Hey, I was pleasantly surprised.. Compared to their Live-8 performance, this was amazingly good. These guys are still Rock legends no matter what anyone says.. Rock on, Pete and Roger!
"Sure plays a mean pinball!!!" Fucking legends...these people dont know what there missing...if i was there id have been going for it right up front!!! Love the who!
I think it was about 1976 and the who were going to play in Vancouver, my friend and I so wanted to see them, but it was sold out. WE were glued to the radio to catch every nuance about the show. It was expected that the scalpers would be charging a fortune for tickets, guesse everyone else thought that as well. Could have cried when we found out at the last minute that they were almost giving away the tickets because nobody was buying them. I did finally get to see them in the early 80's but of course Keith had already passed by then, and the band was out of there prime.
have you guys ever checked the likes on The Who videos? very few likes are there in most of their videos(official/live). seems most of the The Who fans have either left the earth or still using old tapes or havent discovered youtube yet.
Jesus - you dont get more legendary. Part of me thinks you should keep it as legend but for those few who witnessed these souls in this room, I wouldnt ever take it away from you. Daltrey's voice - acoustic guitars.....who cares. Just fuckin a
I guess I may be a bit "partial", due to the fact that I grew up listening to and loving the Who - they were/are to me, what the Beatles are to so many die-hard Beatles fans, perhaps. That said, I don't think the Who capable of giving a bad performance ;o). When I wrote that, I was going by the last two live performances that I'd personally 'seen' (though not physically at either), and found this one to be much better. I thought Pink Floyd at Live 8, was awesome, however. (as was R.E.M., etc.)
Ross I don't have to do better, I am not the professional musician here they are and they demolished it...... I can hear pitch problems and if you could you would also hear it...
@@chrisgreenwood9654 What you’re saying is fair but here’s how I many others see it: They were so good in their prime, and for so long, that we forgive or care less about it. Not to excuse, just that it doesn’t take away from the experience for us. They’re old. They’re still great. If they get a little sloppy at this age I don’t care, their work is still dope lol
This crowd is getting a rare oportunity here and they really don't deserve it.
Drake Bunch probably they were waiting for this exceptionally great show to end so that they can put thier earphones and listen to........
WTF is wrong with the audience?! This is The Who for God's sake - you just witnessed legends in front of you!
This gives me the chills!!! They STILL have the pipes!
Bravo!! Pete commands power even on an acoustic guitar. Awesome!
Roger nails this incomparable Pete composition. The best!
Love ❤ the song.
This is great. They look fab and sound beauty!
I love The Who and Roger's voice
LOL, at 6:55 Pete shouts "Sing!" to Roger. That strumming ain't easy, Rog!
I saw them in Dallas in May, they blew the roof off the arena.
+deboisblanc They've been doing it at every leg of the 2016 tour. They were unbelievable in NYC March 3.

Daltrey's voice is holding up much better here than in other recent performances.

"Hey cool, these old dudes did a cover of that Fred Durst song."
Just kidding!
The Who effing rock!! Rip John & Keith :(...
Yes I love them RIP John and Keith
Worst crowd ever. I feel sad that they got to see Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey performing live.
Still a great guitarist!!!!
pete... the goddamn master... my god
yeah he really let his fans down by creating incredible music like
Sit down???? if you're sitting down when the Who are playing you're to old to be there.
How do you think they do it?
I don't know what makes them so good !!
Never beleaved I'd ever hear in plugged who as loud as the were
the who is great.

They look damn good for being in their 70s!

Take a look at the 9/11 performance from New York...staggering.
WHO ROCKS ! CROWD SUCKS -_-
What does EX Quality means?
That was the same thing I was thinking
I think it means "excuse the shitty quality"
Good point Rohan Parab.
bad experience with XYZAL allergy XL
These rock legends get introduced as trophies at a football game . HORRENDOUS
england = the best rock ever!!
Yes the best
7 jealous people........sadly wishing they could have done what they have for the last 40 plus years!
I,ts a shame Townshend let his fans down with his debauched ways.
The audience...not especially enthusiastic. "I know you're out there. I can hear ya breathing".
high 5!
OMG that was a crap performance... pitch and tone.... I think the crowd reaction was appropriate......
Do better. Then you can say what's crap & what's not.
Ross I don't have to do better, I am not the professional musician here they are and they demolished it...... I can hear pitch problems and if you could you would also hear it...
