then you can get a false positive. If you did have an early miscarriage though, then you likely won't have to worry about the embryo still being inside as it is very tiny at that stage and will have either been taken up by the body again or have come out with the bleed. When we are pregnant, it is sometimes possible to have a positive ovulation test because LH and HcG look alike. However, in that case you would not have gotten a positive ovulation test every day, you would have a positive before ovulation, and then again at least 7 days later when implantation has happened. If you are only using an app but not taking temperatures to track your cycle, I would recommend to start with that. I had a missed miscarriage and decided to go with the abortion pill on Thanksgiving day, 1 week and a half ago my hcg levels were at 4000 and last week at 406, i still was getting both positive pregnancy and ovulation tests positive... now im only getting negative pregnancy tests but positive ovulation test (7 daysin a row now)... I've been having sex with pull out method.. any change i could be pregnant again?
Are you charting your temperatures as well? That could give more insight. Sometimes the LH test gets positive when we are pregnant, but that only happens when the pregnancy test is also positive, like you had when hcg was still high. I am so sorry for your loss Fiorella...

I had a positive OPK on 1/11 then my OB told me to go in on CD 21 to get blood work to check my progesterone level. Well it was a 0.6 therefor i didnt ovulate, so then today i go buy another Clear Blur digital OPL test and its positive. Same happened to me all the time... I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism later I still had to take the below to get pregnant Thyroid medication + clomid (cd 3 onwards) + progesterone tablets (duphaston) twice a day after the ultrasound confirmation of ovulation Got pregnant and carried it all the way

Yes, that's possible. But the only way to know for sure is by also taking your temperature to confirm ovulation. Between your first and last positive ovulation test, at least you have not ovulated no. What happened after the last one - if it became negative again - you can only confirm with the temperature.
Sometimes it stays dark to almost positive till my period. Sometimes it drops after 4 days but rises again and remains dark till my period. But I've never seen less then 50% darkness on my ovulation tests. Always a very noticeable line.
Nope. That's what I thought tho. I did go to the doctors the next day and they told me that the test was an error. They did a blood pregnancy test and said they'll call me back if its positive. I never got a call back🤷🏽
I don't know that you ever got an answer to your question or that you even care anymore but having a cycle that varies a few days each way is completely normal and most likely means you're having normal ovulation. Mine varies from 27-35 days. So big difference and I have only twice not ovulated. And I know I didn't cuz it was passed the longest cycle I've ever had. I believe a doctor told me once it's after 45 to 50 days? in between a period that you would most likely say you didn't ovulate and then when you start bleeding it's breakthrough bleeding not a real period.
I would probably not focus so much on the value because I feel the app is not very capable in terms of accurately gauging the LH quantity in our urine. It also depends on the light in the room where you are taking a picture of the strip to upload it on the app. As long as you see the test line darkening and reaching a peak and then subsiding, everything should fall in place.
@@sarahusman6123 Could be something to do with your LH levels then. A gynae would best suggest what is going on probably after some diagnostic testing. All the best to you.

For the past 3 days it shows i'm ovulating. Both lines are as dark. Only thing is missing is the temperature. My period tracker shows my period will be here in 6 days(i'm irregular)i also was intimate on the first day. today i took a pregnancy test and was negative. 🙄🙄

@@jkey6771 yes on mother's day i found out i was pregnant. I took the cheapy test that day. The following i took a over the counter test. A couple weeks later at 8 weeks. I had a miscarriage. Idk if i was because i had sex with my bf(that's when it all began) or just coincidence and i lost it. Still trying to overcome the sadness😔😔😔
@@litabears oh no I’m so sorry to hear that it sounds like maybe a chemical pregnancy and I don’t think it was because of sex possibly hormonal imbalance or quality of the egg or something within implantation. I really hope you overcome and try again. Im currently 6 days until my cycle I’ve had peaks and positive test within 3 diff LHs I’ve had faint positive pregnancy test but when I test today I feel like im not seeing anything.

Im postpartum and breastfeeding and get blazing positives darker than control line, then very faint negatives the next day, then positive, then negative two days in a row, then blazing positive again, another positive next day, then back to negative and repeat etc... havent had my first pp period back yet but after my first baby when i used opks they were all always very VERY negative so i was hopeful this time around it means i may be fertile sooner? thoughts??
Alright. So from what I understand. My body is trying to ovulate multiple times but it just isn't quite managing?
I typically have 32-37 day cycles. I have been ttc for about a year and I am now a 23 year old woman. Whenever I take the lh strips they are almost always a legitimate positive. Meaning I typically have higher than average levels of lh I would assume. But about 1 time a week since my period started 6/21/18 I have dark positive lh tests. Today on CD30 and yesteday CD29 I have the darkest I have yet to see. I am a very petite girl at 5'1" and 96lbs. Would this have some effect on my cycles? They aren't too irregular, but sometimes I do have a 45 day cycle. I have also had 1 miscarriage and I got my first bfp on CD37.

Show him/her that you have long cycles, and that you keep getting positive LH tests and then ask if they think there could be a chance these are PCOS symptoms. If you ask it openly they will feel like you're not telling them what to do and they will likely feel happier about looking into it with you :) Definitely happy to talk more about lengthening your LP but first we need to know if that is actually a problem for you. It’s been getting frustrating. I use the pre mom app to track my ovulation and cycles. So far for this cycle I’ve had a high level on cycle days 19,20,23,25,26,27,28,29. My peak was cd 20. Wtf? 🤦🏻♀️

I have trouble sleeping at night most of the time, so BBT might not be the best option for me cos in order to get the accurate reading, i need to sleep well for few hours. So i'm using OPKS and monitoring my CM. So on 4 aug and 5 aug, i had 2 dark lines. EWCM was there but not much. We still used fertility lube nonetheless to support.
13 aug at around 5am, i felt watery discharge, almost like urine but clear with no smell and i'm like "isn't this fertile mucus"? And a cramping on my left pelvic area. So i tested with OPK at 2-3pm and the test line is darker than control line.

Hmm that's interesting that the egg white cervical mucus varies for you. Do you chart your cervical mucus as well as the temperature & ovulation tests? That could show you if your body is constantly trying to ovulate but not managing to...

I think I ovulated twice this month once on may6th or 7th and I took an ovulation test again yesterday and today and the test line is darker than the control line but pregnancy tests are negative so far also can I get pregnant on my second LH surge if my period is supposed to be in one week this coming Friday?

I have really irregular cycles (mostly 40-55 days) so tracking is proving difficult. Last cycle I had a dip in BBT followed by a steady increase and a positive ovulation test, but wasn't successful. This time around I had a dip in BBT followed by 4 'high' fertility readings in a row a few days later, but my BBT has returned to my average and isn't rising at all as expected, and my CM isn't really there yet. Is this just my body struggling to fully ovulate? Feeling deflated. Do you have any content on charting for very long cycles?

I usually don't get an LH surge until CD 15-CD-20 which gives me a shorter luteal phase. Is there anything I can do to help my surge come on sooner?

Could be pcos. Polycystic ovarian syndrome tends to you cause you to have high levels of LH in your system so the time instead of peaking at ovulation then dropping. Ovulation tests tend not to work.

I'm so confused!! I got positive ovulation test on Nov 25th on Nov 29th I got another one from first response. What does this mean?
This is my first cycle that I tracked OPKs... And I will for sure be adding BBT.. I feel it would have taken away some uncertainties.. however, I received a peak opk on the 3rd which was right on track with what I had expected. It did lighten again by the 5th. THEN... I received another peak on the 6th, and they dropped back down by the end of the day, and I double checked the next day and it was negative again... In your opinion.... Do you think I ovulated on the 3rd or the 6th? This is making it hard for me to know how many dpo I am and when to test. I would love your thoughs!

If a woman undergoes superovulation, say for example, ovulates 2 eggs in a cycle, has 1 EGG fertilized while the other EGG unfertilized. What happens to the unfertilized egg in this case ? Can you please let me know.

The unfertilized egg will just break down and be absorbed back into the body. Its what normally happens with an unfertilized egg.

Just a question..my husband and I have been TTC for almost 10 months now. I have one kidney and one adrenal gland from having adrenal cancer I was actually pregnant when I had them removed. We lost that baby at 26 weeks to preterm labor but..my question is will me having one adrenal gland and one kidney effect my ability to concieve? I chart every month and I am ovulating every month.

Great question MegaBella! Technically what you then get is not actually a period.. it is breakthrough bleeding. That means your body sheds the lining because estrogen drops but because there isn't an ovulation the ovaries don't produce progesterone to maintain the lining. Maybe I should do a video on this to explain it more in detail?

I'm not sure what to think, normally I have cm eggwhites from my day 12 to 15 every month, this time I also have it, those days, but keep tracking my ovulation test, and got darker on days 19, 20 and 21, and also have cm stretchy eggwhite all these days, and even my normal temperature that is 36.1 or 36.2. Awesome! So I got a positive ovulation test on July 24. We had baby danced twice earlier in the week around the 20/21st. We attempted on the 24th but had to go so we couldn’t finish. The 25th came and my ovulation test was even more Darker! Also I had strong ovulation pain on my right ovary. We baby danced that night around midnight and I laid down forever so the sperm could stay in. My calendar said I was due to ovulate on the 26th but my pain was on the 25th. Is it possible I could have conceived?

Hello My last depo shot was 15 months ago. My last two cycle have been 24 days long (before that they have been very erratic) I got a LH surge last cycle day 20 which is first time I have seen a surge but then I got my before 4 days later. This cycle I started temp charting cycle day 7 I got peak LH test (clear blue advance) and my temp was 36.17c cd 8 temp went up to 36.50 today is cd 9 and temp was back to 36.17c. All three days CM was watery with some bleeding. Could this be a LH peak without ovulation? And if so any suggestions on how to make my body ovulation. Thank you
I track ovu with sticks and BBT, this cycle I skipped a day bc I was playing in a tournament all day so stick check after and all have been negative. My temp raised 3 days but all in the 97 range then dipped slightly and raised to 98.06. Did I ovulate? Thanks in advance

im new to opks thought ill try them out to make sure i do ovulate after my MC, started testing at CD 8 and the line is dark. everyday after that is dark. i know its not positive since both have to be the same. but todays one is even darker maybe as dark so makes me think its positive? but its hard to tell since the rest are dark. anyone having this issue with the mommed opks?

I think 150mg is the maximum dose they will prescribe. Usually they start off at 50mg

Question I need help with. I got my period July 19 (3days late). I am normally the same every month for my period. I tested the day after my period with clear blue digital ovulation and it came back low, then for the next 6 days I had high fertility. How long is it possible for women to have sore/ tender breasts after they have ovulated? You see im a regular girl my period comes every 28 days.. But something happened this month..
On day 25 of my period cycle i took a pregnancy test and came positive.. On day 28 my "period" came and as soon as i saw blood i took other pregnancy test and this time showed negative. I bleeded only two days.. Did not see big clots there were some but not big of that many. And my regular period normally last 4 to 6 days but this time only Lasted two days.. So im like what is going on and dont know if any tissue of embrio still inside i haven't go to the Doc cause i dont have health insurance. Im waiting on my period to come ans see if notice im back to normal.. According to my period track app im ovulating since Oct 22 till the 28th... I have been taking this ovulation strips test since the 22nd and all strips show both lines dark well marked the same...
Im thinking i probably had a chemical pregnancy and likely still have the dead embrio inside but dont know if is posible to ovulate when this is happening and if with the next period starting I'll come clean inside or if by letting more time pass my health could be compromised...

Hi LaQuesito, several things could be going on for you. If you only took 1 pregnancy test, it is possible that there was an "evap" line. So if the test is faulty, then you can get a false positive.
If you did have an early miscarriage though, then you likely won't have to worry about the embryo still being inside as it is very tiny at that stage and will have either been taken up by the body again or have come out with the bleed.
When we are pregnant, it is sometimes possible to have a positive ovulation test because LH and HcG look alike. However, in that case you would not have gotten a positive ovulation test every day, you would have a positive before ovulation, and then again at least 7 days later when implantation has happened.
If you are only using an app but not taking temperatures to track your cycle, I would recommend to start with that. You can learn to do so for free on my website www.ingefleur.com

Are you charting your temperatures as well? That could give more insight. Sometimes the LH test gets positive when we are pregnant, but that only happens when the pregnancy test is also positive, like you had when hcg was still high. I am so sorry for your loss Fiorella...

I had a positive OPK on 1/11 then my OB told me to go in on CD 21 to get blood work to check my progesterone level. Well it was a 0.6 therefor i didnt ovulate, so then today i go buy another Clear Blur digital OPL test and its positive. Im so confused 😫 waiting for my doc to reply on what i need to do next, but would love your input as well. Thanks!

They always have two lines it’s not positive until the test line is as dark as if not darker than the control line! 😊

it didn't really answer my question. My question is how can my lh go up normally then hit blazing positive and then have 10 ovulation positives after the first ovulation test. All super dark. Darker then the control line. Does this mean I'm not ovulating? I tend to have light periods.
Yes, that's possible. But the only way to know for sure is by also taking your temperature to confirm ovulation. Between your first and last positive ovulation test, at least you have not ovulated no. What happened after the last one - if it became negative again - you can only confirm with the temperature.
Sometimes it stays dark to almost positive till my period. Sometimes it drops after 4 days but rises again and remains dark till my period. But I've never seen less then 50% darkness on my ovulation tests. Always a very noticeable line.

Nope. That's what I thought tho. I did go to the doctors the next day and they told me that the test was an error. They did a blood pregnancy test and said they'll call me back if its positive. I never got a call back🤷🏽

I don't know that you ever got an answer to your question or that you even care anymore but having a cycle that varies a few days each way is completely normal and most likely means you're having normal ovulation. Mine varies from 27-35 days. So big difference and I have only twice not ovulated. And I know I didn't cuz it was passed the longest cycle I've ever had. I believe a doctor told me once it's after 45 to 50 days? in between a period that you would most likely say you didn't ovulate and then when you start bleeding it's breakthrough bleeding not a real period.
Every opk I take is positive every day of my life for the past year. Not sure why this is.

Mine never peaks more than .6 T/C ratio. I got pcos and been IMF and doing keto diet. I dont know what is wrong with me:(
I would probably not focus so much on the value because I feel the app is not very capable in terms of accurately gauging the LH quantity in our urine. It also depends on the light in the room where you are taking a picture of the strip to upload it on the app. As long as you see the test line darkening and reaching a peak and then subsiding, everything should fall in place.
@@zainizab1 the darkening doesnt happen. The control line is always darker. I am see my doctor soon..let's see what she suggest.
@@sarahusman6123 Could be something to do with your LH levels then. A gynae would best suggest what is going on probably after some diagnostic testing. All the best to you.
