    How much burlap did you have to use to make this?

    • @CrisAlex
      @CrisAlex  11 месяцев назад

      The burlap I got was from a huge roll used for mold making. I am sure the size isn’t typical. So judging from the fleece material I used to back up the burlap. That was about 3 yards at 72” (2 yards) wide. So depending on the width of the burlap you are getting, you may need 4-5 yards if its the sold in smaller width. Hope that helps

    YO! Me and my dad were going to make this type of costume, but we didn't have enough time for it! I was gonna be Sally one Halloween and we both knew to use potato sacks. Thanks for the tutorial though! We probably can still go to a convention or something.

    This is fantastic! Can I ask where you bought the wider weave burlap?

    • @CrisAlex
      @CrisAlex  2 года назад

      Thank you! I was fortunate to know someone who already had a huge roll of the burlap. There are FX supply shops that carry the it and some fabric places. You'd want to search Open / Wide Weave Burlap or Mold Making Burlap

    Can I ask how much glow powder and textile medium this took if you can remember?

    • @CrisAlex
      @CrisAlex  Год назад

      I used 1 and a half packs of the 50gram glow powder. I am pretty sure I only used the one bottle of medium but might be mistaken.
