  • Continuing the Dumbbell HIIT series with this 15 min Dumbbell Chest Workout At Home.
    Hope you guys are enjoying this little mini series
    Like the previous workouts. Here we are hitting 6 chest exercises in total. We kick off with 3 exercises for 4 rounds. 20 secs on , 10 secs rest
    Before a quick shake out and then do the same again with 3 different chest exercises to hit that chest all over
    The beauty with this series is you can do each workout in just under 15 minutes and they also work with light dumbbells and you can still get a great workout in
    Which makes them doable for anyone from complete beginners to the more advanced
    So what we waiting for. Grab a little space , grab some dumbbells and some water and let's smash this chest workout . NEVER SKIP MONDAY 💪
