We are John and Molly and here is our third home vlog showing you our full start to finish kitchen transformation. And yes you heard it right we won £10,000 to spend at Wickes! Watch as we try to transform this dated galley kitchen and separate stuffy dining room into a large open plan kitchen diner ideal for entertaining. This is our first house renovation in the UK and like all the other rooms in the house we are going for the mid century modern vibe transforming this 1970’s property into the forever home of our dreams. We are going for old white and green coloured paint, dark carbon units, luxury brass handles, gold boiling water tap and gorgeous engineered wooden floors. Taking you through the full DIY process, right from ripping out the old kitchen through to the new kitchen installation and finishing touches. We are fully DIY, undertaking all the work ourselves! Be sure to watch until the end where we will show you the full kitchen tour, cupboard by cupboard showing off our new appliances complete with a kitchen island. Looks great guys! But where do you put dishes to drain after washing up?

Thank you James!! Good question 😁We were going to put drainage grooves in the worktop but instead we have a free standing dish drainer wrack. Most of the time though they go straight in the dishwasher in the utility!
