For the asparagus try, oil, kosher salt, pepper and a sprits of fresh lemon while on the grill. You won't regret it.

True words. A little splash of truffle oil will also do wonders to the flavour!!!

Request for a video on Dutch Spiced Beef. It’s a beef roast with salt, pepper, and lots of allspice. I’d love to see a smoked version of this!

Good to see the use of high temps. I think most people don't use enough temp or weak gas grill to start with IMHO. Kamado gives me the best result.

Corn, no matter what, always seems to take so much longer lol. I love me some grilled veggies along side my grilled meats!

Off topic, but you mentioned to toss out ideas. I though a BBQ Fried Rice fusion could be great. Pulled pork (or chicken) and replace the peas and carrots with corn or black beans. Problem I am not culinary-wise enough to figure out is the liquid seasoning.

So, are you sticking with olive oil, or did you intend avocado oil?
