Looks awesome, do the climate controls just slide perfectly into the spot where the compartment used to be or is there some retrofitting involved? I’d love to do this swap but I have a bad feeling previous owner butchered the stereo wiring lol.

Have a E46 do I need a harness or does it come with the ones you showed? Have been researching this stereo for a while now. Also do your steering wheel controls still work

Im not sure how accurate the horsepower gauge really is since it gets the data off of the speed sensor. I will get the car dynoed to see if the app shows correct data or is completely off, I will make a dedicated video on showing everything that the app does soon! Thanks for the idea!
Did you ever have any issues with static ground loop noise when using apple car play. do you have Harmon Kardon system?
No I have base speakers but I did have an issue with it. I think it was cause of the antenna
Did you add the external microphone or is your Bluetooth working through the internal microphone?
I connected the microphone that was provided
How long does it take for the head unit to start up when you start the car? I heard that enon head units take a while to boot up but I was wondering if that was different with the android 10 version.
Mine takes about 10 seconds I would say.
Would this fit in a 2005 330i? It says only 1996-2004 but I’ve seen a lot of videos on it. Also do the buttons on the steering wheel still work?
Im sure it should still work as long as its an e46 or e39, and my buttons never worked so I have no idea
I have a 2006 330ci, will this work or is the factory harness incompatible? The specifications say no later than 2005. I don't want to waste time or money if not.

y’all think this will fit the 2005 e46 m3 ? because it says it only fits to 04 but i’m pretty sure is the same
If should fit, I've put one in me 2006 325. I would say to look for a 4 GB ram 64 GB ROM model if you don't plan on using Apple carplay / Android auto. I have found the 2 GB ram 32 GB ROM model doesn't seem to multitask very well. When I run Google maps and Spotify at the same time on split screen Google maps directions are often a mile or two behind me. I'm returning the Eonon and looking for a different model.

Oh you have to find the link that says "includes camera and obd2" i believe the link i posted says obd2?
If you go on eonon website they are having a sale, free revers cam, dash cam, and obd reader if you purchase the deck

How did you get the tuner to work mine saying needs ecu or something for reading
You need to plug im the obd 2 reader and also make sure when you installed it that you transferred over the red box from the e39 cables

I’m not getting sound and idk if it’s the radio or something else everything works just no sound
I didnt get sound as well untill I noticed the previous owner messed with some wires and I had to run the amp wire to the cars blue wire, and then it worked

Make sure your blue wire is connected, mine didnt work until I connected the sub wire

I heard its shitty music quality though.. and that Xtrons is much better... better amp etc more RMS output and higher watts.
Xtron is actually the same as this just rebranded, they both look identical and run the same specs, But This head unit actually sounds really good for the year of the car, with a better amp it'll sound even better I still have the amp from 2006 in it, my priority isnt the sound atm but the body kit.
@@BreakTraction How's the unit holding up so far? no buggy/glitchy stuff? I know the older models were kinda like that just recently got a 5speed e46 325i sedan. Already getting started on some of the mods lol.
I got the newest version with the android 10.0, it's very smooth and I like it a lot
