    Hi I’m new to your YT channel I love Yin Yoga. It’s my favorite style of Yoga to practice I was wondering if you could please make an hour long Yin Yoga practice for bedtime or sleep for your YT Channel and also make a guided OM chanting meditation Practice for your RUclips Channel? Please and thank you.

      Hey Nick! Thanks so much for being here, it means so much! I am planning on a longer yin actually so perfect timing and work on some meditation/chanting classes as well. Thanks for the recommendations and can’t wait to continue to practice with you. Have a restful sunday!

      @@em_sones Thanks for the quick reply. For the Bedtime Yin class could you also include a foot massage into it as well as poses that gently target the hips, spine, hamstrings these are my tight areas in my body and some of my favorite Yin Poses include
      1. Butterfly (Seated or Reclining)
      2. Half Butterfly
      3. Dragonfly
      4. Caterpillar
      5. Dragon
      6. Deer
      7. Fire Log (or Easy Seated cross Legged Fold)
      8. Happy Baby
      9. Reclining Pigeon
      10. Sphinx
      11. Melting Heart
      12. Child’s Pose
      13. Resting Belly
      14. Banana Pose
      15. Supported Bridge
      Also even though I subscribed, what day could I expect to see the Bedtime Yin class or the guided OM Chanting Meditation practice? I’m just excited that you will make both practices. Also would it possible for you to make both a Sun and Moon Salutation Practice for your YT Channel but do them in a Yin Style of practice?
