Grunge wasn't as much a sound as it was a style... The 80s being long hair, makeup, and tights.... The 90's said F the 80s were gonna not wear makeup and tights, we're gonna wear denim, flannels, and Docks and have a cult following of people from the NW and all over...

Ray DeLorenzo Well, they did kinda wear "tights" (or leggings or long underwear) under their shorts. It wasn't meant to be trendsetting fashion, but they said that it's what the bicycle messengers wore. Shorts--so they didn't get cuffs caught in bicycle chains, leggings because it's effing cold in Seattle sometimes.

Huge fan... I grew up in the Seattle area and was in high school when Seattle grunge music burst on to the scene. Thank you for keeping good music alive. The rustic, less than perfect recording conditions, of what I assume to be the folks living room, just make a song like Lithium sound better. And these dudes pay tribute better than anyone. So hard to sing in Kurt's style, but this dudes got the goods.
I hate when people thinks they could sing this song better than staley, and change the melody. That's why i like this one.
