That’s not aimbot and that’s not how cheating software works. It has to inject into the game somehow. It wouldn’t know where the enemies are if it wasn’t attached to the game by some means.

The glasses get information from the game, surely you understand that? It's not a feature of the glasses, the glasses just work as a screen overlay to cheat discretely. Well, as discretely as possible while wearing stuff that looks like nerd glasses from 90's cartoons. There's ways to detect the RAM reader cards and other methods that feed these things, but we're closer to getting large scale player behaviour model done to combat cheaters than fixing the RAM readers.

The craziest cheats involve installing memory reading dives into your PC that read memory for info you're not supposed to have, then that info gets sent to a 2nd PC, that PC then uses the info to give you cheats and the image or mouse controls are then sent back to the PC running the game. Actually insane.

These cheaters are the reason why Family Share and Remote Play are going to go out the window. It's bad enough you get auto banned from Rust servers for being on family share.

Since VAC is not Kernal level, there is no way to detect kernal level cheats, unless you want VAC to see literally everything you do, and have full access to everything on your PC. Well, Valve bans cheaters in waves in order to scramble the cheat software creators, since if you create a cheat that isn't flagged down then add something that gets it flagged, then you know what to do/add and not, making cheats more difficult for the VAC software to detect them. Yes, there's Overwatch where players report a suspected cheater and someone judges if the person was cheating or not, but it's not 100% accurate and it can get really good players banned. Valve instead of only doing banwaves, should also update the VAC software more often 🤦
I don't care I'd rather deal with this than have riots anticheat. I'm not trusting a company that cant fix it's own bugs with "hundreds of years of game development experience" with my PC's ROM.

CS2 shouldnt have been an update to CS GO. It should have been a standalone game and it should have cost $20 to drive off cheaters
