This is interesting stuff. I'm actually watching alot of glass work videos right now because I'm thinking of making my own vacuum tubes for a guitar amp, but i find that i often wander into glass working videos.
This video is one of the better video/s because it's a very through walk through that doesn't assume we know anything about what's going on. There's more than a few glasswork videos that assume that we'll instantly know where the artist/craftsman is going with their project simply by knowing what step they're at and assuming we all know what comes next.
After all that, the video has a certain ASMR quality to it, which i find soothing.

Wonderful video!! I just began my journey into bead creating, and YOU my dear have answered MANY questions I've had. I've watched numerous videos on getting started, and my beads still came out wonky to say the least. With the information in this video alone, i am confident I will be well on my way to really cool beads. Thanks so much!! Now I'm on to watch and learn by watching more of your videos.

Hi, Sally! The right torch and kiln for you depend on the kind of work you do. I still like the bobcat, but I also plan to get a bigger torch. GTT offers the cricket for a little less money than the bobcat. I've been using a Paragon SC3 kiln for the last 10 years and it's still great. It can be used for annealing and fusing glass and enamels, and for firing precious metal clay.

Hi Jenine your tutorial was so helpful! I have two questions do you still recommend the bobcat and is there a kiln for annealing you would recommend?

Great video. You necklace is off-the-charts. What types of venues do you use to sell your beadwork?

Hi Jenine. If I don't have a kiln can I use the cooling blankets?
