I felt that the choreography was simplified as much as possible by professionals so that users can dance since the game was created for the times.(*´艸`)
@@mikeNeko-PWitch feel like the third games was watered down, and it’s also simplified for marketing. They probably intended the third dance to be a TikTok dance. In my opinion the third one feels dead and lacks emotion and PASSION

I feel like that's because this is cereza and not the bayonetta from bayonetta 1 and 2, she's more elegant and not as suggestive as bayonetta
Yeah cereza from this game is way nicer and elegant compared from previous entries it makes sense that the dance reflect that change in my poinion

3 feels very choreographed compared to 1 which is just wild, and I think the wild energy suits Bayonetta more.

I think it's also because 1. Isn't actually choreographed. The creator just added this in last minute from pieces he had. While 3 was choreographed with the intention. And I just love both!
The first one is better in my opinion because for me it seems like she dances her heart out more/she dances with more energy and also the background changes more and the camera does 360s and pans up and down and SHE DANCES ON THE ROCKET WITH JEANNE ITS THE BEST

The difference between little Cereza and Our Bayonetta is so different. This dance just also shows how cutesy little Cereza is while our Bayonetta is very mature. Say it a million times it’s so sad our Bayonetta only makes a fucking cameo in bayo 3 ):. Hopefully 4 focuses on our Bayonetta.
Kamiya-san said if there was enough demand for a sequel, it could be made, and because I love BAYONETTA, I'd love to get to know her better!

3の振付け、真似しやすいようになってるけどベヨネッタ特有の色気が全然活かせてないな…って、ほぼ同じ曲だから余計分かりやすくなってる
時代に合わせて制作されているのできっと意図しての振り付けなのでしょうｗ
あと同じセクシーさでも今回のセレッサはちょっと少な目で可愛さが勝っているように感じます。そこもダンスに表れていると思います！

I love that they put the dance in Bayonetta 3, with the same music but partially different, it’s like Cereza got the idea from her Mommy in Bayonetta 1 because she was in the background when Joy joined the dance
Now i feel like Viola might also get the idea from Cereza when the next game comes out because she is the “little one” in the game

But Helena must have realized that her pride is not in line with the public's evaluation of her work. She has done a great job, but it is wrong to ask for more than a hundred million dollars for a single job.
@@mikesamillion27 I mean, Taylor was sadly lying. They offered her a great sum but got greedy and wanted more. The only offered her the amount she states they did after they told her if she'd at least cameo in the game if she won't voice act it.
You can find more context on RUclips watching more recent videos (by recent I mean around the time the game released)
It's pretty obvious when you look at bayo3's dance and Cereza's moves throughout the game. The way Maiko expressed herself with her dancing was second to none and somehow more unique than the mo-cap replacement they got for bayo3 but that's just me. As someone else pointed out Bayo3's dance feels like a dance from Just Dance
Her dancing style looks extremely different because they didn't have Maiko (Bayo 1 and 2's mocap actor) for the 3rd game :(
That explains a lot. Does this go to her demon summons as well? Because I definitely feel like they're no in line with her normal movements. And by demon summons I mean the demon slave technique
@@FEKana If you're referring to her demons, I think they've been mocapped by someone who isn't Maiko this whole time. If you're referring to her dancing, It's not Maiko at all, it looks extremely off and a bit watered down.
なんかそれぞれいいんですよね。１は記憶なかったから妖艶さがあるけど２や３になるとセレッサらしさが出てるというか本来の優しさがにじみ出てるというか。いろんな軸のセレッサ見れるのはかなり豪華ｗ
それ故に次回作がどうなるの？という気も。

Maybe the aim of incorporating a hilarious dance after that sad ending expressing 'we are one' was right on target...
I miss the dynamic camera angels that 1 (and 2) did for the entirety of the game while 3 feels very restrictive in their usage of interesting/impactful camera work. Outside of story, that is my biggest grievance (still enjoyed the hell out of 3 though).
3 shows that the intent is not only to show the dance, but to learn it and have everyone dance it!

If I remember correctly from an interview. Bayo 1's dance was actually done without the choreographers knowledge. Platinum had her dance so much they had alot of dances they didn't use in the main game so Kamiya threw it all together for the surprise end credits. Which explains why it looks rough in some areas.
Bayo 3's looks like they actually choreographed it, they gave the dancer a track and pointers, it looks less energetic cuz dancing in heels is dangerous and require a lot of control
That's because Hideki Kamiya was fascinated by her dance. You also mentioned that you screwed up the last dance just in time for the production. But Maiko knows about the last dance. In an interview, she said, "Please play to the end and watch my dance." She answered, "Please play to the end and watch my dance.
And the third dance must have been prepared from the beginning. That's why we have the camera work and the silhouettes for the dance.
so ya saying Bayo 1's dance was completely Improv while Bayo 3's dance was instructed. Well whoever did Bayo 1's dance was a very skilled master.
the dance of 1 is MUCH BETTER than the one of 3 because it is done by improvisation and heart, the one of 3 is just for doing it
I liked both of them. 1st will always be the best but the 3rd is nice that everybody can actually dance with her. My only gripe with the third one are the camera shots and the setting. It makes the dance feel so desolated when we pan out to the small group of bayos, viola and jeanne. I highly preferred the camera shots similar in 1 where it's highly energetic and interesting to look at.
This is my speculation, but this time the field was so vast that it could not be compared to anything we had seen before. And each land is strongly related to each Bayonetta. Therefore, I feel that the dance scene is not just a background but a stage to reflect on this journey. I thought so when I saw Bayonetta from other worlds join the dance in the middle of the scene.
I think it's panned out so people can dance, too. They even have the tutorial model in the corner to help learn the moves.
Nowadays anyone can be like a dancer ( ≖ᴗ≖) ♪

色々な考察だったり事情があるかもしれないけど、個人的にはやっぱり任天堂だからセクシーダンス出来なかった説。細かいところを言うと召喚のシーンも脱げるとこはドアップにならないようにしてたし。ただ任天堂が悪いわけではなく、拾ってもらっただけありがたい。
任天堂のおかげで販売出来てるってゆーのが現状ですものね。あと初代でダンスを担当されてたMAIKOさんが多忙で今回3に参加出来なかったってゆーのも大きいのかもしれません。個人的にBAYONETTAという人物像を形成するのに彼女のダンスは必要不可欠だと思っているので非常に残念な事だと思います。

At the risk of sounding like a hater, it feels like the dances represent the Bayonetta of each game.
In the first one, you can see the energy, the fun, the confidence and even the sass, with Bayonetta doing movements that few might pull.
In the 3rd, everything seems much simpler, much slower and with next to nothing in similar energy to the first one.
That kinda represents both games; back when Bayonetta was truly awesome and powerful and when she got nerfed for (questionable) plot convenience. It's both nice and sad. But of course, this is just my opinion.

I thought so too. Hideki Kamiya said, "I couldn't cram in all the things I wanted to do." He regretted it. But without telling him, Yusuke Hashimoto put what he wanted to do into the game.
The reason why he couldn't include the dance is probably because the production of 2 was stopped in the middle of the game. Nintendo reached out to us, but those various difficulties may have caused the schedule to go very wrong.
I strongly believe that Platinum Games should be commended for producing the game despite the difficulties and Nintendo for helping them out!
I think Bayo 1 dance it's better!
Putting aside for the moment whether it's an individual dance or a dance that multiple people enjoy and express together, the dance in this work simply doesn't contain the elements of BAYONETTA, the ingredients that are included only because it's BAYONETTA...! This is a serious situation...

Didn't want to sound like a hater. But the 3rd one is just depressing. Like this is BAYONETTA. Crazy, Sexy, Cool is what she's known for.
It is indeed a sad ending, but if I am not mistaken, Mr. Kamiya has prepared a foreshadowing.... He only told Japanese users to 'consider it' and did not shun or teach them.

First of all, each series of BAYONETTA that we, the users, have played is BAYONETTA in a different world line. So it appeared in the final phase.
And the BAYONETTA of 3 defeated Sigurds, which means that the other world lines were restored and protected. So BAYONETTA of 1 and 2 are also alive.
The third Bayonetta was overstepped its limits, lost control, and was defeated by a runaway magical beast. Luka may have predicted this outcome. And he was ready to accept everything from his loved ones, and together with Ceressa, he became the miasma of the demon world and continued to inflict pain on them for eternity.
Her daughter Viola may have used the last transporter to come to the third world line, so she could not return and is still there. And since she is still a minor and a student, Enzo may have adopted her as his own child. (Or perhaps she was threatened by Rodin and had no choice, as in the case of Enzo.)

And there was also a foreshadowing of the disappearance of BAYONETTA in this game.
Remember the color of the simple dress at the boat party at the beginning of the game, and the pose when she caught the bouquet?
And at the end of the story, back in Manhattan, you can see the head of the Statue of Liberty at that location. The right side of the face was broken. I think this is a foreshadowing that she, the owner of the left eye of darkness, will disappear.
The first dance is wild and free.

I was also wondering. Are they not using the first dancers in this production? I couldn't feel her typical elegance and bewitchment in her dance (art).... It remains a mystery to me whether it is because this work is not based on such a concept that it was omitted...

I love both dances but sometimes Bayonetta 1’s dance can be hard to follow!😮💨 The dance and the camera is so fast at certain points that I can’t see exactly see how her body moves. Love the energy though!

しかし今作での考察を交えると私達が一緒に旅した2の世界線はそういう世界線だった、という事ではないでしょうか？
ファンとしてはやって欲しかった！と強く願う気持ちもありますがセレッサがパパと呼び共闘した世界線を垣間見る事が出来たのが2の素敵な部分の1つなのではないでしょうか☺

ベヨネッタの平行世界にいるセレッサ達、これまで製作陣のデザインしてきてボツったのを全部蔵出ししてきた感があるんだが……
制作裏話での話ですが最終決定に至るまでコスチュームデザインを担当された島崎さんとかなり揉めたそうです。が、揉めたのはどのデザインも良くて、でもまだまだ洗練されたデザインに辿り着けるはずだという神谷英樹氏のこだわりがあったからです。憶測ですが島崎さんがデザインされてきたセレッサたちは”ボツ”なのではなく、どこかのマルチバースで存在している。という形で全てのデザインを称賛しているのでは、と考えます。
