    As a very slender and healthy woman who's weight never fluctuates, lemme chime in with a few tricks...
    Drastically decreasing your sugar intake is a huge helper for weight and skin. Once you discipline yourself to eat well, the rest is easier. I have never dieted but i do fast for spiritual reasons.
    I drink a lot of unsweetened green tea and lemons in water, it keeps my metabolism in beast mode. So even when I go without exercising im good.
    I don't go to the gym, I work out at home and sometimes use a skipping rope outside.
    In all this, find your balance. An ice cream or cake in moderation will not kill you...😘

    I avoid heavy exersise when I'm dieting because it increases my appetite. I only do walking. As you said, the goal is to shrink your stomack and eat as little as possible (but at least 1000 calories per day). But working out really makes you hungrier, and it also makes you feel entitled to eat more cause you "earned it" lol. But people tend to overestimate how many calories they burned during a workout, so they end up in a calorie surplus.

    • @moonlovesme
      @moonlovesme 6 месяцев назад +12

      A slight calorie surplus isn’t that bad when you’re exercising, you may haven’t burned a lot, but that will help to build muscles, muscles are the key to fat loss because you’re actually going to burn a bit more calories at rest

    I'm down 30lbs since last January and yes while it is not *easy* (especially at 5'1 and a half) the payoff is more than worth it for what I desire in life. The smaller I get, the greater access I have to attracting wealthier men who will provide me with the lifestyle that I desire. I receive preferential treatment and life is just easier in many aspects.
    I've been on both sides of the spectrum from being bullied as a child for my looks and obese to fitting into the beauty standard (now). It's unfair that the world is "superficial" but rather than complain about it, I'd rather do what I need to do to ensure that I have a winning hand in this game called life.

    This is very helpful, it really promotes a healthy way of getting to a goal weight. When I was younger I had a restrictive ED, I never had anyone to teach me about food, but when it came time to recover from being underweight, I went to youtube and social media a lot of creators were just promoting the exact opposite, which isn't healthy either, eating whatever you want, however much you want, whenever you want. That "any food is good food", but it just lead to binge eating and gaining 120 lbs. It wasn't until I started seeing videos that are like yours, that seem actually invested in providing help and truly lifting women up getting them to be their best selves, that I was able to form a healthier relationship with food and lose over 40 lbs. Because you are just being honest about it. I really appreciate this video!

    i lost almost 60lbs and counting when i went to college and all i did was count my calories and walk around a lot. i would eat out with my friends occasionally, but for the most part i ate in the dining hall. i didn’t have a car so i would walk around campus a lot too. i would say make sure you’re eating enough, for me walking was the key to my weight loss. it’s better to eat 2,000 calories a day and walk 10-15k steps than to only eat 1,000-1,200 calories daily and not move at all.

    "Why do you need to bulk as a girl?". Well, not every girl wants to be skinny with 0 muscle, some girls want to be actually strong so bulking is for them, if it is the goal. But don't go and generalize like that, because fitness is different for everyone and if you are a woman watching this, it's okay if you want to be slim and lean, but it is also okay if you want to be muscular and strong. Find what works best for you and take what everyone says (especially on the internet) with a grain of salt

My advice is first FIX THAT. The moment I fixed that, I started to see change. The first thing you need to say to yourself is that "I am not under restriction. Food is abundant. I just choose to eat consciously." Have this mindset. It freaking help me when I first decided to be HEALTHY. If you need more tips, just tell me. I will post here again. Then I treat myself every night with a olipop cream soda and a package of Lance nekot vanilla creme Cookie sandwiches (after I run out of my current box I’ll be replacing those cookie sandwiches with Junkless cinnamon roll granola bars) for reference I usually burn around 2,000 calories a day and that diet is around 1,400 calories. Sometimes i binge up to 3k too, I don’t know how old you are but maybe it’s because we are still girls and our body is still growing. And dont worry to much about the weight gain, not everything is necessarily fat, could be water if you ate much salt and carbs.
      What i recommend you to do, is to have a consistent meal plan, eat enough throughout the day so you dont end up binging. Eat healthy food and if you’re still craving sweets then eat them in a small portion! Hope this helps

      hey i just wanrtted to let yk that my mindset is way better now like i accept that its ok to have some binges sometimes, but i try eat alot of protein aand enouguhn fat and carbs on a 1300-1600calorie diet, and usually in novemebr winter season i alwyas want to go back to my bad mindset of restriticion because i usually gain 2-4kg in winter but then in janueary i usually get less cravings and m y whole body asnd mind feels better, last time i was 49kg so my goal is t0 get to 46-44kg in june-july, its a 6month process but its way healthier
      also i gope you are doing better now, work on urself to become the best version of yourself, we only live once and we dont want to waste our years of binge restriuct cycle in the lnog term so we will do our best :D
