After watching this film 3 times in theatres, this has now become my favourite live-action Transformers movie by far, I enjoyed how it actually focused more on the plot and characters compared to the Michael Bay movies
This is by far the best Transformers movie of the franchise I've seen this movie on Imax opening day and it was amazing and I saw this movie 3 times it got better and better every time I saw it. Seeing the Maximals on the big screen was amazing to see and Ron Perlman was a great choice as Optimus Primal this movie had tons of great action, Optimus is at his best in this movie their isn't that much human story which was great this felt like watching the 86 animated movie the battle scenes are the greatest of the franchise and Peter Cullen doing reprising his role as Optimus is the icing on the cake he sounds like what Optimus sounded like in the animated movie and shows which was great. I wonder how their going to tie G.I. Joe into the Transformers that would be cool to see to see on the big screen. This movie is one of the greatest movies of the summer I can't wait to watch this movie at home I already got this movie on pre-order and it comes out the day after my birthday. I got the Funko Pops coming in next month from this movie. The best part of this movie is Michael Bay didn't touch this movie at all and it didn't feel like a Bay movie at all this is a true Transformers movie and what it should be.
@@1977WasPeak Seriously no that movie is complete garbage once again there's barely any Transformers in the movie Rise of the Beasts is the best of the franchise next to Bumblebee. Revenge of the Fallen, Dark of the Moon, Age of Extinction, and the Last Knight are all garbage the only two great movies of the franchise are Bumblebee and Rise of the Beasts the first one was ok, but not as great as Bumblebee and Rise of the Beasts. Let's get one thing clear I'm not a punk ok
The bumblebee sky dive is my favorite moment from any transformers movie. Also seeing one of my favorite up and coming rappers get to be in a big movie like this and have the title track is awesome
The only Transformers I watched growing up was "Beast Wars" this movie made me so happy. When they went into battle and Primal yelled "Rhinox, Cheetor, MAXIMIZE!" I almost cried. It was so good. Not gonna lie, they kinda did Rhinox dirty tho.
This was a really good Transformers movie. This is how Transformers should look like. Fresh, clean visuals. Less annoying humans. Cool cinematography. And G.I.Joe crossover at the end?.......Okay. :3
I hope in the next film they explore some of the lore for the Autobots and Maximals because there's is so much stuff they didn't explore, like how the Maximals are from the future and they're what Cybertronians evolve into or even the backstory of Primus, Unicron and the creation of the 13 primes. Also, Bumblebee deserves either a second movie or a tie-in series, preferably set before 1994 just to see what happened in the 7 year gap, which could be used to explain why Wheeljack went from badass wrecker to semi-retired amateur zoologist which I feel might eventually lead him to creating the Dinobots and then getting his mojo back when Shockwave or Soundwave( I can't remember which one it was) breaks Grimlock's brain.
(I should say that everyone except one asshat producer says it's a reboot.) Which is wild because the 07 movie timeline makes no sense if these aren't reboots.
Noah's suit gave me Spike Witwicky vibes when I saw this in theatres. I believe my exact words in the theatre were "wtf they Spike Witwicky-ing him?!" 🤣
As a child who invested hundreds into beast war transformers and followed the show i was so excited. I do wish they had more core characters and the side characters like rinox and cheetor had more dialogue but it was an awesome step in the right direction where these films need to go to stay fresh and appealing. Awesome summer flick!!! It felt like fever dream seeing it done finally. Im sure im going to get the same feeling for deadpool 3!!
Transformers exists because of GI Joe, and they've been crossing over since the 80's Long story short, japan adapted GI Joe in their country as androids, which later evolved into transforming mechas, which where bought by Hasbro and rebranded as Transformers. Then, Gi Joe crossed over in an episode of the original cartoon with Cobra as a villain, one of the characters from season 3, Marissa Fiarborne, was confirmed as the daughter of 2 GI Joe characters, and they've crossed over in the comics a few times.
I loved this movie! I had so much fun with it. And, as a Brooklynite, I could appreciate the asthetic and the attitudes. Wish you had seen it in the theater. Maccu Pichu looked stunning on the big screen!
Fantastic movie! Went in with zero expectations and it blew me away. This and Bumblebee are what I have always wanted to see in Transformers films. Bring on the Hasbroverse!!
I loved this movie when I went to see it. I laughed at some parts, got emotional at others, I got a little bit annoyed at others, too. I wasn't expecting to love Mirage as much as I did, given who his voice actor was, but surprise surprise. The teamwork between the Autobots and the Maximals as they worked together to take down the Terrorcons and Unicron was amazing. I felt my jaw drop when I saw Scourge kill Bumblebee, but I was ecstatic when he made his epic entrance into the fight after being re-energized by all the Energon deposits. Honestly, hearing the voices of Peter Cullen and Ron Perlman in the same movie is way too cool to not love. I gave this movie a solid 9/10.
I really enjoyed this. Best Transformers movie... excited for the next two. Great to see the transformations and they really humanized the all the bots. Primal having to off his 'mother' was heartbreaking. I've never cried during Transformer's movie until this one. Mirage was voiced by Pete Davidson....didn't know until I checked out the voice actors. He did a great job.
Fun Fact: Noah Diaz Is Played By American Singer-Songwriter and Actor Anthony Ramos Who Also Plays Mr. Piranha From The Bad Guys and King Trollex From Trolls World Tour
I absolutely loved this reaction, I was such a big fan of this movie since the first! And to see that Greg and Tara loved it just as much made me so happy, and I’m glad Greg noticed as well that this one actually made you care about the transformers as characters, they weren’t just there as fillers, they were actual characters
I knew they were doing a reboot of Transformers starting with Bumblebee, but I didn't even think about them also rebooting GI Joe after I saw this one 😮 Airazor's death hits hard. I was really hoping she'd survive to the end.
At first I was confused about the G.I Joe tie in but I did some research and they teamed up in the comics. Now I hate that we didn’t get this in any previous transformers or G.I Joe movies
TF: RotB is amazing. 9/10 for me. Watching in IMAX was an experience. I liked the world building, the characters, the story, the designs. Getting a director who understands the source material is huge! Can't wait for more! Go Joe!
Transformers - Rise of the Beast in IMAX 3D on opening day on June 8th was Kick Ass!!! The best way to experience it!!! Getting to meet Peter Cullen and hanging out with him several times in my life he is just an amazing iconic individual. Transformers Collection Count - 3126 Till All Are One!!!
I love that the action in this is shot the same way Michael Bay would do it. Makes it feel connected even if he isn’t directing it. Same cool cinematography and slow mo. They even brought back the epic theme from those movies in the final battle. Also, they mention Unicron isn’t dead and will probably return, which of course sets up his return in the fifth movie, The Last Knight. Side note: I want Shia LaBeouf and Mark Wahlberg in a TF movie together.
One thing to clarify here: Optimus Prime and Optimus Primal are NOT the same characters, the Maximal named himself like the Autobot leader as a tribute.
Whether or not this movie series (Bumblebee and this one) is a reboot or a prequel is heavily debated. The director and every cast member says it’s a reboot, while the producer says it’s a prequel, for what I assume is monetary reasons. I’m in the reboot boat, there’s so much shit that happens that just isn’t brought up in the bay films, which does happen between those bay films, but you’d think they’d plan to not make it too crazy if it being prequel was on their mind…
It's a hard Reboot, case and point. The reason they said "Bumblebee" was a Prequel, was because it was originally meant to be that. But during the production, Hasbro wanted to make it a soft Reboot, for the future Movies, so it kinda feels like both a Reboot and a Prequel at the same time. But in 2019, at the NYC Toy Fair, Hasbro announced that "Bumblebee" is now officially a full Reboot and that Bay's Timeline was cancelled (due to the mess it became).
Had a lot of fun with the movie. Never watched Beast Wars, but the Maximals were a fun addition to the Autobot crew and I hope we can see more of them. Was not expecting a possible G.I. Joe crossover, I thought they were recruiting him for N.E.S.T., but I'm open to seeing how that plays out. Good stuff
Technically Stratosphere hasn't appeared before, however he did recieve a figure in the Revenge of the Fallen toyline based off of the plane Optimus dives out of in the Shanghi opening scene, down to including a tiny Optimus, figure to put in his cargo bay.
This Movie was so good because the tone balanced seriousness and humor really well. Also the debut of the Maximals from Beast Wars facing off the Terracons that were introduced in Transformers Prime was a nice amalgamation with the G1 Transformers.

We have an animated movie based on Cybertron with Chris Hemsworth voicing a younger Optimus (Orion Pax) and I can't wait to see it. Give me more Transformers movies with their G1 models.
yes, wheeljack's look in the transformers animation series was awesome. But in this movie he looks like nerd
Oh no Pablo (i consider him as an other cybertronian
Where would you rank this one?!

Anyone else get a little teary eyed when the Transformers theme from 2007 came on when Optimus transformed at the end🤧
the bay theme playing when Optimus Primal, Optimus Prime and Noah cruised off was one of the many highlights🔥🔥
I’m not going to lie I was super worried because I wasn’t the biggest fan of the ones without sam BUT they more than made up with this one I really liked this cast and connected great with them they definitely made me care about Noah and Elena 💪🏾 and I only seen the trailer where the animals didn’t transform so that was so cool to see for the first time and I won’t lie Mirage as Pete was way to perfect 😂👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Watching that movie in 3D on the biggest screen on earth here in Leonberg Germany was insane
There’s something inherently funny about Arcee just chilling inside of a van with two humans
It would've been really funny if in the 3rd film you'll see Noah having a higher rank than the guy he was applying for.
anyone else notice at 33:16 primal's holographics are near the same design as their holograms from beast wars? i liked that little homage
Peter Cullen may be in his 80's but he's still got it
After watching this film 3 times in theatres, this has now become my favourite live-action Transformers movie by far, I enjoyed how it actually focused more on the plot and characters compared to the Michael Bay movies
Bay movie is all about explosion after explosion and forgot the plot or maybe the plot blowup as well lmao
@@haseoxv9508😂😂😂😂
Michael Bay was the producer in this movie tho
A part of me is sad y’all didn’t see this in theaters but another part of me is glad because now I can watch your reaction 🎉
I agree, Seeing this in the theaters made my inner child burst out of nostalgia😌
Transformers Plays a big part of our childhood!
Oh shit its doomblazer
iirc Greg was meant to see it in theatres but couldn't so Coy filled in... Or Coy was going along regardless but Greg couldn't. One of those is right.
ayo my homeboy here wassup dude
That ending blew my freaking mind
Bee entering the final battle to "Mama Said Knock You Out" is up there with Thor's "Imagrant's Song"
Nah dark of the moon the best punk
@@1977WasPeak Seriously no that movie is complete garbage once again there's barely any Transformers in the movie Rise of the Beasts is the best of the franchise next to Bumblebee. Revenge of the Fallen, Dark of the Moon, Age of Extinction, and the Last Knight are all garbage the only two great movies of the franchise are Bumblebee and Rise of the Beasts the first one was ok, but not as great as Bumblebee and Rise of the Beasts. Let's get one thing clear I'm not a punk ok
It wasn't great but made hundreds of millions of dollars lol yea ok u might not like it but they are great movies
It was Shockwave; he’s the scientist.
@@jaydonmagan4694Thanks😊
So damn glad Bumblebee is counted as reboot now. These two movies are so damn good.
(I should say that everyone except one asshat producer says it's a reboot.)
Which is wild because the 07 movie timeline makes no sense if these aren't reboots.
These transformers movie is the movie that the truly fans always deserved.
Tobe Nwigwe was great in the little role he had as Reek. His music is great though and the track with Nas at the end was really good.
My favorite part was when it was the line and they said “maximals, auto bots roll out”
Noah's suit gave me Spike Witwicky vibes when I saw this in theatres. I believe my exact words in the theatre were "wtf they Spike Witwicky-ing him?!" 🤣
Such a fantastic movie the action was insane and that reveal at the end was mind blowing this is why I love transformers
Hearing Arrival to Earth and No sacrifice no victory at the end made me tear up
That gives me hope that this and Bumblebee are canon with the Bayverse
@@shanerose7204I hope it’s not
@@shanerose7204it’s not. Bumblebee was a reboot.
@@blakepittman6679I don’t know why it’s so hard for people to understand it’s a reboot
@@blakepittman6679still rewatching them in chronological order since Bumblebee is his 77 Camaro
The old school Marvel comic crossover of GI Joe and the Transformers coming to life! 😀
love how they were talking about gi joe in the beginning just to see the end
As a child who invested hundreds into beast war transformers and followed the show i was so excited. I do wish they had more core characters and the side characters like rinox and cheetor had more dialogue but it was an awesome step in the right direction where these films need to go to stay fresh and appealing. Awesome summer flick!!! It felt like fever dream seeing it done finally. Im sure im going to get the same feeling for deadpool 3!!
Transformers exists because of GI Joe, and they've been crossing over since the 80's
Long story short, japan adapted GI Joe in their country as androids, which later evolved into transforming mechas, which where bought by Hasbro and rebranded as Transformers.
Then, Gi Joe crossed over in an episode of the original cartoon with Cobra as a villain, one of the characters from season 3, Marissa Fiarborne, was confirmed as the daughter of 2 GI Joe characters, and they've crossed over in the comics a few times.
Bumblebee is savage at the end
This is why you don't piss Optimus prime....off❤❤❤❤❤love you guys....
I’ve been loving all your movie reactions can’t wait for more!
This Movie is a total blast! The best Transformers Live Action Movie ever!!!
41:20. Damn, Prime always kills his enemies brutally. I like it.
Nah DOTM is best followed by the first then ROTF
I shed a tear for hawk and mirage. Thats was sad. Smh. Damn Transformers
That movie delivers! I had goosebumps, tears, joy, excitement, fear... Maaan!! That is a movie which worth to watch in theater.
That Mark Wahlberg Burn by Mirage was hilarous 😂
Fun Fact: Noah Diaz Is Played By American Singer-Songwriter and Actor Anthony Ramos Who Also Plays Mr. Piranha From The Bad Guys and King Trollex From Trolls World Tour
I LOVED this movie! I can’t wait for the sequel! Bring on the Joes!
They didn’t want to say this is an official prequel because that would devalue the Bumblee “death” scene
I absolutely loved this reaction, I was such a big fan of this movie since the first! And to see that Greg and Tara loved it just as much made me so happy, and I’m glad Greg noticed as well that this one actually made you care about the transformers as characters, they weren’t just there as fillers, they were actual characters
I knew they were doing a reboot of Transformers starting with Bumblebee, but I didn't even think about them also rebooting GI Joe after I saw this one 😮
Airazor's death hits hard. I was really hoping she'd survive to the end.
Finally happy I can watch people react to this awesome Transformers movie.. that’s actually a transformers movie like Bumblebee lol
At first I was confused about the G.I Joe tie in but I did some research and they teamed up in the comics. Now I hate that we didn’t get this in any previous transformers or G.I Joe movies
I am in love with this movie. Cannot believe they crossed gi joe mind boggling
The final battle was legit 💯💯
That ending gave me chills and excitement, it’s been sooooo long since we’ve seen GIJO , I honestly loved all the movies.
Transformers Collection Count - 3126
Till All Are One!!!
In the comics, GI Joe and Transformers had a big crossover that tied in the lore of the past IDW Comic Phase
Of all 7 live films, I definitely like Rise Of The Beasts the most
Can we get a full Transformers watch through on the channel? This franchise needs some love😢
Holy cow, this movie is on streaming already??🙊😳😂
Marvel Comics had a Transformers/GI Joe Crossover in the comics. So, it's great to see it coming together as a shared universe. The Hasbroverse?
But in 2019, at the NYC Toy Fair, Hasbro announced that "Bumblebee" is now officially a full Reboot and that Bay's Timeline was cancelled (due to the mess it became).
in 1987 G.I. Joe and the Transformers 4-issue comic books was the first cross over.
My favorite thing about this transformers is you can actually understand them when they talk. The older ones it was hard to understand them sometimes
That’s you. I could understand and see everything
Good stuff
Can’t get enough of Tara on this channel 🔥
Rise Of The Beasts really was the best Transformers movie since the first it was badass.
I enjoyed that final battle when i saw this in theaters! Had me crying with tears of joy!!
Technically Stratosphere hasn't appeared before, however he did recieve a figure in the Revenge of the Fallen toyline based off of the plane Optimus dives out of in the Shanghi opening scene, down to including a tiny Optimus, figure to put in his cargo bay.
i loved the movie so much! definitely has a special place in my heart 😅
Hearing “Arrival to Earth” from the 2007 film made me so happy.
This Movie was so good because the tone balanced seriousness and humor really well. Also the debut of the Maximals from Beast Wars facing off the Terracons that were introduced in Transformers Prime was a nice amalgamation with the G1 Transformers.
