That Emirates A380 registered A6-EEO is a beautiful bird, but you know who's even more beautiful is that next year one of Emirates A380-861 registered A6-EEU (Destination Dubai Livery) will make it's flight to Manila somewhere in January 2024 for a scheduled maintenance in Lufthansa Technik Philippines. And I can't wait to see that colorful A380-861 (Destination Dubai Livery) next year in Manila.
I don’t think there were any passengers on this flight. When I saw the plane on Sep. 01, it landed in Manila and headed for the maintenance area. There might be a time where emirates actually flies their a380s to Manila. Maybe they’ll flight to Cebu, too.
The enormous wingspan would interfere with airport and airline operations and the enormous capacity would cause major congestion. One A380 effectively shuts down two gates so it also lessens the airport's capacity. The Emirates T3 visit from a decade ago was possible because it was late at night and the airport was in it's down-time.

Set to maintenance C-7 check. C check accrued every 10 -12 months and D check accrued for every 24-48 months.
This is the first time the Emirates A380 has gone out for maintenance in the Philippines!
British Airways Have 12 A380's they have been visiting here for the last 5 years for scheduled servicing and still have 5 years left.
Where in manila did you go to get this footage?
C-17’s in the background?

Do they have a gate to fit the A380? Is it a regular flight now Manila to Dubai?
Though this is not a regular flight, A380 can fit at the gates of NAIA T3. A6-EEO is due scheduled for her maintenance check at LTP
One or two years ago, a British airways A380 was parked in one the hangers. Is it still there?
