- Wonder Woman (Lynda Carter) takes on Nazi agent, Marcia the
Nuremberg Judo Champ (Stella Stevens). This would be Wonder Woman's first girl fight. Fine blond beauty Stella gives it her all in this performance which can be comical at times, which is fitting. This clip is from the original pilot of the "Wonder Woman" TV series. The pilot was titled "The New Original Wonder Woman" to distance itself from the 1974 pilot with Cathie Lee Crosby. This was the best fight in the whole series. Loved the ending.
2nd best- the BEST is the roll down the hill with Baroness Von Gunther! THATS hot!
High camp
@@kloatlanta Great Comic book camp on purpose with Diana played straight. Never the brunt of the humor.
As a young kid and even now still makes me pitch a tent
Wtf did I just watch 😂. This is the pilot but I don't remember any of this
Hearing of Stella passing away today made me think of this scene for I loved Wonder Woman and Lynda Carter and thought this fight was so great in the pilot and also how good Stella's acting was up against the lasso of truth. She really was trying to fight it. RIP to Stella.

@@RobbGF Rage is a great movie.
From the fact that there's more ground grappling than solid punches, to the light falling from its mount after being tugged too many times by a human body, this is one of the most realistic fight scenes in any super hero movie/tv show.
She claims to be a judo champ, but proceeds to fight like she's in a bar brawl.
Gotta love the '70's. 😅
And Wonder Woman gave her a back alley beat down
“I was Nouremberg Judo Champ!”. Very iconic line delivered with the embraced cheesiness with class by Stella Stevens. A scene stealer along with the very magnificent Lynda Carter in this Scene! RIP!
That fight should have been over in seconds but I understand the show's creators were still learning about the character, who was far stronger than Cathy Lee Crosby's depowered "Emma Peel-like" version!
"Nuremberg" İt's a city in Germany.
I remember when I was growing up, I'd always be watching my favorite programs & wonder woman was 1 of them.
R.I.P. Stella Stevens. She had a prolific career with roles in "Girls, Girls, Girls!" "The Nutty Professor" and "The Poseidon Adventure." And she still went toe-to-toe with Lynda Carter in an amazing fight scene where it appears they were doing most of their own stunts. I assume they wisely brought in doubles when it came to crashing through windows.
Rest in peace Stella Stevens

First real fight between two women on television. One of best superhero movies ever. Considered the best for many years. Stella Stevens went for the high camp the network and producers wanted. Lynda Carter played it straight as she believed comic book readers wanted.
I remembered Stella Stevens in the movie "Slaughter" starring Jim Brown, the NFL hall of famer. I also remember her son Andrew in the movie "the Boys of Company C".
Not to mention the broken chairs, and shards of wood.

What a great fight. Its so "sloppy" like a REAL ASS fight. And no CGI crap, this was extremely realistic! Especially when the villain tries to swing on the lamp, so wondy got lucky it didnt collapse on her first try.
The amount of rehearsal and effort to sequence this scene! I like how its mostly REALLY the actress, the painting really does smash over Carters head and the bad guy really went sliding back on her butt @1:35!
Stella Stevens kept herself in great shape, she looks so lovely in this clip.
Lynda Carter always looks gorgeous too.
Stella is real pretty too but this fight is a gag, meant for laughs.a true combat champ wouldn't fight like that.by the way,W.W is a warrior, trained in numerous combat arts, but like I said, just a pretty cat fight.
Whomever came up with the idea to have the chandelier fail when she jumped up and grabbed it- sending her to the floor - should have won an Emmy. That is fall off the couch hysterically funny.

I always figured they could explain away WW struggling a little here because she wasn't expecting another woman to be so savage by hitting her with chairs and picture frames. And in a couple of moments she pushed her off with leverage, pushing on her jaw or using her legs. I still think it's one of the best fight scenes in television.
Wonder Woman was exercising restraint. We know she could've pulped that mortal woman with one punch. Hell, a strong enough shove into a nearby wall could've left Marcia unconscious. Wonder Woman always viewed violence as a last resort, especially when dealing with another woman, but she could've shut Marcia down with ease. #WonderWoman
@@shadymercury I wonder if she ever slapped another woman in the face? That might take the fight out of some of them.
I really like that they made WW here more vulnerable than in the modern movies. You can't have heroes being heroes if they have no risk of personal loss that they otherwise wouldn't have if they didn't do hero work. Then having vulnerability emphasizes their courage and compassion.
What I always found funny about this fight and another she had with a woman later on is that she did have vulnerability when fighting women but she could toss men in mere seconds. Somehow women were tougher for her.
She's susceptible to gas and chemicals (e.g. chloroform) in the series, but not in the movie. After defeating a god, where do you go from there?
I'm guessing she's taking it easy on the women because she understands they're more vulnerable to injury?
@@sandal_thong8631 You're quite right. In the TV show, despite Wonder Woman's incredible strength, she doesn't like to abuse her powers in fighting because she doesn't like to hurt anyone, especially if it's a woman because where she comes from, a woman doesn't fight with another woman.
RIP Stella. You were always fun to watch and this scene is one of my favorites.
This scene should have received an Emmy!

Very Interesting!
@@WonderWomanTVHD i know a lot about the wonder woman tv series.
Godspeed, Stella Stevens. She also had a part in the 1997 CBS TV movie, "The Dukes of Hazzard: Reunion!"
Best girl fight EVER!!!
Wonder Woman lifted a car earlier in this, so she did have superhuman strength. She may have been holding back against a non-powered woman and wanted to see how well an enemy agent could fight. A villainess called Formicia gave her a much tougher battle later in the series.
For a second I thought that said Formica. :D LOL
Two gorgeous women having a catfight!!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

She was really put together then, and she is built great now.
@@brockragni1053 that is a fact. I don't want to be too lecherous but she still stops traffic
I just love it when actors and actresses are like "You know what? Never mind stunt doubles. Let's do it ourselves for real." Yes, with the exception of them smashing through a glass door, that was indeed Lynda Carter and Stella Stevens doing their own fighting for this legendary moment in television. And while some say that this may be dated compared to other cat fights from other films and TV shows, keep in mind that one of "Wonder Woman"'s strongest competitors was "Charlie's Angels".
Perfect definition of "so bad it's good."

This is one of my all time favourite Wonder Woman female fight scenarios! 😃👍👍 There is nothing more thrilling than watch 2 beautiful & well kitted out women socking it to one another in such a grandiose & physical manner! 😙😍😍👍👍🔥🔥❤️❤️ It's funny how the dress of Marcia seemed to be made of tissue paper - so easily did it's sleeves rip off completely! 😉😉😁😁
Take away those superpowers, put WonderWoman in a skirt and let the Judo Champ have at her. : )
That fight was rough
the show Dynasty used this fight scene to show the actresses how to spar with each other.
😂😂
1:26 she's on top of wonder woman
Yeah, this might be Wonder Woman's roughest girl fight. Marcia even hits her over the head with a picture frame.
She had the edge until she tried to use the chandelier. Would have been cool to see her chop wonder woman on the neck and KO her
@@WonderWomanTVHD no I think wonder woman vs formicida was tougher, even though it was sadly short, because wonder woman actually lost
Now *that* was amazing...you gotta love WW and Stella is great in anything!
You can’t fight telling the truth with a lasso around you and the lasso doesn’t lie too
I wish Stella Stevens was playing Cheetah it would have been great to see her in sexy cheetah costume fighting Wonder woman like the golden and silver age.
I could never understand how Wonder Woman had super strength in fights against men, and only had average strength in fights against women.
She didn't want to be cruel
Wonderwoman only had super strength because she had a magic belt. Wonderwoman is the one that didn't fight fair.
@@johnbarker95Non è vero. Wonder Woman ha comunque una super forza, non la battono i super eroi, non la può certo battere una campionessa di judo.
Because she's from a place where women don't hurt each other unless it's necessary
wonder woman is one of my favorite characters on a tv show.
How could Wonder Woman break a sweat to her when she's supposef to have a strenght of Hercules?

Now the blinkin' algorithm will think I am obsessed with Wonder Woman just cos I have watched 2 clips. Sigh. Anyone else notice the hint of 'Love For Sale' (is it Cole Porter?) in the EXCELLENT music? Them USA telly arrangers and symphony orchestras are just BAZZING. They REALLY know how to play. 🎶🎻👍

Great movie 😊
Marcia put up a good fight without actually using her Judo skills.
Best fight ever! Hilarious!
Come on, Wonder Woman could take her with both hands tied behind her back. That woman is just an ordinary human.!!!
Yes but Diana was trying to make sure she didn't hurt her.....she was raise to respect women and this baddie is a mortal. When she had enough she ended it quickly.
This and the Dynasty mud fight are two best chicks fight outside of Glow
The writers/directors of Wonder Woman seemed to have a thing for "chick fights" especially in the first season. There were multiple scenes where Wonder Woman fights the evil woman, and it looks like WW has almost no superpowers at all.
Diana believes in far fights. She gives humans a chance of a fair fight on their level at first. When they don't take that chance, she lets them have it. In this case, Diana had to stop Marcia before she hurt herself and damaged the War Department any further.
@@glennszydlowski5987 These "New, Original Wonder Woman" episodes of the very first season 1975 - 1976 were taken directly from the comics. Famous female villains who weren't really villains after all. Naturally, there were fights between women. Not necessarily considered "chick fights".

This was more funny than entertaining.
Says she a judo champ-throws up karate hands😄
Funny how one second Wonder Woman swings from a light, but a second or two later it comes down from the ceiling when her opponent tries it.
I remember watching this scene when I first got the DVD, yet being so difficult when Wonder Woman didn't fight like this throughout the rest of season one. Lol 😆
Stella Stevens I remember her from "The Poseidon Adventure" 1972 film.
This Wonder Woman outfit isn't so bad but the one that comes after is far more flattering. Just didn't need the padding in the back.
Yeah, I like the black dress & the red and black dress from the (Part 1) clip on her. You can't really tell because this is supposed to be the 1940's, but Stella had a great curvy body.
Someone should really teach the writers what the word "judo" means....
They also should have explained who Wonder Woman was before they created this series. She wasn't a woman in a Halloween costume.
It was the 70s. All you had to do was say "Hiyah" on a TV show and it meant you were a martial arts expert. 🤣🤣🤣

This was perfect fight 👏👏👏
They are magnificent
This was the one prolonged hand to hand fight in the entire series. Marcia put up afairly good fight but there was never a scene where the fan will think she’s got Wonder Woman on the ropes or may at least look like she’ll win. As a martial artist, Marcia could’ve at least clap her hands to WW’s ears to daze her and try take advantage.
Nazis were always overconfident.
Good fighting Stella!
1:05-😂
Stella Stevens wins!! Any woman who fights in 3" platform and 5" heels is the CHAMP......
Nuremberg Judo Champ? 🤣😂🤣😂
Everybody was complaining about the fact that she could pick up a tank with no problem but when it came to a fighting a Nazi spy there was a problem look at it this way she's like a cat that was playing with the mice before she went into the last punch👊
Giving the chance to fight fair.
Who else would assume that Wonder Woman was an angel sent by the gods to protect us if you ever met her?
Uma mulher que tem lynda até no nome de atriz só pode maravilha, nesse caso maravilhosa
Its safe to say that Marcia was the one female opponent who gave Wonder Woman a real fight in the entire run of the series: the android double in The Deadly Toys doesn’t count.
That shot of Marcia slamming that board over Wonder Woman’s head, leaving her dazed and then the shot of them on the desk (or was it the floor?) were well done.
yes i wish it last longer
you're kidding, right? As far as the TV series goes, Formicida was more of a challenge/threat for WW.
I loved how Wonder Woman, kick her and she slid across the floor.
❤agreed
Thing about the show is that Lynda Carter is 5’10 and towers over her female enemies most of the time so you would think she’d win easily but no these small girls are harder to beat then six foot men
From what I've heard, Stella Stevens was a tough woman in real life, and she loved a good fight.
Quintessential Wonder Woman!
Where was her judo?
😂
This should have been the Cheetah that she was fighting. She actually looks like her in her Priscilla Rich form and it took place during the time she was around. Somebody should do an AI with cheetah in her place 😂
2:05 the best part 👌👊
Wonder Woman was made mortal just so this fight could be entertaining to the male audience.
That's the main reason it was done.cat fights are always fun to watch with female.
imagine this is how they do the fight scenes in all superhero and action movies today, no cgi no sfx
saludos lindos recuerdos de infancia desde CR pura vida😅
It's funny when they showed Wonder Woman fight another woman in the series the other woman with no powers always seem to be able to hold her off temporarily and Wonder Woman never throws the woman. But when she fights a man she instantly overcomes the man and throws him somewhere. That was very weird.
Marcia's power level was just too strong
@@shyvanadragongape3821 Yes lol. That whole thing was stupid. Every scene with a woman is like that.
Don't get me wrong, I loved this series, especially the first season, but isn't it amazing how super human amazonian Wonder Woman can stop a tank and toss big men around like dolls, but when it came karate chopping ordinary unsuperstrength women such as Stella Stevens and Linda Day, and it was always the women that knew this stuff, they would always be a challenge for her. Ever get the feeling that this series portrayed the men as the weaker sex?😆😆😆😆
I think the length of the scenes with women fighting is deliberate.
Sexy wonderwoman the whole truth nothing but the truth

I wish you included the part where WW called Marsha’s apartment imitating the voice.
These are some high-quality girls, but I think Stella Stevens could maximize her technique in a shorter skirt and a less binding top. Probably increase viewership as well.
True....however, I actually think that the fact that she either chose, or was made to do these fight scenes in a modest; knee length smart dress; tights, and heels may well have increased her viewership immensely: for (at least for me anyway!) seeing a beautiful woman dressed in such fashion in a full-on physical fight with another is THE ULTIMATE TURN ON!!! 😃👍👍
