I will try to share it, in this instance you would normally use lemons for the elderflower "juice", but I didn't have any, so I used oranges. And I'll try to talk a bit more during my bonsai work. Great comment!
I watch your videos, and I can say that you have chosen a nice place to stay... I can also say that it is quite similar to my home country, Greece, which, contrary to what most people know, is not only beautiful islands and beaches, but also very beautiful mountains, and many and high... I would suggest you to think about building a traditional stone wood-burning oven, in some outdoor space, which, apart from being something beautiful, will help you make even tastier food. Good use of old furniture. Are you treating the wood for woodworm to make sure they are not still active?

What were the blossoms you picked and cooked. They looked very pretty.
Hehe they're elderflowers, and I think the "juice" kind of looked like urine because of the oranges 🙃😂
