I personally say Trandosians are good assassins. Thermal vision, generally well trained, quite physically strong, and due to their culture, they are dedicated and excellent shots. Not to mention, they're pretty common and generally not that expensive.
What about Umbarans or Ubese? Especially the Ubese who have as much hatred for Jedi as many member of Mandalorian culture. Training to one day slay a Jedi and take their head and lightsaber as trophies and return to their Ubese homeworld(s) to show their clan/tribe. They make great assassins and bodyguards as well as bounty hunters.
I think a good idea for a video would be to compare the furian race from pitch black, chronicles of riddick etc. and how they would do vs the jedi or sith or the best warriors in the star wars galaxy i.e the mandalorians. I'm a fan of both sets of films a much bigger fan of star wars of course; just an idea.
Instead of the Twilek you should have put the Defel as they have fur that allows them to essentially turn invisible in the daytime and many have turned to assassination just because of this ability

This is a really big drawback in the prequel series of Star Wars to use droids and later on to change them with clones. Why do you need an army of humans (even enhanced), when you already have endless supply of basically terminators? Yeah, yeah, I know that in the prequel it was explained that the droids are dumb and don't have abstract thinking, combinative mind and so on.
Psychological impact. Who would you, a civilian human, view as a greater threat to your life and liberty. A programmable killing machine or a living, breathing, feeling human that can demonstrate compassion ? It's easier to gather public opinion to support the Clone trooper than a emotionless killing machine. It all help's place Palpatine in the role as the leader of the good guy's. Be mindful, there is no drawback for Palpatine who is pulling the string's on both side's. It's his War

Also being humans, they need food, water, oxygen, life-support systems, shielding from the cosmic environment...you are getting it. If I were the emperor, I would make numerous armies of droids. Let them be dumb. Let them lack combinative thinking. The emperor would win by brute force and sheer number of the robots. Not to mention the insanity of building a Death Star...several times throughout the franchise. With the same amount of material you can build countless armadas of destroyers. It's not necessary to blow up whole planets. Just smash into them something small like a bawling ball travelling with the speed of light. It's the same like the meteorite killed the dinosaurs.

If you're going to cite the Clawdite's shapeshifting as a main reason they're great for assassinations, then you should 100% have mentioned the Gurlanins. Even Jedi couldn't detect them unless the Gurlanin wanted them to.

Not to mention they have so many abilities that give them such an edge in hunting from their wookie level strength, infrared vision, excellent sense of smell and the list goes on.
