Are you hiring? I’m an tech savvy executive assistant… looking for leads
actually the guy is wrong he said the 3 people who destroyed his father have much to answer for.............he forgot about Steve.. he was part of that..............but since Bionic Woman by this time was on another network they could not use him.
The Fembots must have gotten a upgrade... they never jumped down from a high height. in the first Episode of the Fembots...they didn't jump down after Jamie when she jumped from the Apartment
I miss this show so much. It deserved another 2 or 3 seasons. I watched the reruns over and over and over as a kid. I couldn’t get enough of Jamie and the fembot storyline was my favorite. It makes me sad. I wonder if I’ll ever love any show as much as I loved this as a kid.
The Bionic Woman should have lasted at least 5 seasons.
@@GeminiladyJackson-xq6hc Amen! It’s frustrating that they canceled it so early. They could’ve easily had two more good seasons.
@@EagleFang74 Someone on this channel said that The Bionic Woman was cancelled to make room for the TV show, Chips starring Erik Estrada.
@@GeminiladyJackson-xq6hc As a dude, I prefer The Bionic Woman. Besides Lindsey Wagner is so much better looking !!!
Amen
As a 10 year old kid back in the day, I can tell you, that computer robot face scared the jeepers outta me.
YEP! ME TOO 😅
It still creeps me out 49 years later!
Me too!
Then we find out later as adults the computer face was nothing but a painted mask that fit over the actor or stunt persons real face .
Same here. And for some reason, the sound the Death Probe made on The Six Million Dollar Man also freaked me out.
I watched this on TV at about age 7 - these scared the CRAP out of me ! I was petrified to go upstairs alone, convinced a Fembot was in my bed ready to get me.
Is this supposed to be scary? 😅
@@zerovermillion2743 You're not old enough to comment.
@@Jeff98177 I'm sorry, did I offend you in anyway?
@@zerovermillion2743 You didn't grow up with the show did you.
@@Jeff98177 I don't even live in the country where they air the show. This video is just in my RUclips commendation.
1970's AF! Love it. From the funk-infused chase music (complete with triangle) to the enormously wide neckties to the ...alluring jumpsuits-and-feathered-hair combination, to the weird analog electronics everywhere which seemed menacing.
6 million dollar man and bionic woman were AWESOME
I liked when the 6 million dollar man fought bigfoot.
Yes, they were
And so was Captain Caveman. ☺️
I love how Lindsey Wagner can look good while she’s kicking ass
One of my favourite shows as a child...and the fembots episodes were THE BEST!!! 😊
This was a fun show back then!
Man those dresses clung in all the right ways!
Yessss. The fembots in this episode got even hotter. 😍😍😂👍🏿
Wow, Lindsay Wagner is such a natural beauty.
Lindsay Wagner's aunt is actress Linda Gray, who played Sue Ellen Ewing on the TV show, Dallas. Linda was married to Lindsay's uncle, Ed Thrasher.
I met Lindsay in person. She was every bit as pretty as on TV.
cor lucky you ... i fancied her bigtime❤
@@ianbell7342 My High School teacher (who was also a male model) was dating her. He brought her to the school and introduced her to us all. It was the late eighties (about 10 years after the show had ended)
This battle was so fun, scary and amazing. Jamie thought quick on her feet, considering a 400+lb robot.
Jamie should have been able to out run her, once she got outside.
Mujer
The fembots were stronger than Jamie.
@@Basslinger1959 she couldn’t run Bionically in public with pedestrians. That’s why she was doing that non run till she got across the street to really peel it.
@@Basslinger1959 She was outrunning her, the Fembots are never as fast as Jaimie (and Steve, but these are Jaimie's nemesis) they show in the final running scene that Fembot is always behind Jaimie when running.
Loved the show as a kid. I still enjoy it. I own both the Bionic Woman and The Six Million Dollar Man on DVD
This is so ridiculous. But I just loved it when i was a kid. After all, the whole thing was based on the "bionic sound effect". Quite an achievement.
Man, I didn't think anything could freak me out as bad as Jaws when I was 6. Then the goddamn fembots came along. It didn't help that my dad, evil bastard that he was, used to tell me he thought he used to hear weird electronic sounds coming from my older sister's room. I used to stage elaborate Kato-style traps to catch her off guard and try to rip her plastic face off all the time.
Did you ever rip her face off like the show? Was she a fembot??
@@braviafeed Never got that far. Her kung-fu grip was too powerful and always deflected my attacks.
@@CowboyRobot2000 I understand. I'm just glad you made it out alive brother.
@@braviafeed 🤣👍
Don’t they weight like 800lbs? Did the house creak when she walked? That’s a dead giveaway.
A bionic cat fight in slow motion with cool music - doesn't get any better than that!
it won´t, ever.
It was so bad and inaccurate to how women actually fight, it's funny. We don't push, shove, duck and weave. We pull, scratch and punch true. None of this pathetic forearm clashing and cartoon-esque arm wind up 🙄
I was kidding
I love Lindsey Wagner's voice!
0:58, even when I was a kid, I could see that a stunt double was used in this scene ... WHY?, they certainly hadn't been playing too rough! 😂 Gawd, though, I absolutely had LOVED this show, STILL DO, Lindsay was AMAZING !!
Oh man, I remember this episode. I was already obsessed with robots AND the bionic man and woman, so this really hit the spot. The slo-mo fight scene is super corny, but for television on a budget, how else would they do it? Anyway, good memories.
If they sped it up, it wouldn't be corny. It'd be Monty Python or Benny Hill.
If they sped it up a bit, you would hardly see the action as they would normally be moving too fast, much like Steve Austin when he runs. They’re not ordinary humans after all.
@@stainedglasssparrow9636If I remember correctly, in the pilot for "The Six Million Dollar Man" they used sped up film instead of slowed down film and it looked a bit weird so they decided to use slow motion film from then on.
@@stainedglasssparrow9636
True. It's the same reason bullet time was necessary in The Matrix. Neo's super fast movements would be see to follow otherwise.
All these years later, I watched the original episodes, and I still reference the Fem Bots! Lol.
(2:22) List of components for electronics beginners.
1) Carbon resistors;
2) Mica capacitors;
3) Ceramic capacitors;

5) Polyester capacitors;
6) FET's;
7) CI's;
8) An 8 ohm speaker LOL!!!
What incredible robotic technology...
Wow Damian. You truly outnerded yourself!
Exactly what you get in a fembot kit. Then the scientist said it had a special transistor between the eyes that made it super smart compared to the previous models. Got to get that transistor in order be up to date on the firmware.
You forgot the Cookie Monster eyes. 👀
I don't think Radio Shack stocked those.
Yes, and all through hole tech. No SMT parts. At least there are some DIP ICs near the top.😂
My absolute facourite show growing up back in the '70's.
I remember this episode with the fembots.
Those fembots were vicious! It was such a scare and a thrill to watch Jaime batlle them. Incidentally, has there been a DVD compilation of the 3 "The Bionic Woman" episodes with the fembots? The powers that be did a good job putting together the 3 "The Avengers" and "The New Avengers" episodes featuring their robotic nemesis, the Cybernauts. I'd love to see the same thing done with Jaime and the fembots.
Yes, I have Bionic Woman series on DVD.
A friend gave to me.
The Fembots were definitely an influence on James Cameron, he upped it to the next level with the T-800
Lol, The Avengers. I loved that show as a kid as well as now.
Especially the Emma Peel period.
Love Lindsey outfit in the first part.
i love Lindsay Wagner💗 She made this show epic! We still joke about it now the way the fembots blink, and you hear that retro computer noise when they're getting directions from Jr or Senior Franklin 😂.."yes, dr franklin.'😂💗 These ladies were actually scary af. Ppl can CGI everything now but a few transistors and wires glued on a rubber mask still is scarier. i don't think any kid in the 70's wasn't scared of fembots. (or that russian probe from TSMDM)😱 We had some awesome shows!! Thanks Lee and Lindsay 💗💐✨
I would have stopped for a few to at least get a view of Buddy Hackett and Tina Turner!
Tina Turner passed away a few months ago.

Loved those slow motion bionic fights.
They made the show.
The sound effects are super awesome !!!
The TV show would be nothing without the sound effects.
@@GeminiladyJackson-xq6hc I concur
YES ‼️
It's a blast to watch this in stop motion where you can see the stunt woman and mans' faces! I'll ALWAYS LOOOOOOVE Lindsay Wagner!!!
The fembot episodes always scared me, but this one, in particular, really put the fear of God into me. The fembots are so lethal here. The one chasing Jaime was really trying to bash her brains in. It's a really intense scene.
Seems ladies had such beautiful hair back in the 70’s.
The best hair in the XX century
Less chemicals used.
My favorite Bionic woman fight..ever!! I loved the musac!
Lindsay, mi amor platónico de juventud.
Una gran serie de fines de los 70's.
👍👍🇨🇱
Loved this series! The Fembot episodes were the best! Too bad we never had a Jamie meets Wonder Woman episode since both shows were running around the same time (and even on the same network initially).
It my fantasy to see The Bionic Woman team up with Wonder Woman to fight the powerful fembots. I wish this could have happened back in the 70s. Also Diana Prince and Jamie Sommers arrested by Pepper Anderson of Police Woman for destroying property while fighting the powerful fembots.
I strongly agree !!! The 5 episodes of the fembots were my all time favorite episodes. I wish Wonder Woman was also teamed up with Bionic Woman in fighting the powerful fembots.
1:11 She can't help but laugh.
They both help each other to get up from the floor.
Why am I thinking the "Stepford Wives" and the re-make?!
I miss the 70/80s era so much this generation can keep this era.
OMG!! Who else thought this storyline was EVERYTHING!!! John Houseman was the best. Before his "son" came in. I had a bit of a crush on Oscar. 🤭🤭
Holy cow! Buddy Hackett and Tina Turner!
You could not pay me to see Buddy Hackett.
Yep...never thought I'd see those two names together.
I just watched the 'first' SMDM robot fight - John Saxon robot vs. Steve Austin. From this Bionic Woman clip, looks like the fx people had upped the design of the fembots - they show eyes, and that cue tiny transistor radio speaker for a mouth. What memories!!!
The bionic woman never gets old to me. This series kept me glued to my TV when I was a kid.
I'm currently watching her on Roku TV. Her buddy Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman is also on the same station. Loved both shows as a kid.
2:22 Lol i recognize those components, roughly $2 worth from Radioshack.
Love the music and the sound effects. Awesome
Love them bionic sounds
We use to make those sounds as kids while pretending to be bionic.
7400 series ICs and an 8 ohm speaker, now that's what I call good props =D
Girl fight, er fembot fight! Love how Jamie brushes her hair back in between blows
“Consider a profound apology made.”
“Consider it accepted.”
I always liked how that was written to show Oscar’s and Jamie’s relationship. They both knew the other was being sincere, and they move on.
I never thought i would miss the 70s like i do now. I loved lyndsay wagner , she was a fox.
I loved her but....Lost in Space tops it all ! Dr Smith was the best character os all time on tv
love how you can see the stunt doubles faces lol
Ikr😂
Truth be told, humans do move in space like she does and we do hear things identically...we also see flashes of light and see complete scences in less than one minute...humans living today do have super abilities no body is talking about...this is suppressed by mainstream. As a kid, I was fascinated by this show..only to realize that these abilities are achievable
Man...Was I scared of this faceless robot... I cant even begin to tell ya. Even though I was so far away , here in Brazil HAHAHA . Whi is it so funny to watch them slow mo, nowadays ...lol
Love this show huge bionic woman fan 😊
Lindsey is BEAUTIFUL. She looked just like my aunt Gloria.
"My God. Youre a Robot!"😂
1:38 That's quite a double-bill at Caesar's.
Buddy Hackett and Tina Turner were an odd duo.
@@GeminiladyJackson-xq6hc I bet they did a rockin' version of "Shepoopi" 😀
@@stevenwatchorn9816 😂😂😂😂
@@stevenwatchorn9816 I was just a kid when Jaime fought the fembots on The Bionic Woman. The best TV shows were in the 1970's.
It's interesting that we see a sign advertising Buddy Hackett and Tina Turner. By that time Tina had separated from Ike Turner and was trying to launch a solo career. She did a run of shows at Caesar's Palace in 1977, along with touring wherever she could get gigs, and appearing on TV shows like Hollywood Squares. She had virtually no money, and was facing lawsuits over cancelled Ike and Tina Turner gigs, so she needed whatever money she could get.
That's quite the scene with the launch tower. In those days it would have been filmed with a crew in a helicopter. Today they'd use a drone at a fraction of the cost of hiring a helicopter.
Tina Turner was so desperate for cash that she appeared as a guest star on The Brady Bunch Variety Hour.
ahh yes the slow motion fighting scenes, never ever repeated anywhere again and often emulated by schoolkids in school playgrounds all over the world
That was my childhood too
This is great of all time and video of everything as well 💖💖💖👍😃📸📷💓💞😂😅🤣🎉😂😂❤❤❤❤.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Mom, I need that Fembot as my birthday present.
Slow motion +sound effects = Bionic Powers ! LOL! Also... Wow ! Buddy Hackett & Tina Turner playing at Caesar's...
Scariest thing for me as a kid is when their face came off revealing all the circuitry underneath. Bionic Man had a similar adversary.
It just occurred to me, this must have been a twist on The Stepford Wives…. Sci-fi angle.
Never seen Westworld (1973)?
I watched this with my late-grandfather while growing up. I think the thing I always found funny were the slow motion sequences.
If only there could have been a Bionic Woman/Wonder Woman crossover back in the day, like in the Wonder Woman '77 comics.
I don't know what was worse. The action or the sound effects!😂

Who would have thought a stuntman in a dress would become today’s norm across the board. 😂
They weren't hiring stuntwomen in the seventies or what...?
And why not have him go 100% in with heels rather than white sneakers
Forgot how beautiful the bionic woman was and all the stunt woman and fembot.
Buddy Hackett and Tina Turner on the marquee together?!
I remember watching this series when I was little. This episode terrified me when her face came off.
Me too😂 I saw the movie Megan and her face comes off too much to my horror 😂😂😂
The robot isputting as much emotion into that like a Bass player pulling Bass faces!
Hollywood made Vegas seem so exciting back in the 70's. Just about every show on TV from Charlie's Angels to Nancy Drew had at least one episode set in Vegas. Prob the only show that didn't go to Vegas was The Love Boat.
I remember the only way you could spot a fembot was by the weight (they weighed 400 lbs), and they ultimately put a pencil on the floor to see if the 'woman' crushed it by walking in it.
Man I miss the 70’s….
See the sign for Buddy Hackett and Tina Turner?
Thanks for the video, love the fembots!

Charlie's Angels were great women heroes, too.
The 20th century definition of cat fight!!
I never missed this show. Loved it so much as a kid. If you look closely at 2:02 you can see sneakers on the stunt double when the fembot hits the car lol.
Haha!! Good catch !
I notice also when the fembot jumped off the ledge to attack Jaime, I could clearly see her white sneakers. If you look closely at that scene you will notice the fembot jumping off the ledge in sneakers.
It's hard to run in high heel shoes.
2:55 they really have drones during that time ?!😮
Ahh, that old TV chestnut, "I got here as soon as I could" -- when he characters have clearly been together for at least a few minutes.
