I couldn’t agree more, so good to see a younger golfer embracing Easiest Swing and ending up with this lovely easy action. On the 7th hole where I hit a 290 yard drive he hit it 74 yards past me. - no respect for his old man!! 😂
@@Easiestswing had some lesson with Brian some time ago but slowly fell back into my old swing but after watching your video was so impressed went out next day to give it another go hit some wonderful shots so decided to give it another go I’m only 81 so I’ve got plenty of time 😉will let you know next year. Really enjoyed this mini series. A little bit different from the norm. A great show case for your personalities to shine and the production quality is top tier. A great job one and all
Thank you so much Chris! We are really pleased you enjoyed this mini series and hope you found some useful information along the way. Our content team will be delighted with your comments, they are working very hard in the background. We aim to bring more types of interesting and enjoyable content to help golfers discover their own Easiest Swing. Thanks for all your support!
Wow, that would be some accolade for sure! One we would humbly accept only as a byproduct of helping golfers around the world discover an easier way to play the game. Competition puts a pressure on us to become more outcome dependent than normal. It literally matters what your outcome is by way of who wins, comes 2nd, 3rd etc. Sadly this doesn't help us and we need to regain control of this powerful emotion. Understand you are playing golf regardless of the outcome, hopefully for enjoyment and this will help settle nerves. Karl Morris uses a wonderful phrase - Positive Indifference. Breathing properly and taking the time to really notice your surroundings to help keep you present. Hope some of these help.
Hi Easiest swing team , loved the course vlog , I've just found a new course to play in Mallorca, what an absolute gem . My name's Jules I'm 58 and play off 1 , I was losing alot of yards over the last 10 years and was really struggling to play to my handicap , after watching some of your swing Technics I've gain 50 yards on my drives by lifting the left foot about 2 inches , just timing now , thank you all so much , my last 3 rounds I'm playing at scratch , kind regards and thank you Jules ⛳👍
Hi Jules, we're really pleased you enjoyed the course vlog and thank you for the kind words of support! The course is truly magnificent, definitely get a round there when you can. It is wonderful to hear that you are regaining those once lost yards through employing the Easiest Swing principles and playing such incredible golf! This is what drives us to keep sharing the ES philosophy with golfers around the world. Golf should be easy and enjoyable! Catch our latest course vlog here: ruclips.net/video/SZJ7vSFo_fo/видео.html we think you'll enjoy it! Thanks again ⛳️
Thank you for your wonderful response I will be visiting your site to get the books And I sincerely hope my club fitting later this month will help my golf going forward This old dog is really looking to learning new tricks Best wishes to your colleagues and family
Great Videos! I have baught a of your Coaching courses and can only repeat Jean’s Line: you keep finding new information every time you see this and other videos😊
Awesome! Thank you! We are delighted you are still discovering new information and have been studying our coaching courses! We hope you are making great progress with your Easiest Swing. As regards fairway Bunker guidance, I would like to suggest that as it is all about balance, if we keep the feet planted deeply in the sand through the arches we get good balance and a good swing. My two cents.
Very enjoyable, my only critique would be that it would have been good for you all to say what number club you were using for each shot so we could gauge typical distances for each club.
I would love to know how you succeeded in getting that course to yourselves. I am usually looking at the group playing in front of me and the group coming up behind me. My course is always full. No time for thought or discussion. That is a course I would love to play. I’m in 🇨🇦 so that probably won’t happen but it was fun to watch your game.🇨🇦👍👨🦳
We are very lucky to have such incredibly hospitable venues that allow us to play during quieter times. It is also common in Mallorca during the summer months for courses to be empty in the afternoons, which is great, but the temperatures get crazy! It may not have looked too hot on camera, but it was 43⁰C (110⁰F)!
Hi Alan glad you are enjoying Easiest Swing. I don’t coach 1to1 anymore but we do have Aaron Galbraith at Canterbury GC who is an ES coach and the Director of Golf there. Séan also offers 1to1 online coaching and you could also consider joining the ES Club you can find details about all of this at our website details of which you can find on our YT channel info. Good luck with your game and your progress
Wonderful demonstration on so many aspects of the easiest swing concept…I have returned to golf after a 28year rest!!!! I have had the Swing Caddy for a couple of years but only started to use it after watching your video.. I am using aspects of your easy swing in my rounds.. lighter grip Removing negative thoughts Dance de La golf ( plus a finished stance after striking the ball But I keep slicing or duck hooking left, plus leaving my second shots short of most greens Would reading your book (s) help cement the easiest swing concept into my game??? Very instructive video of the three of you in Spain Any thoughts please PS After my rest from golf I purchased ping 430 irons with a sr graphite shaft, historical history of pings..struggling with shape, distance, feel and confidence. So I am going for a fitting at a course that carries many brands/shafts/grips…solid reputation for honesty and a desire for a common sense fitting!!
Hi David Yes indeed I would suggest reading our books and you are right they will really help in many ways. It does sound as though there is still more tension to be rid of as you are moving the ball both ways. Have you tried the swinging legs exercise (SLX) yet? The RUclips video we are releasing this Saturday is on this and if you try it I think you will be surprised how straight the ball goes without any thought. I just switched from Pings (played them since 1977) to Titleist and love my new set (U505 - T350 -T200 combo) with graphite shafts for the first time in my life. Who says you can’t teach an old dog a new trick or two????
Hey Guys..as a new Kid on the block so to speak.. having watched most of your video's.. I am really Interested in your Thoughts On Moe Norman's Method as I have watched a lot of stuff on him by Todd Graves.. How does yours and His Methods Differ? perhaps You May of covered That already? will be interesting to hear your thoughts...Lovely course by the way you lucky so and so's🤣
Hi Brian this is a question we often get asked as there are some similarities in the respect that Moe saw the swing as a simple movement. Brian was a great fan of him too, the big difference I see though is that if one wants to adopt the Norman method you are likely to need to hit a lot of balls as he was probably the most prolific practicer of all time and developed this less natural method into a simple movement. Whilst there is much to be learnt from it I think most club golfers will struggle to adopt it without an enormous amount of work. By comparison, most people (I hope you too) find Easiest Swing quick to adopt and the benefits are more or less instant. I hope that’s helpful.
Thank you Phillip.. You are certainly correct in regards to Moe Normans sheer capacity to just Hit ball after ball which he made look very easy but he always said that his method did not just happen It Took Him Years of practice and as you say Hitting an enormous amount of Balls and day after day to eventually get to a place where it was Second nature to Him I also agree that your methods are far more Productive for my Needs for sure and for me a Lot more Fun too.. many thanks for you prompt response I'm sure I will be asking more as and when the need arises Bfn 🙂👍 @@philipsparks8315
Thank you for the question Brian, we're delighted you have found our channel and watched most of our videos, ideally that means they were enjoyable and helpful. Great that you saw a link between ES and Moe Norman, Philip's answer has hopefully helped to clear up what you were wondering. Stay tuned for more videos from us and make sure to share them with your golfing friends.
With his straight left arm and twisting shoulders, Sean Herron's swing looks less Easiest Swingish than Philip Sparks,' at least as I conceive the method.
Год назад+2
That is a fair observation and yes, one might say that my left arm could be more bent. However, the main thing is that is is not locked straight or tense. Remember, the Easiest Swing is not a method so there is no one-size-fits-all here
Séan would be the first to accept his swing wasn't where he would have liked during this round. However he would be completely tension free, his arm while not bent as much as normal, would be relaxed even if it appeared straight. Its worth noting that Easiest Swing is not a method, simply a guide. No two golfers swings should be the same, but will incorporate the 6 basics, eliminate the 3 deadly donts and use La Danse du Golf as the blueprint to a swing movement. Hope this helps you on your own journey to an Easiest Swing.
A straight left arm isn't compatible with the kind of pivot they teach on this channel. It goes with a pivot that twists the upper body. @@arnevidarpedersen1198
