does this still work without jumper? i mean i can use screwdriver to touch the pins in the CLR_CMOS thingy. and yes, my mobo doesn't have any jumpers or shit.

If there is no jumper, you can remove the bios battery, wait a few minutes and reinsert it.

My toshiba satellite is giving me this issue. I cant get the cmos to clear. Cant find the jumper and i oeft the battery out for hours.
I have never encountered such a problem before. Normally, removing the bios battery should reset the bios.

If you take out the bios battery, wait 1-2 minutes and plug it back in, the bios password will be reset.

If the problem is caused by bios. You may need to install new software on the bios chip or replace the bios chip.

You can also do without the jumper. Touch the pins with the screwdriver for 10 seconds.
