took a tumble snowboarding today and knee hurts when I have to walk up stairs. The stretch with my leg against my wall felt SOOO good to relieve this pain. thanks! Crazy how stretching the hamstring helped provide relief!
Thanks Tim! I’m looking for healthier knees- but I feel that hips and ankles and even core must play a part in it. If you made a series where you did the exercises in real time like a yoga video I would find that so helpful!
Loving this series of videos. Just started today, so I'll take a little while before I can reclaim my knees fully, but just doing these before (and this video after) a run is helping getting to run pain-free again. Thanks Tim. Knees are a persistent worry of mine and I occassionally get flare ups. After doing these it seems like my calves might be a big part of it. Will talk to my PT about it.
I had knee injury three months ago. I exercise every day to strengthen my muscles. I have joint hipermobility. Thank you very much for the videos about knees :)
Love your workout however here I saw the image and said hey that would hurt my knee since I cannot bend my leg because it hurts on top front side so anything that creates too much of a bend will not work…. Maybe you could address that for several knee injuries
