    Please give us the ability to delete libraries, this is currenlty extremely difficult, requires going to many different locations that are difficult to keep track of, and even when I do so, Native Access still lists the library as "needs repair" instead of removing it from the grid. It's so frustrating, and I really just want a one-click way to uninstall a library and have it be removed from Native Access's list of installed libraries.

      At this time, I am not quite sure Native access allow users to completely delete library from the grid even if the user doesn't need it anymore. They keep it there thinking that perhaps you might need it over time...see the library as part of an order that can not be cancelled 😁....once you are in you are in 😁

      @@YungShadBeatz bro can you explain me .i downloaded native access 2 from native instrument official page, i registered , native access is installed, it is open but there are not full list of products to install. there are just three, kontakt 6 player, kontakt 7 player, controll editor, and also it is says that needs to repair them all. i tried even changin ip adress, using vpn, but it is not fix it the product list

    does it have uninstall? do we need to upgrade to it to get future products? this should just be an update rather than a separate install. native instruments has the best sounds and instruments but the most clumsy and manual installation/uninstallation process. every other company is one click. please fix this!!

      And most clumsy Komplete Kontrol, can we please have window resizing, saving the state we use it (hide macros, show Kontakt minus browser, show piano), neing able to use mouse scroll wheel, use arrows and Enter to browse AND choose a sound and use letters like O for OK and C for Cancel, S for save etc for popup windows (same for Maschine).

      Oh, and I would also like to use my Maschine Controller to control Komplete Kontrol, as it is on my desk, so I don't have to pull out the keyboard and it has the same buttons as the KK Keyboard.
      And the Komplete Kontrol software needs an Effects only version like Maschine FX plugin.
      Only when these issues are done and Maschine is a proper DAW with Audio warping and quantizing a la Ableton, you can bring out the next 20 Expansions :-)
      Honestly, I wouldnt know what else you come up with next, we got everything

    I would really like if I get asked WHERE I want to install each library as my C drive is not big enough to host all my NI libraries, I use external drives and it is a pain to always have to manually go to "Preferences" to change the installation path before clicking on installation. If I forget to do so, it will install it on my C drive by default or the last external drive I pointed to. I have a folder for each different developer, so say I install a Heavyocity product, I don't want to install it under a NI folder, but under a separate Heavyocity folder. Thing is, I have many external drives so like most other developers do, please add the function to ask me where I want each new library to be installed instead of making only one fixed path for all NI libraries. I separate real NI content from other developers hosted by Kontakt so I always have to change to folder installation path. This would be so much more easier to deal with. I am pretty sure I am not alone in this situation. Take example from Pulse Audio, they host many different developers, but they always ask WHERE I want to install each separate library, they don't force me to install everything under a Pulse folder, you get my point?. This is the way it should be done.

    NI Access 2 → Problem Message: "Dependency installation is taking longer than normal...... I can't install native access because the installation doesn't go further" ← I can`t install Player 7 with that big problem!
    In NI Access 1 i can`t see Kontakt Player 7 in "Available Updates" or "Not Installed".......

    I need to get an external drive as I’m out of space, can I use an SD card in a usb power through adapter or does it have to be a proper dedicated external hard drive? I’m on MacBook Air and only have two ports!

      Buy a USB splitter with power source like UGREEN and use only SSD external drives for best results. Works very well for me. I am on PC but it does not change an thing for this matter.

    So in using external hard..., I did what you said and I keep getting the "installation failed" and "the you may need to grant full access disk to Native instruments and daemon" for some of the libraries
    Which my MacBook pro already given it full access disk.
    What is wrong with it?

    It seems NI Access 2 is not working out so well. I have just upgraded to Komplete 14 on my m1 mac. I installed all on NI Access 1. I updated Access 2 and all I get is to grant permissions for install of NI Access. After checking a few post, I see people going back to Access 1. I hope they fix this.

    No doubt the new sounds are good but Native Access2 is a pain to install and currently the subject of a support request ticket after 3 days of trying to get it to run. Seriously having second thoughts about upgrading...

      I am also experiencing serious issues with Native Access 2. I tried to reinstall several times but it's still a mess.I've been trying to download the Komplete 14 library for days but I have this same message coming back every often : "There's an issue with the installer service. To resolve this issue, try restarting Native Access. If this doesn't work, restart your computer and try again". I restarted Native Access 20 times, restarted my computer 50 times. In 10 days, I could download 10 products... I was thinking about upgrading from Komplete 14 Standard to K14 Ultimate but I am seriously hesitating now...

    Hi, if I know well, after buying one of the keyboards of the S serious that comes with Komplete 14 Select. Afterall, if I decided to upgrade to Komplete 14 Collector's Edition, which upgrade do I have to choose? Upgrade for Komplete 8-14, or Upgrade for Komplete 14 Ultimate? I would appreciate your answer.

    I am facing a problem with this version of Native access. In the 'available' tab of this version of native access in my pc (Widows 10 pro 64 bit 10.0 operating system) the newly added libraries are not showing even after I have added it in the original site of native access. I am using same email in both native access and native instrument official website account. Please help. Why this problem is happening ? I was thinking of buying Komplete bundle but now I am skeptical regarding whether after spending all those money the libraries will at all be shown in this new version of Native access or not. Also if anyone else had faced the same problem and found a solution then please let me know. Thank you.

    Just bought m32 midi keyboard, I follow steps to register it through native access but it is gone after registration. I’m using MacBook m3 chip.

    Hello Briann
    I have select as I got it with s49 mk2 keyboard and now I'm ready to purchase komplete standard. My question Is I want to put Standard on a external hard drive so how exactly do I do that without it clashing with select. I realise komplete standard has everything select has so what should I do uninstall everything then install everything from standard on the external hard drive.... not sure what to do...
    Any help would be great 👍

    Hi, I have a problem. Can you add an Ok/Cancel option in Native Access when I enter a new serial number? Sometimes I do not want to register a number, because I make a mistake, etc. and I see that it is not an instrument that I wanted to have on my account, but it is immediately already in my account and I can not delete it. Can you add this option in Native Access? Simply confirm the registration of the Yes or No new serial number.
    Support wrote to me recently that this is already the case in the latest version of NA v3.5, and yet there is no such possibility. This is very important for us. Best regards.

    I'm using Windows, I want to save space and use an external hard drive (so change the path of the content location). When click install, it doesn't just install; I get a cd drive with an installer, but the default path is different. Where do I install it, the default or the external? Also, some installs have a "not able to decompress" or sometimes the install goes away and says insert "whatever application/instrument." what do i do?

      Yes, Native Access 2 and the products in Komplete 14 need at least macOS 11 Big Sur to work.

    How does izotope Installation Work? I got an e-mail that NI created an Account for me? But the Email does not contain the username nor password they used for the Account creation.

    im tryng to install the free komplete start so i can use the band vst but i get stuck at having downloaded native access. when i open the application there is no komplete start or band instrument vst yo download or open. am i missing something?

    This might sound like a stupid question, but once i put the Komplete 14 serial in, I wont actually see the application Native Access, its just going to be included in native access??

      You would put your serial in Native Access but if you bought K14 on our website, instruments should show up directly.

    Hey, just bought analog dreams and It doesn't download when I click install. it doesn't show any progress that its downloading. do I need to change the file path?

      Thanks a lot for your encouraging feedback. I took advantage of the 50% summer discount and purchase the Komplete 14 Ultimate on June 30. I am yet to install any of the products to my temporary PC 🤦🏿...though I am eager to start testing 😁.

      @@NativeInstruments Yes I went into Task Manager hunting running instances of Native Access, to uninstall, I found two of them. Now you are confusing me with Native Access 2, I can barely get Native Access to work.

    What a f$#%@!g pain in the ass!! I had bought so many things including the latest komplete 14 package and for some stupid f'ing reason it won't install them properly or even at all at times. Seems to install some of them but not all. It could show that it's installing one of the instruments or plugins but will not install. Even when I leave it for days on the install screen with the indicator saying it's installing. Paid so much money on this company and trying to move ahead with myself and it's paralyzing me right now.
    I had tried un installing everything one by one many many times over. Reinstalled everything over so many times fresh again and still have the same figgin problem over and over again where it only installs so many gigs or megabits from the file then it hangs forever on the install not completely installing it. The only way to stop all the ones in q is to shut down the installer and re start the computer.
    I can't seem to get any help from their support or from anyone on this!! I am so pissed off right now with this company!

    Hi, I got a problem since few weeks with NA, it downlaods my instruments but it cannot achieve to install them
    At this time I've uninstall/reinstall and try a lot of tricks but I would like my launcher to be able to install my products like it did few weeks ago
