He brought him up. And Alfred's skill in acting allows him to help Bruce pull off the "dumb airheaded playboy" act he puts on to keep people from realising he's Batman. There's a funny scene in Mask of the Phantasm where Batman says "You think you know everything about me don't you" and Alfred goes "I diapered your bottom. I bloody well ought to....sir."

Sadly most comic characters hardly ever get past their iconic origin story. Look at wolverine, one of the most popular heroes and yet it's been like 40 years since his origin was shown and that still the peak of his whole character
I'm glad you mentioned psychological trauma. That stuff isn't given nearly as much public attention or weight as physical injuries despite being just as important and more complicated, healing-wise.
For the psychological trauma I’d say that the worst one would be when Jason Todd quote on quote “died” and joker sent Batman videos of Joker torturing Jason Todd

I think he was trained to endure through pain and injuries. It's also possible that through the Lazarus Pit, he has been injured during training so much that he is used to pain. Not exactly immune to it, but used to it so much it doesn't affect him like a normal human being

I'd say the worst one was in Tales From The Dark Multiverse: Batman Knightfall where Azarael stabs Batman through the back and keeps him in a mechanical device with nothing but his torso and head. Sure it's an alternate Bruce but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Actually when Superman took on Batman’s trauma of dying a lot, he actually gave it to the Joker (or rather, asked the Spectre to give it to Joker).
Because he deserved it obviously.
Batman breaks his back a lot more that the other heros because he carring them all the damn time to victory
Fun fact: Before Bane broke Batman's back in Knightfall, the closest a villain has ever come to actually properly killing Batman was in Batman Vs Predator, where Predator brutalized the shit out of Bruce, forcing him to build an exoskeleton to fight on the same playing field as the alien big game hunter.

The bad thing was that while that happened he was having a honeymoon vacation with Catwoman on Hawaii, that was the worst arc on Tom King's run
Batman not dying from his grapple line getting cut and falling that far down and then beating bane and Superman in a fight is the biggest case of plot armor in tv history
The fact that batman didn't have a second grapple hook or didn't try gliding to safety is dumb.

He certainly was when he had a fractured skull. Seriously, he has to recover, yet he took on Superman?(who seemed mind-controlled in that clip). No. Batman would be dead. Hell, he shouldn't have survived that fall. He wasnt wearing BatArmor, it was his regular suit.

In fact, I dont want to start on the old DCEU. Snyder didnt understand Superman, he tried making him dark like Batman. The BvS fight was 100% biased towards Superman. What else? Snyder doesnt want colors in costumes, so much so that Superman's suit in his JL isnt the iconic black & silver, its just the regular suit CGI'd black. Im not kidding.
And on DC's side of things, one big example of the Batman worshipping is that Dark Knights Metal storyline from a few years back. Where there's a Batman Flash, Batman Green Lantern, etc.
@The Zoom how even without it he's still the same he's beat characters in their own story where they would have plot armor and he's beat people like the specter without plot armor because we don't get to see it so it's not part of the plot it's just a feat and he can survive these injuries because he's not weak like any human he bench presses 1000 pounds everyday something that would seem superhuman if anyone at all did it in real life and he works everyday to improve his body so he can survive and fight to save another life just because he doesn't fight people like superman everyday doesn't mean he's weak like he told superman he should spend more time on the streets instead of flying over them.
Of course alfred could take superman without the pill but the writers just made him take it for the storyline. Alfred is by far the most powerful character in the DC universe
There are real world examples of people breaking their backs and coming back from it. One example is Ric Flair, who recovered from a broken back he received in a plane crash that killed others passengers and wrestled for 30 more years.
I love how there are some people in the comments saying that they don't like batman anymore due to the fans but will comment and pay attention to any of the movies/tv shows or games that are released.

You forgot one more MAJOR psychological trauma he's faced: in the Injustice universe, he is forced to watch people who were his friends suddenly turn against everything they'd previously held with him. Anyone who stood beside him is murdered by those who turned, and he's forced to take on the burden of stopping a neofascist regime all on his own. That is, until he gets help from the main universe. But even after this, his ability to trust ANYONE is near irreparably destroyed. Could probably count on my hands the number of people from HIS universe that he still trusts
He has a plan to bring HIMSELF down if he turns evil

I feel like the Harley Quinn show injury is similar to Brave and the Bold's in that as a comedy series it makes batman out to be more of a joke and as such he breaks like that, its like a mix of bad luck and the depiction's stubborn and childish characterization

He got pretty f*cked up in his first fight with a Predator. Kept him from Batmaning to the point where the Gotham news declared that, "Batman has abandoned Gotham."
He also had to come back into the fray with a suit of armor to even the odds... oh and Alfred got a shot off on the Predator with his antique scatter gun! Good stuff. :)

The Hush injury was by far the most unbelievable. He fell from 20-30 storeys right onto solid concrete, and he already had momentum before falling via the grapple hook so he would of hit the ground real hard. I dont care how shock absorbant the batsuit is he would be dead on the spot.
I think the Joker infection should have been mentioned as the poison really scared him mentally and made his fighting become increasingly more brutal
