Tim got dark because Damian blew up the fucking city in the future. Jason died fighting Assassins but he was a good Batman. And yes Damian went dark as well.

Superman and Batman are best friends to the point where Superman trust Batman with kryptonite to kill him if he ever turned rogue, and Batman would take a bullet for superman. That's kind of deep relationship.
Damian and Jon are just childhood friends/borderline best friends, they need time to develop a bit more.

Exactly! I was shocked when I saw the new line up, and a little disheartened.. I really thought that this was going to be an almost fresh, new team, they could very easily slip Jon in there. It’s a little concerning about what DC is planning for Jon’s future, esp with Bendis now writing the new Superman comics. Granted, Supersons is being restarted under a new title, but I really would love to see more of Jon because he truely is a great character
Ashlyn exactly. While I’m curious about the 3 new characters joining the team. (Crush, Roundhouse, and Djinn) id have rather they added Maya, Jon, and Kathy. I read that Djinn is apparently a couple thousand year old Genie. That should automatically disqualify her from being on the team considering her age. But, oh well I guess.
It's not really that he deserves to be on the team but he needs to be. So he can be monitored and trained as well as socialized with other youths with superpowers. So he can harden up and not have power temper tantrums. Without him being a lab rat in a cage around the adults.

The Kon-El from New 52 wasn't the same as the Pre-52 Kon-El. Sure they shared a name and had the same basic powers. But Pre-52 Kon-El is a clone of Superman and Lex Luthor. Superman named him Kon-El after someone who helped free the clones on Krypton. Their names were lost to Krypton History, so they were adopted into the House of El. They were a second House of El and would have been a cousin of sorts to Superman. New 52 Kon-El was a clone of Lois and Clarks son from a possible future. Supergirl named him Kon-El because that was am insult on Krypton. I don't care how they tried to say they were different versions of the same character. They weren't, House of El/Luthor DNA is different than House of El/Lane DNA.

Hey love your work man, especially the deadpool stuff. I normally watch robs stuff because i like the more in depth exploration of the stories, but when it comes to deadpool or anything with banter between characters you are much more entertaining. Please keep doing what youre doing. Also itd be really cool if you could cover war of kings and the whole story arc that goes with it. Black bolt is a really cool character and neither you nor rob ever cover them

I like how the ending vote mirrored the tower of babel. With Superman being the only one who wanted to keep Batman in the justice league where as Robin being the sole vote for Superboy. Banana Muffin!

people dislike the story sometimes, i assume they don't mean anything against Benny. i personally don't like all the time travel in comics lately. i get it's a huge part of comics and this story is also kinda 'alternate timelines' more than "traditional" time travel, but it always feels kinda weak to me. there are also just inconsistencies between writers of the same stories in general which creates little things some fanatics will thumbs down every time. just my thoughts. i usually just leave a comment and no thumbs up if i don't like it.

BONUS: Bob Kane got bored one day and SUED Black Bat's creator for "ripping off Batman" (VERY similar to the SHAZAM or Captain Marvel case). Bob Kane won and stole some of Black Bat's costume designs for Batman.... You know Batman's Spiked Bat wing gloves? Yeah those were Black Bat's gloves... Bob Kane also based the Batman villain "Two Face" off of both the creator of Black Bat and the Black Bat character himself just to piss him off.
Comic Kid ...I ONLY came to this video because of the thumbnail and wanted to leave this first comment to see if anyone else sees the connection to Black Bat. I DID NOT actually watch the video nor meant to type my second comment, but someone wanted an explanation and I often get a little carried away when explaining characters forgotten in time.
These "Very Successful" characters are ONLY popular since they market themselves like a McDonalds. 1930's The Shadow used to be like that and was the #1 most recognized comic hero for awhile, but then 30 years past without a new film or show and the character faded into obscurity only to be replaced by Batman in popularity once the Adam West Batman show aired...I don't hate every "Successful" superhero, just ones who point for point copy or plagiarize a previous superhero. Like Superman was only inspired by comic book characters before him, but superheroes like Marvel's Dr. Strange plagiarized 1940's Green Lama while DC's Dr. Fate ONLY copied Green Lama and published their superhero ONE MONTH later.Bob Kane's Batman of course plagiarized the Shadow within it's first 5 issues and pretty much all of the villains that Bob Kane made for Batman were based on people Bob Kane DID NOT like.

yeah recently in the batmfamily story lines it seems like theyve done an evil version of every bat family member but drake is kind of unexpected which makes it a good story but still they need to chill with the evil future hero plot devices it just feels really recycled

red kryptonite dampens his powers...his home planet was kept under a red sun so its like a normalizer
the DC wiki begs to differ... unfortunately my copy and paste is broken. google it if you want. only once in golden age, issue 12 i believe, did red kryptonite have that effect. ever since it's been wildly unpredictable, generally acting as a drug of sorts affecting the personality or even form of those who come in contact with it. Smallville also treated it that way.
They acted as if red kryptonite was putting off red solar radiation here.... kind of strange.

William Morey-Baker You sure you wiki-ed th right Kryptonite, and didn't mix it up with other ones, like Black Kryptonite or whatever wiki you read wasn't half assed? Cause taking your word for it, DC had been making this "mistake" for over a decade as of my memory, with Injustice, Justice League comics and Gods and Monster movies that used red as Superman's weakness.
I suggest *you* to check on the comic videos (possibly this one or variant comics) that worked on different types of Kryptonite. Again, it is Red Kryptonite that makes Superman physically vulnerable to regular attacks (compared to green, which hurts him almost lethally). Only Black Kryptonite has the effects of your description.
So could we see Bart Allen in the soon future because Bart is the future flash.

He didn't die from Kryptonite poisoning; he died from a combination of being exposed to the fires of Apokolips, the room of Kryptonite, and battling the god of Krypton which was causing his cells to deteriorate. Plus, Pre-Flashpoint Superman knew Conner.

Somehow i like that Batman didn't win this round. I mean he was depicted as winning without his gear so i would assume he could have won, but he lost since he was less prepared, and tim was. I think this shows so clearly how batman is all about preparation time, because if it comes down to anything, batman is still human and can be knocked out by sheer coincidence. Rly liked that story.
