The US law system needs totally updating. Get ride of 'lifers' Supreme Court Judges. How corrupt this Judge is sitting on this when his wife was fighting for the insurrection.
I've heard that Trump is being treated like every other defendant, however, I doubt that anyone else would be afforded a press conference every time he steps out of the courtroom.
Except that could be used against him as admissible evidence.
Let him talk, he only digs deeper.

Our system doesn't provide any legal control over SCOTUS. Perhaps no one anticipated the level of corruption of members of that court who are being paid millions by the ultrarich to do what those few billionaires want, overriding the rights of everyone else.
We're protesting but the payees seem pretty well insulated.

The fact that the lawyer had to educate the justices many times about where the law is and what the facts are is a painful reminder that the justices are taking this case up feloniously under the guise that there is some improper application of law. Giving to the question are our Supreme Court Justices who are conservatives masters of law at all?? Do they even understand US law or the Constitution as it stands and are they even trying to protect it? It's very clear that these justices have proven that they're only point at being a Justice is to infect contradict the Constitution and reject the law via federalization!!!
Correction. It is not that Donald cannot sit down for hours,. He cannot sit down and shut up. He is not used to listening. He is used to be listened to.
