Thanks very much for this valuable content. I can confirm that the three part numbers listed above do fit a 2024 Honda Foreman Rubicon DCT EPS Deluxe (TRX520FA7R). With your guidance and my labor I have saved a tidy sum. Honda informed me that this Warn plow would not fit my ATV. Honda is apparently dropping Warn branded products for even cheaper Chinese gear of Honda's own brand and limiting the "official" plow offering to front mount only, not the much heavier designed mid-mount. If you want a Warn setup get this plow while you can (Honda won't even publish installation instructions for the new stuff).
I think that’s just the dealership you’re talking to warn makes the Honda accessories. These accessories are specially made for that machine and fit perfectly.
@@Maxsmotoshop Actually, the Honda Powersports website no longer offers the mid-mount plow you install here under the listing of accessorizes for this ATV, only the front mount. Both versions were listed this last Spring when I bought my ATV. For whatever reason, Honda wants to sell only the front mount plow (I wonder what that could be).

Question if i can? Nicely done vid. I have a new honda rancher 420 (2023), and would like to add a decent plow. So many brands, and even warn seem to have a crazy number of choices. I dont want junk, just a decent quality solid plow. If you have installed quite a few, any suggestions on what brand and type of kit you would use so not sorry down the line?

Great video instructions! I ended up with 1-1/4" holes with a hole saw. Worked great installing onto 2022 Honda Rubicon 520 DCT with EPS. Question: What are the 2 rubber mats that come with the mount used for?
Great video!! I wish I would have seen this a month ago when I assembled the same plow and plow mount on my ‘21 Rubicon Deluxe. The under belly mount plate had already been installed by my dealer but it was great watching how it’s done. One thing I noticed on mine is that one of the screws that holds the skid plate on, fell out and is now wedged between the skid plate and the plow mount. I tried but there’s no way to get the screw out without dropping the mount. I think that screw will just have to stay. One other thing I noticed is that you did not have a lot of front squat when you raised the blade. What shock setting are you using? Mines at the second softest setting that came that way from the dealer. Hoping to find a spanner wrench so that I can adjust it if need be. Lastly, I bought the optional Warn steel pulley that replaces the plastic one. It will allow me to put the winch clip up to a strap on the front rack. This lightens up the load put on the winch and also slows the raising and lowering by half. I’ll let you know how it goes. In the meantime I will rewatch the video to make sure I did everything right 👍 Liked and subscribed.
I cannot find the Warn 54" blade with the part number CB67508. Looks like it is not made anymore by 103754. Do you have an updated part #103754 and will any blade fit the Honda mount? Also any reason not to just buy the Honda blade?
I just updated the part number try the new one, but go to the Honda ATV website as well under accessories to find the proper accessories that fit on your machine from Honda
@@Maxsmotoshop I looked at other plows and the Honda is the only one with a legitimately attached mount. You hate paying extra but you know the quality is there.
Will this set up apply the same to the standard Honda Foreman 520 ? Been having a tough time trying to find set up that will definitely prevent drilling. Thanks A lot !!!
The set up instructions are for the Honda warn snow plow kit and will work for all Honda four wheeler‘s and you will definitely have to do some drilling
I have a 2005 rancher 4x4. Any idea what size plow I can put on there? Don't want to go to big and can't push that much snow but also do t want to go to small

I believe they go between the frame and the mounting plates, but there’s not really room for them to bolts are not long enough

Any idea if a snow plow can be used as a push plow for like yard debris?
It could be but hitting hard objects will cause damage to the cutting edge of the blade and then it will not work as well on snow when ice👍
Any reason to go with a 52" blade over the 48".
Yes, it is ideal to have a blade that is wider than your quad
