I really find myself a decent musician, 35 something years from where i started, checking out Under Pressure's baseline on a guitar i found in the gutters. Literally. Today theres nothing in blues, rock or metal i cannot put on the strings and i'm definetly proud i made it this far. ! B UT ! Stuff like above seem to me like a'daaamn a'lot of bloody trainings lol.. like spending another 35y on concert guitar to come close this dude
Harmonia sofisticada, do jazz fusion, belas melodias, velocidade incrível, notas limpas ao extremo, violões flamencos, etc, tudo é mágico no som do Meola.
@@dewood9463 Have you seen Matteo play? Al's quote to Matteo "What are you doing to us man. Reiventing the guitar and light years ahead of everyone here. You want a right hand look up Roy Clarks Maleguena--i can send you video of Al and I'll bet you wouldn't listen to him again.

Fabulous! Is this performance available on DVD? I have 4 Di Meola DVDs and 24 CDs. I absolutely LOVE his style & flawless execution. Again, is this performance available on DVD? Thanks.
Short Tales From The Black Forest!! About 25m in...Pretty decent recording for a live setting from mics and pickups in "real" guitars. But I'm not loving the distorted synthy sounds so much. In the 70s & 80s we endured the dry, brittle piezo pickup sounds of Ovations but it was the latest technology. That's what Al used to play - Ovations.
Who is that drummer?! The guitar work and composition are top notch, as we all know; but I want the name of the drummer who is keeping up up flawlessly.

Whoa that distortion on the acoustic guitar is awesome!
To say Al is a prodigy is really an understatement!
Pure magic, highest harmonic and sentimental level.
Oh , how much I love! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Meditative. This is connecting with the supreme. Either you get the vibe or you don't no midway. Thanks Al.
It's wonderful, hypnotic
That is a good analysis!

Wow!!Amazing performance!!👏👏👏!!Rhythmic structures and composition arrangements were immensely interesting indeed!!!!
Al’s right hand technique is what makes him so great.
lmao---Matteo Mancuso
Al even says he is out of this world.
@@sjuozhunki So Al isn't great? And doesn't have great right had tech? Al plays with a pick.

I owned every album he made and every one is now properly disposed of.

Impresionante , un virtuoso
My friend Skis with Al in Veil, he never told him he was a great guitar player, he was shocked - humble guy.
Mr. Al di Meola plays chords that even have no name
I was just thinking along the same thing, he gets the cheeky chord like Jeff Beck comes up with THE note.
@@bobparsonsartist564 haha, well said, Mr.Parsons.
👍
Hvala lijepo lijep doživljaj je slušati vas prelijepo nice
Extraordinario
Köszönöm!
This sounds so much better than his current tour. I wish he had a rythm guitar player in his current band instead of two percussionists...
Love this, I only stopped for 1 song but couldn't stop and now it's 1am
Beautiful
Beautiful!
fantastico come sempre grazie
Amazing!!!
Incredibly well played... 👌🌹
So good.
A sweet respite from the mayhem today. Thank you. Happy holidays. As Jesus said, "Come ye apart...and rest awhile."
I saw DiMeola 1980 Hollywood bowl!!
I saw your mom on the end of my dick!

All Di Me Ola!
He has still fast jazz fusion fingers.
Al's nylon plugged in synth..also the distortion sound was great.
🤩🤩🤩
This man is god
I’ve seen a few of this line up recently and there’s never any mention of the other guy.
"IMPECABLE"
en compare..except paco and John...

A commercially available DVD has not been released.
Wow I have his whole output on CD or Itunes MP3 store but what is happening at 19:44? I love that song. Anyone got a set list?

Peo Alfonsi is the second guitarist and Péter Kaszás is the drummer.
@@kmatyi86 Thank-you!
What happened to the bass player?...did he miss his flight?...
Regarding passive dynamic range guitars can be tuned to sound better or different before glueing them shut.
Extraordinaire !
Who is the second guitarist?

What's the sing 32 mins in?
It is called "Stephanie's Theme". You can also watch it as a separate video here: ruclips.net/video/2J-4458vNxw/видео.html
Anyone knows what are they playing a 25:48 ?
It's "Cafe 1930". You can also watch it as a deparate video here: ruclips.net/video/HJepm_RNa_c/видео.html
Hi jurgen kloop
If Klopp had had the right pulse of Di Meola, he would have become a musician.
Messy opening
And where are your YT videos from the International Guitar Festival?
