I think it should've been Paul. I get that they wanted to pay homage to PW, but within the context of the lore (heh) they've established, it's kinda weird that Dom would name his son Brian, when Brian O'Connor is still alive and well within the story. Meanwhile Dom has friends who have legit passed on like Vince, and yet he still wants to name his son Brian. I guess the only way to justify it is that in "Fast Five", Vince acknowledges that he named his own son Nico, which is short for Dominic. But then again to push on that, maybe to "repay" the favor, Dom should name his own son Vince lol.... I dunno.
I love these movies as is. I think the stories are good and the way they're played out is even better. The only thing I'd ever ask for more of is scenes with Dom and Letty. I never get enough of those two. They are incredible together and the chemistry and love between the actors is awesome! 20 year friendship right there, that's what makes these movies so great all the heart... This cast is amazing and whereas some may want to put them down for whatever reasons, these movies move people, they entertain, they make you feel. That's what any great movie is supposed to do. So as far as I'm concerned, they will go down in history as one of the all-time best movie franchises ever made. RIP Paul Walker
I love this movie and am a HUGE Fast & Furious fan. But, I will admit, honestly, that I do think Paul Walker's death did hurt the franchise a bit. I still think Fast & Furious 5, 6 & 7 are the best and the quality did start gradually dipping after 7. But, I still have lots of fun with these movies. It's a bit interesting, though, because I think with 8, 9 & 10, I love about 90% of each movie, but then about 10% of it pushes the envelope a bit too much at times for me. But, overall, I still have so much fun. Paul Walker and Michelle Rodriguez, in my opinion, are the real acting powerhouses in these movies that grounded it more. I get it how Toretto needed to depend on Shaw to help rescue his son, but I do also admit I wish we would've seen and/or heard that Toretto was still a bit hesitant and reluctant about working "with" him and still wanted payback for Han. For example, he did not have to smile and be so quick to shake Shaw's hand at the end, but could've said something more about needing to settle a score about Han. I think The Rock's involvement in this movie helped elevate it a lot more.
Cypher couldn’t take over the limo with the nuclear football because it wasn’t a computer controlled car. It was just a regular car so they needed to manually stop it.
Dom bashing the door is actually an accurate representation of forces... I love that part, because it seems so unbelievable, but is actually explainable
50:04 This is the funniest joke I’ve ever heard Jane say in my whole time watching your videos. Might even say that killed me more than any joke on the channel
Elena gave their baby his middle name, Marcos, I like to think that is the name of her deceased husband but he is never named in the movies, and she said to Dom the Father should give him his first name.
I knew that Y'all would especially Enjoy this one; finding out that Dom is now a Father, and naming His Son after "Brian," gets Me every time too! 😂 Welcome to the Family, "Little B."👍
elena’s death made me bawl & so did the ending when he looks up to the sky and says “elena i promised to keep our son safe and now he always will be” and the fact that he named him brian 🥺🥺🥺 this movie just made me cry so much. don’t get me wrong i like letty but i love seeing elena and dom together more and with finding out they had a kid together it would’ve been nice seeing her more even if her and dom didn’t work out.
Love the reactions guys. I've been subbed for a while now and haven't watched reactions in a while so now just getting back through to watch some newbies and oldies. Now if yall don't mind a fun fact, when Vin Diesel had his real daughter, he named her Paulina because of how tight his and Paul's relationship was.
*47:35** Yes, a car can have 5,000hp. 2,000hp and 3,000hp cars are more common these days on the street than you think. So, a 5,000hp street car isn't out of the scope of reality these days at all.*
I'll agree that Vin's Dom got to shine in a way he doesn't usually get to; this movie showed how infallible he was, and that he's not nearly unflappable. His scenes with Elsa Pataky's Elena and Charlize Theron's Cypher showed that he can do more than just be the guy who says "Family" every other sentence lol. In terms of "well written", I definitely have to disagree with a bit. The notion that the family would so easily team up with Deckard Shaw and INVITE HIM TO THE BBQ is such a poor creative choice, considering he had supposedly JUST killed Han in the previous movie. I'm glad F9 and Fast X have rectified that a bit (albeit, having Han be alive), by having the crew be more antagonistic to Shaw, but I HATED the ending of "Fate" because there's no way, given what's been established, that the crew would just invite someone who had supposedly killed their friend to a legit social/family outing; I don't care if he did save Dom's son. He still killed their friend.
OK, I hear that point every time it’s brought up. But they never mention it in the movie clearly. You kind of have to read between the lines, and it is very easy to miss. Cipher was behind the events of F6 and F7. She made Owen Shaw do what he did in 6. Which lead Deckard to seek revenge. When Dom realized he did it for his brother, and that cipher was the reason for the Shaw family and toretto crew clashing it then became bigger than Dom vs Deckard, and turned into both of them vs Cipher. Yeah I feel like it wouldn’t really turn out that way if somehow it was real life but still. The enemy is Cipher not Dom or Deckard. They both came to realize that and teamed up. Finally, one thing people forget to mention is Deckard is in a similar boat as Dom if your point was true. Why would Deckard help Dom or go to the cookout after almost killing his brother? Because Cipher was the real enemy
@@silence3314I totally get that. But it requires incredible mental gymnastics and bullshit justifications for these two to become allies the way they did. I’m okay with them working together to take down the common enemy that is Cipher, especially since the Shaw brothers were essentially manipulated. But the fact of the matter is they both inflicted legitimate harm to Dom and his crew, with total intent. Regardless of whether or not they were manipulated, that still doesn’t sit right. They can work together, but they for DAMN sure wouldn’t be BBQing together. Oh, you killed one of my best friends. Oh, you were manipulated and Doing it for ur brother? Sure, come share a meal with me! It’s total BS.
The Prison break scene was awesome. You should watch some of "Jason Statham movies. The "Transporter movies are awesome awesome and some my favorite movies with "Jason Statham 👍
43:50 well you have to believe that the only cars they could take over are the ones with the technology to be computer controlled you know like electric cars or ones with lane assist etc. so the limo for plot purposes was not...also it probably has security features
29:53 . Puts her head down and says "You don't wanna kiss me. 😂 "Jane is hysterical. He's right some people will believe that. I just thought the entire moment was funny. 😂
Fun fact: when Cipher was using the case, the button powers it up named incorrectly. It supposed to be named as питание (pitaniye), not власть (vlast'). It's a translation issue. It happens, ig.

I hate the 'zombie car' part of this movie. They could have done it somewhat realisticly by targeting cars that it would even be possible with (tesla or any car that has some 'auto park' feature) but there is no way those taxies would have had the hardware to do it.
I'm a big fan of the Fast & Furious movies. I love it being over the top, who wants it to be dull and boring? Unfortunately, this is the last one In the series that I have seen, looking forward to seeing the others.😊
If you want to know more about the car culture in cuba, mighty cat mods did a pretty good vid there around the time this came out (i think it was sponsored by the film studio)
because .. even though a lot of cars are electrical powered .. theres still some cars that run on just ol fashion oil .. so they can't be controlled from cypher 😏
Loved this movie so much and the reviel that Dom has a son was an amazing twist. Actually knocking the cars from the roof was real they actually did that as a stunt. I saw the behind the scenes and it looked amazing though I am not sure if it was all real or some CGI cars were involved as well. For the record in real life Vin has a son named Paul which isn;t surprising really.
Cuba have no new cars, thats why they restore and keep old, it's not coulture but economical. 23:45 doors unlocked not of alarm but because of shocker Show use on electronic! You'r like most of reactions, talking not watching and missing most of sence
I'm scared for your Fast 9 reaction, this was the worst Movie from the franchise so far, every stunt and action were just ridiculous. Now I haven't seen Fast X but I haven't heard good things about it too.
I gotta be honest and I’m not trying to be disrespectful, but your woman is super annoying with her commentary. She makes weird impressions and comments and could talk a little less, maybe tone it down a little bc she probably thinks she’s funny, but other than that great reaction.
When Dom was about to reveal his sons name, I thought he was gonna “Everyone, meet Paul”
That would have been so cool

Some of the self driving cars were CG but some also had drivers in them wearing costumes that looked exactly like a car seat.
Spectacular movie. I got this on blu-ray. This was absolutely wonderful to watch with you guys. Very good video 👏
I got emotional when Dom name his son Brian
Vin Diesels acting shined in this movie i gotta say. Also I think this is one of the most well written movies in the franchise.

You guys should do Statham's Transporter movies
Hell yeah! 👍
I've enjoyed going on this fast journey with you guys
1:03:44 the last thing i expected to see is Russian subtitle
(it says "Police")
Hobbs & Shaw movie is the story between Fast & Furious part 8 and 9. Thats the best movie in the Fast & Furious Universe
I still got that movie Hobbs & Shaw
They never captured Mia in any of the older Fast & Furious movies. They tried to capture her in Fast Five and Furious 6 but they never actually captured her.
Yeah that’s what they were referring to

theyre named differently as theyve given each one a specific name but its the 8th film in the franchise ect ect
Elena gave him his middle name and told Dom that she thought that Dom should give him his first name
this is the fate .. of the furious 🏎🚘

If parents kept their kids off yt we wouldn't have to censor

honestly love your channel
I wanna see Little B and Shaw interact tbh
She definitely knows british accent 😂🎉 ;)

I love how they keep the movie cool. Charlize is awesome in this.
Hurry up with the guardians reaction. Wasting good tears on these fast movies lol.
Only Hobbs and Shaw, F9 and Fast X left.
Great reaction
The movie is styll named the fate of the furious even when it was in cinema
Did Paul walker played Brain O Conner.
Dom gave a Baby good name Little Brain

…right in the winkles!!! 😂😂
It's the Toretto soulder
Not while they were filming Paul walker wasn't at work when it happened
1:13:51 to 1:14:13 Jane your eyes😭😂😂
Charlize Theron is in # 10
Hey Jane is that a silme or cry
You'll have to imagine Dom's son, who is of Portuguese and Dominican descent, as an African child 3 shades darker, in preparation for Fast X.
He sholl been posting lately without you lol
the ending where they shut him out from the fire is complete nonsense like the whole movie
He s Toretto
My all time favorite movie so far🇿🇦🫶
Been waiting for this movie reaction
Cuba have no new cars, thats why they restore and keep old, it's not coulture but economical.
23:45 doors unlocked not of alarm but because of shocker Show use on electronic! You'r like most of reactions, talking not watching and missing most of sence
Watch fast X good movie !
They will after they watch Hobbs and Shaw and F9
you guys its okay .. please breathe 🙏🏼🙃
Dam do she ever shut up and just watch the movie lol
that wouldn't be a reaction you don't provide constant commentary YOU WILL BE COPYRIGHT CLAIMED
Why would u wanna watch a REACTION video if they just sit and stare at the screen the whole time?
Who said i watched them ?
@@kal6844 you watched enough to know she talked a lot.
Actually i skipped through it and she was talking more than the movie lol
You guys talks more about Family more times than Diesel do is annoying.
I'm scared for your Fast 9 reaction, this was the worst Movie from the franchise so far, every stunt and action were just ridiculous. Now I haven't seen Fast X but I haven't heard good things about it too.
Fast X was still kinda dumb but it was way more grounded than F9. And Jason Mamoa killed the villain role. Fast X was wayyy better than F9.
I gotta be honest and I’m not trying to be disrespectful, but your woman is super annoying with her commentary. She makes weird impressions and comments and could talk a little less, maybe tone it down a little bc she probably thinks she’s funny, but other than that great reaction.
OK 8 down n 2 to go
You know this a fake reaction. You literally called every scene
Your reaction keep going off that movie you reaction bye bye
