Jon Jones one of the best grapplers. Pereira is trash at grappling. Jones takes him down in the first round and ends it however he wants. Izzy was even able to take him down and Izzy is horrible at grappling.
This is MMA, size doesn't matter. Pereira has no grappling so he'd get choked out easy. The best UFC fighters are balanced all-around fighters with many tools at their disposal, not just having size and a powerful left hook.
It'll be Gypsy King vs Deontay 2.0. Skill will beat power once the weakness is exposed. Of course we all want Francis to reign but Bones will get inside with elbows. Although, MMA is more brawler and those shots are the heaviest in the world

DC is 5' 10" and doesn't remember what his toes look like. He was never a legit heavyweight, just fat guy with a lot of skill. If DC ever got in actual shape, he'd probably be a welterweight.
