Hi, I'm new to fighting games. I have quick question, is there any risk of getting banned from PSN now or in the future for using the Magicboots v1.1 (the small one)? I plan to use one with my Haute42 T16 hitbox to play Tekken 8 on my PS5 and I'm just a bit cautious because I don't want to get banned from PSN or Tekken 8 servers now or in the future for using it
We did not test the Haute 42 t16 you mentioned hitbox so as we can not make sure your deivce fit for our adapter or not.
Our adapter can not be banned as we do not use 3rd party's chipset.
For example for the x box series x using the magic boot X plug in can you share clips and captures of the game by pressing the share button on the fight stick?
Fighting stick can not do it as Xbox series X is the latest controller with separate "share" button . It supports old version controllers.

How to update MAGIC S ULTIMATE:
If you are having problems with the adapter, you can follow below instructions to update.
1. Downlad the software from MAYFLASH support page (www.mayflash.com/Support/) and install it on your Windows System
2. Double click on the updater and leave the updater window open on your screen.
3. Press and hold the button on the side of the adapter, and connect the USB from your adapter into any spare port on your PC. Wait for 3-5 seconds.
4. As soon as the adatper has been recognized, you may release the button.
5. Select "Update".
6. Do not disconnect the device until you are informed that the update is completed successfully.
Wish it will help you. This instruction is much clearer than video.
magic s ultimate wont work for my ps5. i want to play mk1 with it. it keeps saying "ps5 games cant be played with this controller. i have the mayflash F500 with the red buttons. any help?

Hello ，it works with the most of fighting games such as Guilty Gear . Strive，KOF15 ,MK1,Tekken 8 ，SF6 etc and some of other genre games such as ASTRO's Playroom，Crash Bandicoot 4 ，ASSASSIN'S CREED VALHALLA，Hatsune Miku etc...
Do I need the usb stick if I want to play with the f500 on the PC or will the wired connection work just fine? I tried looking around for this info but I couldnt find anything about it. Some people used it without a USB and some had it 😅 its also sold without so I assumed it would work without the USB Adapter.
F500 (v2) is wired version. It supports PC directly. Please push the mode switch to top/bottom (xinput/dinput) mode when you want to play game at PC.
what’s the difference on magic-s ultimate and magicboot? which one should we choose
MAGIC-S ULTIMATE supports more platforms （e.g. PS5,PS4，Switch ，Steam Deck，NeoGeo min etc）and third party controllers /fightsticks . But MAGICBOOTS is only for PS4 and PS5 consoles .

Will this work with the original F500? It doesn’t have that port on the top but has that port on the bottom for the controller.
Hello ，it works with the original F500 as well . Two options here ：
1）Please connect MagicBoots PS4 V1.1 adapter or Magic-S Ultimate into F500 USB slot（There is an USB slot on F500 side ）to PS5 .
2）Connect F500 （switch the mode to middle“Game Console Mode” ）to Magic-S Ultimate （Blue Mode）to PS5
Noted：Please make sure to update F500 and Magic-S Ultimate to the latest firmware version .
just to confirm does the magicboot on amazon that just says ps4 does that work on the haute42 t16 hitbox to ps5 ?
We don't make a test MagicBootsPS4 V1.1 with Haute42 hitbox on PS5 .

MAGIC S ULTIMATE can not support XBOX Series S. Please buy MAGIC-X adapter if you want to play game at XBOX series S console.

no need controller . PLUG our magic boots for PS4 to MAYFALSH fighting stick USB slot, and connect fighting stick to PS5 console to play PS5 fighting game.

I’ve bought the F500 V2 and the magic S ultimate adapter and my F500 won’t work for more than about 10 minutes on ps5. I have the firmware of both up to date and After 10 minutes it stops registering any inputs but the lights stay on. Any clue what’s up with that?
about 6 months ago, i used to do this procedure, with magic s pro 1 and magic s pro 2, without having to use magic s ultimate, but it has stopped working, i don't think it's true, but i think there was a update so that the brooks stopped working for ps5 games.

This only works on fighting games for me, maybe I did something wrong?
It also supports some FPS game, such as COD BLACK OPS COLD WAR . Anyway, it depends on Game company. We can not make sure all PS5 games are compatible. But if you play game via fighting stick, PS5 fighting game is your 1st choice.

I just got the Mayflash F500 stick and got the magic-s pro 2 for my PS5 but I have a few problems.
The adapter disconnects without really disconnecting and none of the buttons respond until I take out the adapter and reconnect it. Usually run into the problem after about 10 minutes playing.
I seen from others that you need to update the firmware and this is where I ran into a wall. I don't have a PC with windows software and I can't update the adapter.
Is there any other adapter that I could use for my Mayflash F500 on my PS5 without having to go through all that to update it and just play right away when I connect it and everything?
I am sorry to say that MAGIC-S PRO 2 can not work for PS5. Please purchase MAGIC-S ULTIMATE adapter or MAGIC BOOTS for PS4 adapter.
I'm having this exact problem except with the Magic Boots adapter and according to the text on the adapter itself, its version 1.1 and i can't find any firmware thats more current than that.

I have the Mayflash F500 with ps4. The arcade stick does work, but only works with some games. Games like tekken 7 and mortal kombat 11 work but not street figher. What could i do to help fix this?
Tekken7，MK11 are supported well . Please update your F500/F500V2 to the latest firmware version and try a different USB cable to connect F500 and the official PS4 DualShock controller .

I bought the Magic-S PRO before the ultimate came out can it work on ps5 games.
If you have in hand is MAGIC-S PRO 1, it makes MAYFLASH Arcade stick F300/F500 to play PS5 fighting games.
If you have in hand is MAGIC-S PRO 2, it does not work on PS5 games.
